Mr. Dolphin or his company.

What is simple, Your Honor, these embryos, regardless of the family's

the bad actions of the broker they were acquired through, are the intellectual

property of Supra Genomics. We demand their return.

To call the situation unique is an understatement.

The law offers little precedent.

Both sides claim ownership, and both are tainted by fraud.

On one hand, you have the biological parent of these embryos, though this was

not the intention of their donation.

The documents they signed relinquished any and all legal claim to them. That

waiver is written still holds.

If I accepted their claims to these embryos at face value, then yes, their

return to supergenomics would be a proper remedy.

However, by Mr. Dawson's own testimony, these embryos were acquired through

dubious legal means at best and knowingly illicit means at worst.

As such, it is this court's decision that the fate of the embryos be the same

what would have happened had none of these parties, Hopelift, Theratandin,

Supergenomics, become involved in the first place.

They are to be destroyed.
