Erika, how's your sex life?

the previous year, look, hey, I wanted to forget all of it.
I also was numbing pain and have
been very open about, you know, seeing a psychiatrist
and all of that.
Garcelle, you were obviously pretty vocal
about Erika's drinking.
When did you start to be concerned?
It wasn't until my party and the incident with Jax.
Because I didn't realize how bad the Jax thing was
until I watched the episode.
And I have a question: Why him?
Out of everybody in the party, why would you say that to him
and not a grownup and not PK,
and not Mo, and not anybody?
Jax was not singled out.
It could have been anybody.
It was me being drunk and stupid.
It wasn't anger.
It doesn't come from a bad place.
It comes from a irresponsible place.
And Dorit, you didn't even say anything to her.
- I did, actually. I did. - You said he's picking up
flowers for his momma. What's that?
I said, "Erika, he's just getting"--

Kyle, you and Dorit laughed about it.
And it was unsettling to watch.
Did you miss when Erika said to Garcelle's son,

I mean, it's not funny, but it is funny.
I think it's great that she did that.

I, like Garcelle, never saw it in person.
So when I saw the episode, I was mortified.
My husband was mortified.
But I don't see what would be funny about it at all.

We both felt terrible.

What was your reaction to Erika's apology to you?
Did you feel complete from that?
I don't know if I felt complete.
When someone's apologizing in this group,
they tend to get to it, and then they're like, "I'm sorry.
I own it, I," you know. - Right.
And you can't really-- you look like a crazy person
freaking out at them. - For still talking about it.
Right. - And so I accepted it.

Erika, you were recently cleared
in what seemed like a pretty significant fraud lawsuit...
- Yeah. - That said that you knew
about what was happening.

"The court concluded that there is no evidence
"of any knowledge on Erika's part of any wrongdoing
"by Tom Girardi or Girardi Keese and no evidence
of Erika's participation in any wrongdoing."
That's significant.
What was your reaction to that?
She was the first person to text me and say,
"Congratulations on your win.
I'm very happy for you." - That's great.
- Sent it. - Right.
- Good. - And so I appreciate--
And I meant it.
I know you did, or you wouldn't have done it.
- No, I would not have. - And I appreciate that.
Renee from Facebook said, "In May of this year,
"Tom was disbarred and ordered by the California Supreme
"Court to pay almost 2.3 million plus 10% interest
"for funds stolen from some of his clients.
Can you still sit there and say there may be no victims?"
No, there's none of mine.
I have no--I do not share in that responsibility.
I think that really triggered some of the women here.
- There's dead people... - That what?
That money was stolen from.
I don't give a [BLEEP] about anybody else but me.

It doesn't matter if it triggers them or not.
I'm in a very sticky legal fight that's very layered.
I'm going to do what I need to do,
and a judge just ruled in my favor.
But that was not the only case...

That Tom misappropriated funds.

But when the women say that they
don't feel that you're expressing empathy,
you say what? - That's on them.
That's their opinion.

before you can help anybody else.
I'm helping myself so that in the future,
I can help everyone else.
My battles are far from ever.
But even that, what you just said right now...

In the moment, when you have been absolutely cornered
for a very long time-- I would have loved
to have had that clarity.
I did not.
I have been disappointed in my behavior
all through the season.

I was struck about you telling
your therapist that you're at risk
of becoming hateful or mean.
I really risk becoming hateful, becoming mean,
becoming something that I don't wanna be.

Well, I was gonna say, is there any part of you,
now, watching the show, that thinks that you have
maybe crossed that threshold?
No, I knew when it was happening.
I didn't have to watch this to know that my behavior was bad.
Ladies, is Erika her own worst enemy
when it comes to her defense?
Absolutely.
In Aspen that night, I thought she
was gonna wake up tomorrow and be like,
"What the hell did I say?"
You know, that's why I got so upset.
Kyle, you and I have been friends for a long time.
I needed you to be just a little bit more neutral.
I've been trying to be neutral, but at that moment,
I could no longer do that with the way
you were speaking that night. - Kyle, I'm speaking truth.
There's only so much I could take.
And when you're saying, "There's dead bodies"--

I want everybody to have fun. I go over to the DJ.
He's got headphones. He's looking down.
He doesn't see me, so I get frustrated.
I go back into the room, and there's a manager.
I said, "If I gave you money, would
you put some songs on for us, my friends and I, to dance?"
And he said, "No no, it's way too busy in here.
No. Not tonight. Not tonight."
I said, "Really? I'm not a member,
but for 30 years that I've come here,
on and off, they have taken a request,
as they do in the South of France or London and Paris."
And I think that annoyed him.
So he looked at me and he said, "Where are you from?"
And I said L.A. He goes, "Then go back to L.A."
So I go, "We're outta here."
So I go over to Kyle to tell her what happened.
And she was-- - Wanted to stay.
Well, she--yeah.
There was a reason behind that.
Kathy, it's the way you speak to me.
You came up, and you didn't say, "This guy just
hurt my feelings. I'm so embarrassed."
You said, "We are out of here."
Everybody saw. - I know.
And you looked at me like, "You----ing leave now."
And I was like, "Hold on a minute."
- I was-- - Kathy, first of all...
I'm not proud of that.
I'm an adult. You can't talk to me like that...

And expect me to say, "Oh, okay."
What did you guys see?

I see Kathy coming from the dancefloor, very upset.

Kathy's meltdown.
Kathy screaming and yelling and venting
and saying things that I have never heard in my life.
This, you recall.
I recall venting,
thinking that we've
known each other a long time, this is not being filmed,
and I felt that I could talk to you.
And, you know, halfway through it, do you recall
saying to me, "I get it. I get it.
You're preaching to the choir"?
Do you remember those words?

Where do you stand in this group now?
I was challenged, but it's made some of my friendships
a lot stronger.
And I've learned a lot of lessons about myself
and the type of friend that I want to be,
and I move forward with that.

Do you feel like your friendships
are in a better place? - Yeah.
