So they bundled in the van and we drove around Europe

racing as many races we could.

Obviously, I ran out of money halfway through every month.

Soon figured out it wasn't the one for me.

So we packed up camp, jumped in the van

and headed to another Maxxis Cup.

Got halfway there, ran out of fuel in the van.

Didn't have any money in any of our bank accounts.

So we had to steal some fuel out of a digger.

So we siphoned the diesel out of a digger.

Topped the van up, and off we went to the race.

A man who has been the fastest qualifier at World Cup races

three times in his career.

And, of course, Brendan Fairclough,

the only British rider in recent times

not to have won a World Cup,

unlike myself and many others.

And they're on track here then, on the Mont Chéry.

Luca Shaw leads them out.

Fairclough looking like he's working hard

to stay with him.
