whom no one wants to help

and she suffers new atrocities every day.

There was no strong evidence or witnesses,

and yet Rajakannu and his family were arrested and tortured by the police.

This court declares Rajakannu's death as a murder.

SI Gurumurthy, Head Constable Veeraswamy and Constable Keeruvakaran.

The court declares all three of them guilty

and they should be arrested immediately.

Sanghini should be given 300,000 in compensation.

but it's a blot to the entire society.

The lower courts shouldn't declare the accused guilty in a hurried fashion.

The court wishes that there should be

a law that stops custodial torture

which is a human rights violation.
