We had players. They did it

That only means that
you can much more perform

than you ever imagined.

he's not happy
with the steps you do.

His style was a little bit more
about criticism

than about giving praise
for what you did.

But it's a generation,
question of generation.

I mean, I told my dad that
I would study sports science.

He was completely on fire.
He said, "Yes, do that".

He had no idea
what I could do with it.

But it was the first kid of
the family who studied at all.

So he was like,
"Yeah. Do that".

I know exactly
what he wanted me to do

being really successful
in sports.

He had to deal with
the average football player.

the real the shame of
this story is that he didn't

that he wasn't, erm

when I became a manager.

I feel as though he's changed
a lot for me personally

as a footballer,
but also as a human being

and helped us to understand
and look at things differently.
