tracking an orb off the coast of Yemen.

These observations were multi-sensor

and recorded inside of ICC-1.

Tic-tac-shaped object
emerged from the ocean

before linking up

with three other sim-- similar objects.

There is something out there, and

we should know, as the people, what it is.

former intelligence
officer-turned-whistleblower,

Intelligence Community

Inspector General,

Congressional Intelligence
Committee staffers,

and their lawyers from

program names,

the gatekeepers' names,

the specific locations of the materials,

as well as the contractors working with

the government on these programs.

what do you mean?

Non-human, exotic origin,

vehicles that have either
landed or crashed.

We have spacecraft from another species.

Senator Rubio says Grusch is not the only

high-level government official
to come forward

with these kinds of claims.

There are others.

that have come forward

to share information
with our committee.

I wanna be very protective
of these people.

A lot of these people
came to us even before

these protections went into law

for whistleblowers to come forward.

And frankly, a lot of them
were very fearful.

Fearful of their jobs,

fearful of their clearances,

fearful of their career.

And-- And some, frankly, are-- are

fearful of harm coming to them.

In protest of excessive secrecy

and threats to his
family's personal safety,

Grusch resigned just before
his 20-year retirement

and thus lost all his benefits.

So you start a--
you do ask yourself, like,

what... incentive

would so many people with
that kind of, um, qualification,

these are serious people,
have to come forward

and make something up?

I know it's very difficult
for the American public

and especially news journalists
and reporters to swallow this,

but the fact is you have to
remember all of those witnesses,

including Dave Grusch,
testified under oath

of penalty of perjury.

So they can't get up there
and commit acts of perjury

by lying about it 'cause they know

they'll go to jail and pay a fine.

And he's already told
a good chunk of the all

in classified briefings
in his SCIF at the Congress,

so they've already got a good picture of

what he found

in his investigation
of the crash retrieval,

of the legacy crash retrieval program.

Kirk McConnell recently retired

after serving 37 years

on the Congressional Armed Services

and Intelligence Committees,

where he held the highest,

most compartmented security clearances.

He was also one of the

Senate's lead staffers

investigating UFOs.

People who were involved

uh, DOD program that Harry Reid initiated,

but we were also starting to
find some individuals who were

willing to come forward and talk about

the existence of a legacy program

and crash retrievals and the,

you know, uh, biological evidence.

to be sitting in a SCIF...

when you got to see photographs

of crash retrieval and documents.

What did that feel like?
What did it--

That was startling when I actually...

...recorded evidence with my own eyes.

Photographs, reports, and whatnot.

That took it to a higher level.

That kicked it up
several notches of reality,

and that made it very...

...clear that this reality is very hard,

very physical, very real,

and, uh, this type of evidence, um,

you can't come by in the open literature.

It's not public. It's classified.

And I can't discuss what it was,

but I can tell you, yeah,
it's a crash retrieval.

There's a craft, and there's alien bodies.

That's all I can say about it.

You swear on your life
that you saw those pictures?

Oh, I swear on my life and everybody's,

But there are others.

So when do you think this first occurred?

Previously, 1930s.

and UFO researcher Maurizio Baiata.

In 1933,

some disk-shaped object...

...crashed not so far from here.

Fascist dictator Benito Mussolini

reportedly got his hands on the UFO.

According to an age-verified
top-secret Italian telegram,

Mussolini ordered absolute silence

regarding the alleged landing

on national soil of an unknown aircraft.

Special Tribunal for State Security."

Mussolini and the fascist regime
will have the chance to develop,

um, new technology
out of that stuff, you kn--

if it came really, uh, from space.

According to sworn
congressional testimony,

the 1933 Magenta UFO

was acquired by the Americans
at the end of World War II.

The Army Air Forces has
announced that a flying disk

has been found and is now
in the possession of the Army.

The 509th Bomb Squadron,

based at Roswell Army Airfield,

was an elite, hand-selected unit

exclusively responsible

for the deployment
of atomic weapons in 1947.

One of the first military
personnel on the site

was Chief Intelligence Officer
Major Jesse Marcel.

Being an intelligence officer,
I was familiar with just about

every-- all materials used

in aircraft and in our air travel.

This was nothing like that.

It was not anything from this Earth

that I'm quite sure of.

May 19, 1953.

A 32-kiloton fission bomb
nicknamed Hamlet

is exploded at the Yucca Flat
nuclear test site in Nevada.

Two days later, witnesses would report

a UFO recovery in Kingman, Arizona,

roughly 100 miles away.

A UFO crashed in Kingman

back in 1953,

and then the aircraft was
seized by the Air Force.

According to a 1973 sworn affidavit

by Wright-Patterson Air Force
engineer Arthur Stansel,

known under the alias of Fritz Werner,

"I do solemnly swear that
during a special assignment

with the U.S. Air Force

on May 21st, 1953,

I assisted the investigation of a crashed,

unknown object in the vicinity
of Kingman, Arizona."

And the revelations didn't stop there.

He has a program of
monitoring these crazy...

Former Deputy
Assistant Secretary of Defense

for Intelligence, Christopher Mellon,

made public a previously
secret correspondence

with a high-level government
official who shared

specific details of the Kingman incident.

...recovered.

We're dealing with the recovered UAP

that landed, not crashed, landed

in Kingman, Arizona, in the 50s.

We now know the management structure

and security control systems

and ownership of the crash retrieval.

We also know who
the Air Force gatekeeper is,

and he names him.

Mellon provided an unredacted copy

to select members of Congress.

On the 9th of December, 1965,

residents across Ontario, Michigan,

Ohio, and Pennsylvania
reported a brilliant,

unknown object streaking across the sky

before it crash-landed near
Kecksburg, Pennsylvania.

our bedroom window.

The wife and I came
to this spot right here.

They tried to get down to the
woods where the object fell.

They were confronted by armed soldiers

who aimed their rifles at them.

It didn't drop out of the sky.

It had to come in on an angle.

The wife and I came from Greensburg.

The military was already here.

How did the military get here so quick?

There was jeeps and trucks,
guys in-- in uniform,

along with state police,

and just converged on the area

where that thing had come down.

Behind me, there was a truck
pulled in, big box truck.

There was four people
got out of that, that I seen.

They were carrying a box.

These guys were
dressed in moon suits.

Four people got out in the moon suits,

and they took that box down
and took it down

toward where the object had landed.

The Kecksburg
UFO incident took place

inside the U.S. Army's
so-called Ring of Steel,

a defensive circle of nuclear-tipped
Hercules missiles

surrounding Pittsburgh.

Some of those sites
were only 15 miles away.

A number of firsthand witnesses reported

seeing an acorn-shaped object

with strange symbols across the bottom

before the military arrived.

Went out of there around
1 o'clock in the morning

with a tarp over it,
with a military escort.

I was told by independent sources

it went to Lockbourne Air Force
Base near Columbus, Ohio.

It stayed there under heavy security.

They had a security perimeter
set up around the hangar.

It only stayed there for a short time,

then it continued on to
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

Where it's at today, we do not know.

it is not human-made

is the fact that the craft was seen

making zigzag turns in the sky.

It wasn't just like it came crashing down.

It was actually maneuvering in the sky

before it landed,

and it really more landed than crashed.

So the other thing that's
interesting about it to me is

if it really wasn't something
really, really, really

significant, why not just release

the data about it after all these years?

In 1980, a joint
British and U.S. air base,

RAF Bentwaters/Woodbridge,

contained the largest stockpile

of tactical nuclear weapons in Europe.

It was here that a triangular,

somewhat pyramid-shaped UFO landed.

Military Officer Sergeant Jim Penniston

inspected the strange craft
for over 45 minutes

as it sat on the ground.

The feeling I had during
the encounter was like...

...no type of aircraft
that I've ever seen before.

It was not in the

Jane's book of known aircraft,

or anything I've seen since.

After roughly about 45 minutes,

the light from the craft
began to intensify.

Burroughs and I then took
a defensive position

away from the craft
as it lifted off the ground

without any noise

or air disturbance.

It maneuvered through the trees

and shot off at an unbelievable...

...rate of speed.

It was gone in a blink of an eye.

In my law book that I have right here,

I wrote,

"Speed, impossible."

That night, over 80 Air Force personnel,

all trained observers, assigned

to the 81st Security Police
Squadron witnessed the takeoff.

The information acquired
during that investigation

was reported through my military channels.

The team and witnesses were told

to treat the investigation as top secret.

There are many other
reports from around the world

of landed and/or crashed UFOs,

but the most well-documented

and compelling case in modern history

took place just outside
the heavily populated city

of Varginha, Brazil in January of 1996.

According to credible first-hand reports,

several aliens survived the crash.

is about an extraterrestrial.

It’s been said the being

was captured by the authorities

and is being kept hidden somewhere.

The strange creature was captured

and taken to another state.

It would glide and slowly lose altitude

as it moved ahead.

Armed with handmade signs that read,

So I'm very curious if an elected official

will talk about the-- the
details of the-- of the case

and whether he believes

that this case happened,

because so many events

are connected.

Suddenly you see the Army in the city,

lots of people saw the Army here.

Then, the death of a person

who participated at the time,

an ex-police officer,

and the girls with whom I had contact,

one was my nephew’s girlfriend...

So, I am convinced that this happened.

What happened?

of the noise from the cows.

They were running around the house.

That’s what got my attention.

Then I looked out the window and saw

an object passing by,

The object had a school bus shape.

We kept looking because of
all the smoke coming from it,

clear white smoke around it.

I even joked with her, “What is that?

It looks like a submarine!”
Because it was floating.

And we kept watching it,

until it disappeared.

I stood still.

I was listening to see
if I could hear it fall.

And he was looking
out the window, watching.

It looked like a cigar shape...

...long like this...

...like a cigar.

Its speed made it look like
it was in trouble.

It passed by very slowly.

the crow flies from the couple's sighting,

encountered a similar object.

It was moving like this, over there.

We closed all the windows,

we locked ourselves inside,
and didn’t leave for anything.

We didn’t leave until dawn.

I could really see it,
very clearly, an object,

different, a flying cigar.

when the UFO crash happened.

early in the morning,
planning to meet with friends

to fly ultralight planes.

The side of it was completely torn,

and it had white smoke coming out.

It wasn’t black smoke like from a fire.

so I decided to follow it.

An object coming this way,

with this part... torn off.

It headed toward the highway.

I was driving on the freeway, down below.

It was at a height of about…

...400, 300 meters or so.

And it was losing altitude.

Losing, losing altitude.

It went all the way to the road.

On the road, it made a 360º turn...

...and came, kept losing altitude,

then it gained altitude again.

And when it arrived

approximately from where I am, about

100 meters, 150 meters,

the engines totally died,
and it went down.

As if it couldn't sustain...
the necessary lifting force to fly.

It totally lost it and
went “puff” to the ground.

There must be some people... in there,

and those people
are going to need help right now.

I was outraged

by the attitude of the police.

Twenty-five years ago,

they came to my mother and told her

the story of the creature was true.

It happened.

But they couldn’t admit the truth

to society

because the population would collapse.

So, if the President waives

or absolves my obligation to those NDAs

and I get subpoenaed by Congress,
some-- somebody on Capitol Hill,

some committee either in the
Senate or the House or the both,

to reveal everything I know

that I learned from my investigations,

both unclassified and classified,

into the legacy UAP, crash retrieval

and hardware reverse engineering
and NI-- NHI programs,

I would do so.

If I could be waived from that

or absolved in some fashion

by a presidential order

and if Congress subpoenas me,

yes, I would go and
tell them everything I know.

of the Varginha incident
since the very beginning.

I know and I saw with my own eyes

an alien creature kept in captivity

one of the alien creatures

the creature by the shoulders.

The creature was really ill,

They tried to give the creature
some fruit and water.

And the reason why they
filmed this creature

without superior authorization
is because they were pretty mad

that the American militaries
were coming to Brazil

to take all these materials,

but the creatures itself
and the spacecraft,

as they took it to the United States.

So, some other military's, friend of mine,

had the chance, without authorization,

to make this movie.

And right now, I'm willing to put

my right hand tomorrow on a Bible

and take a live public lie detector test

that everything
I'm telling you is the truth.

The accumulation of aspects,
the girls who saw something,

the other people in the town
who saw something,

this wasn't an isolated event
where you got

one witness saying, "Oh, I saw
something extraordinary."

Not at all. They seemed to be

relatively naive young girls...

...and there were fire
department people involved...

...uh, who saw the beings too.

And one nice thing about it is

it-- it takes the ownness
away from saying,

"Oh, things only happen
in the United States."

Well, there was
a United States involvement

and it wouldn't surprise me if they paid

to pick up the wreckage and, you know,

all the rest of the stuff. Why not?

Makes sense. Cheap way to get information.

and through my contacts,

the sergeant who
worked with me at the time,

told me the boxes containing the entities

were taken to the Army Base in Campinas.

And from there went
to Clinics Hospital in Unicamp,

And then the Americans came

entities that were in the boxes

to the United States.
