Now, we know too much can affect

We tell the parents what they need

when they have to make decisions.

James's mother is in no fit state
to make any decision.

She struggles to even believe he is
her child.

And without that bond,
how can she choose what's right?

Sometimes the parents don't choose.

Sometimes the problems overwhelm
the babies,

and they simply declare themselves.

We can't help them all.

But you CAN help the mothers.
