The story so far:
Asuna had lukewarm XX poured on her
by the others.
I did turn him down, but I did it naturally.
No fair, no fair, no fair!!
Okay, I get it already.
Even so, it's not that grand of a story.
It all happened when I was still very little.
What am I, a water flea?!
How small did you think I was?!
We're kind of getting off track here.
I grew up in a karate dojo,
so I learned directly from my father at a young age.
My dad was strong enough to take down bears.
So in order to be as strong as him, I practiced as hard as I could.
I went undefeated in every yearly tournament I participated in.
Once I'd finally gained some confidence, I asked my dad:
"Do you think I could win if I fought a bear?"
Aah, Kotone, you're so cute...
But he didn't answer at all. He just smiled back at me.
That frustrated me, so I started practicing even harder than before.
I doubled the length of my runs, and added more to my weightlifting regimen.
I skipped the whole master-pupil thing,
and went around picking fights with livestock.
But obviously, the road to true strength is far from easy.
Without any opponents to fight, I was beginning to doubt myself.
I found myself atop a neighborhood bridge, on the verge of tears.
That's where...
...a woman calling herself a witch appeared.
A witch?
H-Hey, that's what she said, anyway.
That "witch" gave me a book, along with these words:
"If you want to be strong, follow the directions in this book."
With nothing else to cling to, I read the book very carefully.
By the way, what was the book's title?
T-The Legend of Kemui.
Isn't that a ninja manga?
Yeah.
Did you test it out?
I tried...
...the WaterWalking Technique.
Kotone-chan, that's adorable!
I wish I could've seen you at that age.
Heck yeah, moe-loli Kotone~
Oh, forget it already! I've talked long enough; who's next?
That would be Chitose.
Eh?! I don't have any stories like that...
