That sounds like bad luck.

An accident, not a crime.

that way, I'm afraid.

The first thing
they teach you

when you go to work
in a restaurant kitchen

is that two out of three
restaurant fires

are caused by grease buildup.

There's even a law.

In New York, you have to
have your exhaust systems

professionally cleaned
and inspected

every three months,
which I do.

Those ducts were clean,
like, seven weeks ago.

The report indicates at
least five months worth

of buildup would have been
required to start that fire.

impossible.
