The beauty about Harbor Island is that it's also a feeling, and it's one that

warms my heart.

Well, a couple years ago,

I had a friend who had a Springer Spaniel named Rusty who needed a home.

And I gave him a hand looking for someone, and we found this sweet retired

couple on Queens Bay Island, and I flew him over.

And the moment that I dropped Rusty off, I don't know, I just knew that

nothing I'd ever done had felt quite so satisfying.

So I decided to open the adoption center and dedicate my time to finding homes

for these pups.

I just, I love finding homes for these dogs.

Even if I haven't quite found one for myself yet.

line includes all of the untouched land next door which is an exceptional amount

that is amazing okay what's the bad news well he said there's structural damage

in the foundation due to land shifting so what does that mean it means that

a very costly repair potentially red flag for future buyers unless unless we

find someone with a lot of money to invest but don't worry With all the land

next door, it could be worth their while.
