the other nurses.

- I found two
potential incidents.

The first was
an upper endoscopy.

Notes indicate the procedure
started at 10:46 AM.

But didn't conclude
until 1:47 PM.

- Three hours
with no complications?

- It should have been
in and out in 90.

- Who was the nurse
on that procedure?

- Uh, Lucy Yen.

Now, here's the other one.

A bronchoscopy that
lasted four hours.

There was a

Hannah's brother's
in surgery right now
