So these are known as called buns of foam.

They're kind of like pound cakes.

So if you ever had dreams of foam, this would be it. This is where Liberator

begins. Big buns of foam.

It's way more solid than I thought. So when these are made, they're made 120

feet long, and then they're chopped to size and formulated for us.

What is that machine doing? Is it cutting them down? This machine is

foam in pads. Wow.

And the blade goes in and it turns and it contours.

Wow. So we can really cut anything on this machine.

So these are Liberator ramps that just came off the machine, as you can see.

So it will cut that one solid block. It will cut the one solid block in 3D and

make all the different shapes.

That's brilliant.

Okay, so let's look over here. So this is our patented Liberator fabric.

You probably wonder why it's patented. This fabric is designed to stick

together. So our pieces, when you put them together, they hold and they move.

So it's sort of like Velcro, but it's extremely soft like satin. Wow.

So we have a Liberator concept store, and it happens to be one of the best

stores in Atlanta.

buy one of the pieces that was just made right here on site. Well, we sell all

over the world, but the purpose of the store is to meet the customers and to

find out what's going on with them. Wow.

And I'll show you here. These come off. They're machine washable. That's good.

And the other great thing here is it has an inner liner.

So it's going to protect your foam.

You can take these off from the washing machine, put it back on.
