Dirt.

- Did you find something? - You can't be dead so long ago.

Two days, maybe.

- What about your work? - I can't tell you.

There's something else?

We're done.

All right.

Hi, Charlie Bronski.

Hi, son, I'm Morgan.

- Bumper Morgan? - Yes.

He probably worked as a prostitute.

He says well.

His name is Millie Haskins.

Some people called it bunnies I never came to see why.

The names of those people who knew him in some way.

Millie turned around in many places.

Maybe there's a bridge there were you fired from the top?

No, he was better off than he needed and so did the thing.

Wait a minute, Morgan.

Take things over.

Almost 28 years old, inadequate attire, no bags, no jewelry.

Many bruises on the face and body.

He found it at 7:48 this morning.

- It happened? - Yes.

Bye bye.

Morning, goodbye.

Good morning, Commissioner.

Not possible. I'm all mud.

Don't change the theme!

I told you at the very beginning

that you are not at all excited, nothing common there is no one in the world.

So I want to know Commissioner Morgan, what the hell are you looking for in my bedroom?

I could have dressed in the guard, but I got one a tip to get help here.

I don't know what you're talking about but i can't help.

Then I have to look another apartment in the neighborhood ...

with a nice lady and an ironing board.

It's here to be me use my ironing board?

Wait a minute. Mud ... you said something like heel.

All right, get up.

Come.

Hey!

Cassie.

You call me?

I don't know how lucky I was, how i met you.

Or what you see in me.

I am so happy.

You...

Do you see this Uncle? He's a policeman.

Catch and lock him in jail if you are wrong.

This is a smart thing, ma'am.

Let's just be afraid of justice. Then the police grow up hating,

because you scared me to death.

I don't like cops, Bumper, but ...

As no one likes them.

- What's up, Frankie? - There's nothing.

I heard that this morning you put the headache in a new case.

It sounded pretty cruel, they were bound.

Some become real monsters, when it comes to prostitution.

This is so from both directions.

- He's in a bad street. "What did you say, Sheriff?"

I said he was in the wrong street.

I don't want anyone to scam it with my coin-throwing game, my patrol service.

Get out of here!

If I see you in the neighborhood again I'll put it exactly where your money has fallen.

Hello, Bumper.

Hello, Harry. How is bookmarking going?

Bukmékerkedés?

I just wrote to my mother a long letter.

It would be very proud of you if you knew what you were using the United States mail service.

Well, the day is the same for him up and down, Morgan.

I'm sorry if it's uncomfortable put you in position ...

for your mother.

He's here. The best cop you can buy.

Here's Bumper, hurry yourself!

Hey, Bumper.

The Millie Haskins ... I heard the news this morning.

That's the same Millie, who has always been drinking coffee here?

Yes.

The same thing happened a last month in Valley.

Fighting, quarreling, shooting. I remember reading it.

- Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon? - And a bagel.

The usual!

Bumper Morgan?

- Yes. - Pleased to meet you.

Parker ... Avery Parker.

Nice to meet you.

Somehow I imagined to be a bigger man.

I am.

He's big, Mr. Parker.

A couple of years ago he jumped three gazafickó who wanted to jump on me.

I call my hero, right?

I just opened it my office at the Roxman Building.

Diamonds and jewelery made of it excellent watches, excellent rings.

Why not jump in for a unique devaluation?

Thanks.

- You're a little gossip. - That's me.

Stop, stop!

All right, start off on that sidewalk, good?

- Are you okay? - Yes I believe.

- Do I call the ambulance? - No.

Take this from here.

- You almost killed yourself, Noodles. - Is that all right?

You don't care about me, I just don't want to a heart attack on my patrol service.

1-X-L-40-5 asks for one slave to the 5th street.

- Your real name is Craig Milton, right? - No.

Craig Millard. With two L's. I'm not so drunk, right?

- No, but you're dying. - It's not a crime.

I don't offend the law.

Bloody eyes, rumble walking ...

In a stalled state has no permanent address, that's it.

- Thanks. - Well ...

You missed the most important thing.

You can't take care of yourself.

Pipe.

Pipe.

Do you see that big head there?

He just made a deal.

Wearing a long finger to hide traces of pinching.

God knows what can be in his pockets.

Just out of the place, from here I get out of that flat-footed shoes.

Let me tell you something would go over and arrest me.

But before going to the judge ...

I'd say the case.

Unfounded suspicion.

Stopping with investigation and research.

Just throw the slave, if it appears, good?

- I'll be arrested again if? - That's right.

Dirt.

- Is Alice inside? - Yes, it's inside.

- Hey, this woman is nothing. - Really?

Especially in the morning.

Alice comes to fire from daytime work.

- Departure. "Just a moment, bang."

- Where are you from? - Libya.

I've never heard of it, but I think it is better to block your values.

- I do not want any problem. - I think it will be the best.

Alice is a great woman but a fixed thief, man.

Everything swears from you, if you give him an opportunity.

- Do you keep your business? - Yes, right here.

Why don't you leave it here your wallet at the doorman?

He will take care of him. All right?

- I do not want any problem. - Give me that. Make it safe.

This too ... take it off, make it safe.

Now I can get it my five dollars?

And five to the doorman.

And three for the room.

Make it safe, man.

Go straight to the 237. Csöngető For Alice, approx. It'll be there in 2 minutes.

Listen, buddy ...

I do not know how do you go there in Libya,

but you will get a big big.

Yes Yes.

Yeah, and don't overdo it, relax sometimes.

But enjoy it.

- You know your job. - He won't be disappointed in me.

Don't move!

- How did you come in? - Through the chimney.

They both get down to the ground.

Face down, with open arms.

Face down!

Is something wrong?

I'm trying to prevent to scream, booze.

Get your clothes on!

Get down!

Go to the phone and tell the call center to call the police.

A policeman needs help at Bixby Hotel on the corner of Wall and Winston.

Bixby Hotel, Police Officer Needs Help, Wall and Winston. Yes sir.

Yet what you wanted to do this?

- You go here with this car. - You come with me, right?

No, I have a lot of paperwork

Commissioner ... thank you.

My dad and I have it a very good restaurant.

Please, I'd like to meet you with my dad and ...

and if my guest was for a very delicious meal. All right?

He held it with an ashtray, you will see the recording.

It's okay, man. All of them were shipped in one piece.

You know how many times I got up do you sweat at night?

Seeing you come with such people Are you banging and losing your head?

It can happen as it is now almost done.

We start to be too old for such things.

They're too old.

Have you ever thought about it on retirement?

Of course, Cruz. Every time you bring it up.

All right, all right, well.

Here, again. That damn belt is always coming down.

- Get out of here! - Avoid, there's plenty of room!

Thanks.

Who is repaired.

It always happens must always be repaired.

I know it needs to be repaired well.

Everything is repaired. In the car. We're going.

Okay, we can go on. Get in the car.

Come on, everyone in the car. We're going.

- Wait a minute. - Why, Commissioner?

There is no problem here. There is no problem at all.

Gypsy boy. I'm just a Gypsy boy.

My children, my mother's mother.

We're going now, huh?

What are you looking for in this part of the city?

We purchased. Just a little we bought it, that's all.

We just bought a little, there's nothing wrong with that.

Do you have any packages in the car?

We didn't see anything I liked would be. We don't have much money, you can see ...

- What is the name? - Ben Marcos.

Your driving license?

Sure.

I'm not doing anything wrong.

There is no problem here, Commissioner.

You know I'm just I'm a Gypsy boy.

You know me, aren't you sure?

I've been talking to you before, right?

He knows we've talked about before.

In the downtown with a woman they got people into things.

Sometimes they have been losing money.

I just want to say ...

You won't have much success here.

Can we go now, Commissioner? Very hot is the mother of my children in the car.

Please Sir, can we go now?

Yes, you can.

Now we can go ice cream.

Tell her vaks.

Hey, guys, did you deal with the night affair yesterday?

You can be sure we combed the place and the car.

Yeah, you're third We were arrested in the fourth quarter.

- Slowly every day they are getting in you will be there. - Come on.

- Servus, Bumper. - Hi Morgan.

Hi, Morgan.

Did you do the report about it?

No, we jumped to hamburg.

Puppies.

- Well, skin, she's still there. - What?

Well, that's the middle of the dashboard.

How is it called? Radio?

You could try to set it to frequency.

You could try listening and answering sometimes on the calls you get.

Cruz, you start to sound like like a sergeant.

I'm your sergeant, Do not forget.

Anyone else would have fired now.

Why?

Because some guys in your district complained how they handle calls

because you turn off the radio and you are always walking.

- What guys? "Bradley, McKegg, Serriany, do I go on?"

Look at them.

They wouldn't even notice a snake in the grass, if you jump up and nose your nose.

All of them went to the academy as they did You too, Bumper, as I do, all the way.

They're babies, mano.

Just because it is still they weren't out there.

- Hi Charlie. - Servus, Cruz.

Morgan.

- Have you found your murderer? - Not yet.

I searched all the names what he gave me.

I checked all of them.

But I still have no idea that Millie Haskins could work with.

You need to ask her, Sergeant.

I'm not asking you around, I ask myself.

The runner could only make money the last date.

This is usually the case.

Girls run no date, they just put the money.

You don't want to cooperate with the murderers, Morgan?

No, why?

Because someone shot it three times Millie Haskins with a 38-pin.

We all know we had to have some contact to meet the guy.

You've been working in the neighborhood for 20 years.

If you run into someone whom you think

how should i know call me, okay?

Sure.

Dirt.

Nocsak, nocsok ...

Then you're really capricious your nature. What did you do against the guy?

The back half is a burned biscuit could not defend it.

He's just one best man in his class.

And you can't do anything just 15 years younger.

Just leave the radio on and stay on the frequency.

All right, Cruz.

But I've never got it good catch from radio call.

All good arrests on my patrol service ...

walking, talking and comes from sight.

Walking, talking and looking at the patrol service ...

and the next thing that you won't do more policing,

just some ordinary you will be out there.

- Somebody has to do it! - Not for you!

You've been out too long already. You could be a captain, if there wasn't that dirty patrol service.

It's just a "puta" he does not like you.

You just waste your time there.

And for 20 years on that patrol service.

By the end of the month ...

you can retire.

Vacations ...

can start from Friday to eternity.

You can't love me on that patrol service.

And listen to your friend, Cruz.

Your soul is in danger, if you don't like it

Pay attention to that, what the "mano'-d says.

Come on.

The problem is that the left is not willing accept this idea.

Radicalism in the past conservatism and liberalism ...

Competition between could be better outlined.

On the left, for example, Rousseau ...

he claimed that human nature is basically good.

Or according to John Stuart Mill basically rational.

Or Thomas Jefferson, who ...

he was capable of his own destiny to be subordinated to society.

The left is still respects these principles.

Despite that there are bill plans,

are the problems of our time

Alcoholism is always there is ignored.

Here we finish and we will continue from tomorrow.

- So you can let us go. - Oh yes.

I will teach next year at Bainbridge

so i gotta go to san francisco, no debate.

Mr. Richard takes my place.

Now go, pressure. Then sometime the time will be goodbye.

In your footsteps then it will be difficult to move on.

The final exam. Never let them breathe.

He doesn't want to forget about the whole, stay here and come to me?

No. You already have a wife and I have almost a husband.

You have noticed that they are there can they park where they want?

If we do this, we get a penalty card.

Old Dick Tracy had a farm ...

I-A-I-A-O.

I'll be the first thing tomorrow morning to go to the gym.

I'll be that long-long say goodbye to you.

It's not that far.

- Hey! - Hello.

Hi.

How long is farewell?

Tonight there will be a farewell party at seven teachers and students.

- You're calling him. - Thank you.

Hello!

What did you do?

I made the streets safe for women and babies.

- I'm retiring. - Maybe we should close the door.

- What did you say? - I'm retiring.

- Cruz took it. - Yes.

Well ...

- You never could look into your eyes. - Now I know.

I'm leaving on Friday and it's time to go to San Francisco with you and have time to get married.

Only in this way can you do that?

I do not know, I'll do it.

Are you sure you can leave it there?

I didn't go to it to my patrol service, Cassie.

Close that damn door.

Commissioner, these people are disturbing me.

Slip away!

Hey, I see you take off the spare wheels.

Yes, for a long time.

Such a big, handsome guy like you should get a decent job.

Have you ever thought about to join the police?

Yeah, I thought I was just scared to get a partner like you.

Yes, but I have to teach you not to walk in that boots on my patrol service.

It would spark even more and fires.

1-X-L-40-5, 1-X-L-40-5, sign up at the police station.

1-4-2-4.

1-X-L-40-5, I took

1-X-L-40-5, I took

We found out a couple of people Millie was very addicted to drugs.

It was enough.

These are the strangest needle prints, I've ever seen.

It's all. Two or three years ago they made him float.

They invent themselves quite well.

It uses a light bulb filament and warm up with match ...

insert a hole in it with a needle and stretched.

Then they add one plastic spray bottle.

Millie told her about it I told you now.

We're coming soon.

We don't really like each other, right, Morgan?

Have you ever found a girl run?

The guy's name is Zoot Lafferty.

- Zoot Lafferty ... - We didn't find it.

- Do you know where you can now? - No.

- There's something else? - Yes.

Has the girl ever been arrested?

No, I never did.

She had never been able to.

Let me say it differently.

Occasionally, Millie Haskins helped me in my job as a Los Angeles policeman.

Of course, in exchange for a smaller payment.

One of my messages.

I don't know the runner how did you do things, Charlie,

but you never arrested a whistleblower if I can.

1-X-L-40-5 logs in about Wall Street 6.

What's that all about?

This is Dr. Haskins.

Mr. Morgan, Doctor.

- Welcome. - I'm Mildred's father.

Mildred Haskins.

Dr. Haskins demands a dead body.

- Just talk calmly. - Thank you.

Are you a father?

Yes, sir, I'm a dad.

- What can I do for you, Doctor? "Do I know he knew Mildred?"

No, sir, I knew him.

I thought I knew it once.

I never knew him.

It was a prostitute, wasn't it?

- I don't know, sir. - But you know.

Let me explain something.

When I say goodbye to myself, I have to go to my wife ...

and i have to say Mildred died.

Mrs. Haskins is not in good health.

And it will sound prose.

Over the years, he buried the past.

What about you, Doctor?

I loved Mildred better as I can tell you.

When you meet your mother ...

tell me that Millie ... I mean Mildred ...

was a street crime victim ...

and the police do their best will do to find the perpetrator.

Don't tell him anything.

Of course I will.

They say man is planning and God does.

I'm not really soothed and these words.

Especially if the man bring the baby to the world.

She loves her, she educates her.

You see, she changes from child to woman.

Then one day one man call from the coroner's office ...

and tells you that everything is over.

Nothing worked.

It doesn't make much sense, isn't it?

No, sir, no.

Thanks.

- No. - But.

- No no. Not this time. - But, this time, too.

Oh, no.

Beautiful people, Marvin. They are simply beautiful.

- You're doing fine now, Roxie. - Thank you, sure.

- What's your name's son? - Stanley Daberough.

- A new play game? - Yes ... that is.

Great.

I smell pork!

You've settled a little today about your usual route, Harry?

Look, I was completely absorbed, just away stay with you and your patrol service.

How many puffs did you draw today?

- Otherwise, Harry. - I'd rather step down.

I'll go, I think Marvin likes it, what you do here.

Marvin.

Why don't you calm down Mr. Morgan, a little drink?

Commissioner Morgan has another bottle I wouldn't give you a washcloth!

Why don't you finish it the continuous harassment of my guests Morgan?

I said I smell pork.

I never know how to pull it out Mr. Rovitch from my head.

Marvin and me long we have a common past, Marvin?

You know, the little Sam Rovitch was out of paying some interest to a guy named Stapleton.

Marvin did the job for him.

Leather gloves in the palm of your hand used piston pin on Sam.

Poor guy, his bones never they turned and finally died.

Marvin is a big man now.

You don't have to be like that anymore work.

Of course he's angry with me because ...

I closed this place twice.

Your license has been suspended.

It was 60 days occasionally, right, Marvin?

You know what?

Now, a lot I feel a smell of pig here.

Already before I heard you, son.

What's wrong with you, Morgan?

You're insane, Morgan!

You shouldn't allow me to get drunk.

I'm not drunk and you know.

You have to be drunk if you say so.

- I'll get you now. - They testify that I was sober.

Misdemeanor for wrongful arrest!

Give it everything.

No hell would you break your time, if there was a crate-filled compartment.

Marvin, you better get out of my way or I will be able to think of the madness

you try to intervene to arrest.

Morgan! Morgan!

I'm going to do it!

You just hang a target for your back.

Ready to swear before God that i was drunk inside?

There is no god in this at the patrol service, son.

I suppose you know the Supreme Court decision of the cops who ...

Well, that doesn't work right here either.

- Hi, Grogan. - I'll take it, Bumper.

You know, I was forced to to write my own decisions.

And you just got offended one of my laws.

Which is a policeman's nonsense.

You know you can't keep it, I'll be out in one hour.

Yes, but on this car you have to fuck for a few hours.

This will give you a better idea.

DON'T START A BOY ON THE ROUTE THAT HOW TO LEARN THE SLUSCUT IN THE CAR.

Pick up your booze, my hats.

I'm sorry, Commissioner. I did not do anything.

Pressure.

Hey, come here!

Come on, I won't bite you.

Yeah, Bumper.

How the conditional goes release, Arthur?

Very good. One month retreat program ... Hey!

You're on a pullout program, huh?

I'm not the strongest individual in the world, Bumper.

You're not arresting she was lumped by pinching prints, right?

The entire railway company could run on these tracks.

- Come. - I can't stay in prison, Bumper.

Then I'll be suicidal.

I know you are missing information.

Anyone I pick you up if you let it run.

Except your best informant.

He's the god you just called.

Maybe you won't arrest me, Arthur, if you help a little.

Let's talk to one Millie Haskins, a prostate.

He was a drug addict.

But it's dead, they killed him.

You may have used your source.

I ask him, I'll ask him but you know my source has a doorbell.

- Maybe I could get someone ... - Arthur.

In two weeks I will be 50 and now I start to celebrate my birthday immediately.

I don't care about some of them gram marijuana punk.

Oh, no, he's big, oh ... she is very big.

This guy once put me in and I wouldn't mind tossing you.

There's only one thing: Don't let me fall.

You know if you think I'm spicy sulfuric acid smoker to my syringe ...

and laughs until I hit myself.

You work for me. No one should know about it.

No one.

All right.

I'll bring this guy with another.

During the week.

He wants one hang a knot from the customer.

So the buyer comes and bring a few friends.

One afternoon one you will spend in a hotel room ...

Go to the point, Arthur.

Up and up the dealer.

He's a big man. His name is Marvin Heywood and ...

Arthur, I know everything about Marvin and Pink Dragon.

And he's the kind of guy to be stopped.

I said Marvin, yes ...

That's not good, Arthur.

It's just not now or so collected

to a Marvin treat with a similar guy.

You would see it, like a hole in socks.

Bumper in horrible form I'm today, you know?

I'll get you something. Something good. I swear I will.

But you have to help me.

Can you give me ...

Get out of here!

Sign here, here and here. All three copies.

Full name. Enter your permanent mailing address.

And make sure you whether the appointment date is correct.

All right? A copy of the commander, a your staff department and the third is yours.

Here is a briefing about the timing of your benefits Information area. Read it carefully.

Bumper, old guy.

I made a lot of money to get you out of here.

Kicking, still clinging to work.

Hey!

If we've met ...

you can witness the last my official act.

I want to know the boss what do you do with this thing.

- Your identification card? - Identification card?

Don't you congratulate me? Today I am a civil citizen.

Congratulations.

- What it feels like? - How do you feel? Great feeling.

There was a worse job and I started to feel that I also worsen with it.

He experiences too much man on the street.

It changes your way of thinking and your feelings.

Well.

Beautiful.

retired

Well, good luck, I'll leave you the drug addicts, the rogues.

Those weird guys in their long coat.

Tomorrow I'm starting a new job.

We'll meet soon.

LOS ANGELES POLICE DEPARTMENT OF PENSION AND TRAVEL

People think this is the best, what I achieved, though.

No, but the city is enough may find it dirty.

Come here.

I missed you. You missed it very much.

You have to go back to the night.

- How's work going? - Work always goes well.

Have you heard of Millie H.?

Beautiful, huh?

Not really.

Who did it?

Something sick monster who loves to beat the prostitute.

Well, our city is full of similar things, believe me, I know.

Frightening.

Maybe one of them is drunk it was trampling out there.

Did you know Millie once came to me to get a job as a dancer.

I told her to go and look a guy and go to him.

He's gone and found Zoot Lafferty.

That ferret!

You, cops, should catch you and make it cool.

Women killing ...

No, use them.

He let him kill himself.

- Did you see it here? - No.

I don't know where to go now.

I want to talk to him.

I always wanted it to ask you something.

- Is this your own pocket? - My own.

You've been a police officer for so many years and still you don't know how to avoid trouble.

I'm not trying, Glenda. I just love the challenge.

Ask me a little, okay?

Every dollar you've ever given I put it on a bank account for Sissy.

As we agreed at the beginning.

Nothing can be done if you have your own child.

I know.

Mine would be 26 years old now.

With hair and long hair.

Probably.

Have you heard of your wife?

Nothing 15 years ago.

I never met my exe.

Not that I want to.

You and Sissy ...

you are the only ones.

You are the most important, baby.

Would you mind if you didn't do this?

- What? This? - Yes.

All right?

You know what?

You start to be a real individual.

You don't even look like a cop at the moment.

I know that you would bring those thugs out of prison instead of bringing them.

We have a lot of time.

I don't have it, Glenda.

I'm going to retire.

Everything.

- When? - On Friday.

You won't go any more then with a polished mark.

Somehow.

You will never leave the street you can't get rid of it.

You'll stay there until they're kicked out or you don't die.

Just like me.

Yes.

Hey, Bumper.

I filled it, and then I sent it back to you from San Francisco.

I'll give my badge and my passport before I leave.

With Cassie?

The gods, I'm glad you, my!

Even if you don't believe in God.

I believe in a good god Cruz, you know.

When will you learn that there is only one god?

Even your god has three faces.

Morgan, the poached chilli trying to dance with you?

She'll retire, Lieutenant.

My 20th working year will be at the end of the month.

That's right.

And except for all my holidays I could do it on Friday.

That's right.

- Cups. - Yes sir.

You can get security guard work for more money than you received here.

Damn it!

SUPPORT LOCAL POLICE

Become an informant

Who invented this stuff?

I don't know, Bumper. Why?

Arrest.

The chair of the meeting is the action of the city council he promised this week Friday.

Well, we'll see what's going to happen.

The Los Angeles Police murder group investigates ...

Mildred "Bunny" Haskins brutal murder,

whose body is they found it yesterday morning.

It is likely to be the same the anonymous offender hurt him,

who was beaten and shot by a young man Northwich housewife last month.

According to investigators bodily injuries ...

- Harry. - Coming.

... the circumstances are similar on the Millie Haskins case.

And turn it off, please.

Health.

I wish Irma came here. Delayed!

Yes? Who is she?

A silly girlfriend I picked up last week.

Bringing your eyes on you if you let him.

But he has a crazy good body.

A delight.

God, I wish it was here.

You just have to look at it.

But I can only do that.

If it looks so good I also want to watch.

You're not going to marry me, do you, Bumper?

Of course not, Harry.

Invite you to a drink, good, Bumper?

I do not know.

You forget many things lately.

Last week, twice forgot to close.

Yeah, just walked away.

I don't know how long it will be is able to drive this place.

Do you know what the water really does?

Like a single stroke man gets old.

I mean in seperc.

This is the crazy old boat he's already dying and he doesn't know about it.

I'll tell you something, Freddie.

You know why I drink always in this place?

Because the conversation always so cheerful.

Hey, Bumper.

I think everyone is running out of it the man who starts dying.

- Hi. Irma? - Hi.

Goodbye everybody.

Oh, I thought you ran away.

Not me!

- What are we celebrating? - To ourselves.

Ourselves ... yes.

- Well ... I stopped on the road. - I'll tell Cruz.

Oh, you wouldn't.

- This is Sheela. - Hi, Sheela.

And here he is Mr. Morgan.

No, he's John Sheriff.

- Found. - Where's your uniform?

I think I forgot about it.

Some feel that the uniform is just a fabulous costume.

I sometimes feel that way.

Come.

Whiskey with ice.

Our host, Dr. Demonds from our History Department.

- And Mr. Morgan ... - From the police.

- Really? - Yes.

- It must be a very interesting job. - Yeah.

Married...

- Have a good time. - Thank you.

Before you march I loved my life ...

such chattering intellectuals together with toddler.

You've never been in your life ever.

But now nothing it seems the same.

Good for you.

Hey, or a thousand things we have to plan for friday.

Well, somehow I planned to plan later.

- You or me? - At you.

Do not rummage.

Champagne?

Of course with a police discount.

They will be missing police rebates.

I don't think I'll lose it my rebate,

I think I'll get a wife.

You are my "Blue Knight" a black and white paripan,

you fight in knight tournaments and you live from the earth.

- Try to "handle". - Treat it.

Right.

You think you'll be able to to deal with the situation alone?

I'm sure I'll try it.

Be careful, okay?

- Whiskey? - Correct replacement.

You're not one of them for forced false pros,

who look through on people, right?

No, sir. People straight I look into my eyes every time.

Someone we don't know to be angry?

Patrol patrol. I have no secret weapon yet.

- Confident. - Thank you.

- What are you monitoring? - One area.

And what do you think of street demonstrations?

Oh, sometimes I like you a little demonstration.

- What about marijuana? - Do you have it?

- I mean what do you think about it? - That's bad.

- Why? - Harmful passion.

- But it's harmless. - I don't see that.

To get it out too fast we are the monster.

I prefer this.

I noticed it.

Why would anyone want to be a cop?

I don't tease you I really want to know.

Really?

Really.

Well, you believe it or not ...

there are certain things in life, what mama won't do for us ...

and the dad won't to handle us ...

and absolutely sure the teachers they will not handle us either.

And somebody has to do it.

- Really pleased when you shut down a man for ten years? - Sometimes.

He wouldn't want something to do for people, not against them?

I think I do something for people every time I have a good rush.

Why?

Well, there are some people who can't afford it for yourself to be a victim.

Who are you planning to arrest tomorrow?

The guy who killed Millie Haskins.

Who is Millie Haskins?

A junkie prostitute, but he also has his rights.

- What are you studying? Social sciences? - Not exactly.

- English? - Not found. I'm a student of law.

One day I plan that the plaintiff will be in a court.

You can't win all.

- How do you know those cops? - From Century City.

- Have you ever been to that? - Yes, I and the President of the United States.

With his white helmet, his baton and with his gun.

Well, for all of them I needed, dude.

He didn't see any unnecessary brutality?

No, only approx. 5000 screaming people.

I was wrong.

You're not like that like any other cop.

You're worse.

Will they attack you tomorrow?

Anything you told them or what they told you you didn't care about me.

Look, you've been doing a job for 20 years people who don't even appreciate it.

I will be glad when you finally take off your uniform.

You started out with an extruded shape. Do you know about it?

I know who I started with.

What does he want?

Your phone.

Are you crazy? Are you crazy?

Do you know what to do with you?

I think we should keep this between us tonight.

There is no tuition.

As Sam Rovitch did not, as it was not me

when i got it your little message tonight.

We are rowing in a ship.

Nobody is nearby. I never thought you would.

Oh, there's another one little thing, Marvin.

You won't see more this patrol service on Friday.

So before you go to the cloakroom to fix yourself ...

You better call your buddies.

And tell me that death will be redemption,

if ever They come to my 5 mile area.

All right, boys. To stop.

Get on line!

Watch out!

The commander is a bit grumpy in the mood this morning.

So I suggest you get a sandwich for someone or banana in your pocket ...

Get rid of it!

Watch out!

I can now report it now, Bumper.

Don't do it, sir.

All right.

- Here you go. - Oh yes.

The murderers ask you to get to know the Haskins case.

We're looking for a guy who likes to beat before he kills.

No description.

If you get information that can have something to do with it ...

Lieutenant Charles Bronski Extension 4022.

That is all.

Displace!

I don't know, I think you will leave it should have been reported by the lieutenant.

I don't want any announcement! I just want to disappear.

I'll take my usual two-day rest day and I don't show up on Monday, that's all.

- Why keep it secret? - Because I'm mysterious.

You can have a look at you to make a notification.

I don't want any announcement! I just want to go.

You think if you don't report it, will not I go then?

Yes... Well, maybe.

These guys are now they're not trying to be good cops either.

They don't even look over the seats where the prisoners can hide everything.

One day a pack of hash, a hand grenade or I will find a weapon.

Or I can find a dead horse.

What the hell is with you, Cruz? Take those eyes off of me.

I don't think anything will go wrong with you, my.

Nothing will go wrong.

I'm just spending my time saying goodbye from my friends and my enemies.

Do you say goodbye to Glenda?

I said goodbye to him. Why?

I do not know. He called, said an address.

He said you would understand.

Here you go.

- Grogan. - Hey, Bumper.

That's ... it goes with the work here.

You know, many young slings around here and ...

What the hell are you doing here?

Who are you going to do?

One of your upscale dwellers, maybe.

I got an ear, Room 713.

Look, if ... you plan to attack the guy

try to do it quietly because we don't like the noise here.

You're there ... Grogan!

Yes, that is the boss of the green ear.

Well, let's run one night, good?

Yes Yes. Which evening?

- Do you like Arabic food? - I love it.

- How about tonight? - Good.

- Exactly here approx. seven o'clock, good? - Good. You can count on me.

Hi.

It's not your patrol service.

No more patrol services Friday afternoon, Zoot.

And I don't want to to go without saying goodbye.

Now open it!

Middle of the month...

I removed a day to fix some bills.

The last time I saw you wasn't no grass, no window.

Last time I remember well he was very pleased with my arrest.

Do you command something?

Tell me about Millie Haskins.

Just start somewhere and later I will filter out the essence of it.

Of course I heard about it. He was terribly upset.

We felt good once together, Millie and myself.

We had a lot of fun.

You start with that guy or guys with the name you had last night.

I can not help. Millie's relationship with me has deteriorated.

Bullshit!

No, no bullshit, it's the truth.

Millie and I interrupted the relationship a few months ago.

Why?

It became unreliable.

He became a little jealous of the other bitches.

Girls...

Frankly, most of the time fired from the harness ... until the rash.

And he started to do things ... My things. He sold them for heroin.

When did you last talk to him?

Two or three months ago.

Just before I traveled to Europe for a little vacation.

He worked in the Round Table.

It sank so deep that it was still the place he wasn't his weight group either. It's a waste.

I feel sorry for him, I'm really sorry.

I believe it.

You should have remembered this, when you dragged it on.

It's unfair, unfair!

Let me do something completely clear.

I'm not looking for a girl. The girls are looking for me.

Best quality.

You're an old man, it's better to start acting like that.

- Now keep me out of my home! - Just a tiny moment, Zoot.

Hey, no right to search for this place!

I didn't have to search it was here before my nose.

What the hell are you trying to do? Will he become a madman before he is fired?

There's a murder guy in downtown, who wants to talk to you.

Murderers or scams?

Especially murderers, come on!

Mr. Lafferty is here to give up.

I did not do anything.

Then let's say Mr. Lafferty a good citizen and came down here

to work with the police and the investigation of the murderers.

You're the coolest bastard, who I know!

After you collaborate Lieutenant Bronski ...

you can return to your dirty work.

And I give it my word, never to bother you again.

That is, not personally.

Of course, I cannot guarantee that any other cop will not pick up sometime.

I'm sorry you won't be harassed anymore. I can't stand if I get upset.

Stay sitting, Zoot.

I want to talk to you for a minute.

Diaz.

Hold on for a minute.

- What do you want to do with it? - Oh, it's just a bit of a chasing maniac.

How many instructions did you get, Morgan?

I don't like being too upset too angry, too ...

He's a son of a bitch and it was all his life.

He has broken every law.

You wanted her and got her. I brought him in. What else do you want?

What do you want Morgan to do?

On Friday I want to leave from here if I have a part of this case if it is closed.

Retires?

Yes.

Hey.

- Will you give me a criminal record? - Not exactly.

If anyway, there's definitely something what I could do to change my mind.

7 am tonight tonight.

Up there. You can get ...

food, drink, comfortable place ...

and more.

- Sounds good. - That's right.

I think that's right now I wasted a cop.

I think it is multiple.

- It's over. - I'll wait for you.

Oh, Cassie.

I'm sorry, I forgot to have a guy tonight to have dinner.

Well, then come over.

Good, but it may be late.

I want to see you tonight.

Well.

Give me my criminal record I'm late for my watch.

I think I forgot how to write.

Bumper ...

I want a little boy.

Here it is. I said it.

For sure.

Cassie ...

I wasn't thinking of starting a family.

Well, think about it.

10 or 15 years ...

You and I will be old.

And we have to think about it.

Two years ago, Nancy Vogler and her husband our history department ...

Hey, you look strange. Do you hear what I'm saying?

Yes, every word.

They took a boy home. It's 15 years now.

- Did you receive it forever? - No, they became foster parents.

He said...

He said they almost forgot, how to live

until you do they got that boy.

Bumper ...

White, Black, Brown, yellow kid, I don't care.

But somebody has to be with us

who looks up at us and learn from us.

Look into my eyes.

We both need someone to if we're old.

You better fix it.

1 -X-L-40-5 1 -X-L-40-5

1-X-L-40-5, you can say.

Meet the Detective Officer at Beverly and the southeast corner of Vermont.

This is a call from the supervisor

I didn't like Zoot Lafferty he brought it this morning.

We both know we don't know close down for drug possession, right?

Everything right now I took Zoot home.

He said much more like he believes he said.

Some girls seem to specialize to treat monsters

we are also looking for.

I'll talk to everyone who we find.

Or Zoot will tell you much more before I finish it.

Until then, Morgan, I want you to keep yourself away from it.

I treat him in my own way.

And I don't want to no intervention.

Clear?

I don't know what you're trying to do.

Maybe he wants to be a captain or police officer ...

or some sort of waste he wants a job like this.

But if you want to, Charlie, it is better to start thinking about

that guys like me on the street they are in a better color

with Zoot to prevent stricts

to take over control over the city.

One more thing?

I'm sorry, I did it wrong, ma'am.

- How did you say that? - He would have been in this for 5 seconds ...

and I would have caught it.

- How did you know? - There are no villains in this area.

He sat on the porch as if he were living there and run and swipe a bag.

Probably by now in the next street and he gets into his car.

Why don't you get it?

Because he didn't do anything.

But you do, by carrying his bag.

- Do you know this neighborhood? - Yes.

Well, next time leave your bag at home, wears her lipstick in her pocket ...

and put the money right here.

- Can you remember what I said? - I think.

You would spare a lot of worries, if he did as I said.

It will be. And I'm very grateful that one There's a similar policeman on the street.

Thanks.

Finish Your Harry, just give your people here.

- Well, where is it? - Where's what?

Knobby, since you know this tramp?

This guy? Do not know him.

- I do not believe you. - I don't care what you believe, Bumper.

It seems to me...

to choose from: the mailbox or this place.

I watched the mailbox so you used this place.

No action today, huh?

You better close it, Knobby, You're going with it.

Why?

For more investigation.

Just sit down and bring your coffee.

I do not know him!

I really don't know him!

She got in a couple of times and talked to me. That's just what happened.

1 -X-L-40-5.

Damn, Bumper! I'm not letting you go.

You don't want any further problems to cause me, right?

1-X-L-40-5, reception

1-X-L-40-5 is a unit a in East District 375.

Bumper ... there's something else.

I can't afford to take leave out, go down and wait until they let go.

You know I don't work with her.

I swear that only I talked to the guy ...

- I want a good one, Knobby. - We?

I want a good grip this week.

- This week? - Until Friday.

He's a tramp. I want more, a big fish.

Wait a minute.

I have a girl I know. He told me he had a custodian ...

- Sorry, no prostitute is needed. - Wait a minute.

The guy he was with hiding a gun under his pillow.

- That's what he said. - 38?

- I do not know. - When did that happen?

- Last night. - What's the guy's name?

How does he look like?

- Where? - I do not know.

But I can find out.

He goes to the investigators I'll be in a minute.

Call and be quick.

When is the chick going?

What else?

Sounds good.

Are you at 907, did you write it?

Good! I'm fine ...

Wait...

I will finish in a minute, Commissioner, they will call you immediately.

Are you in an emergency?

I hope you wait your call, Laila.

The police should not smoke in public places.

It's just a costume uniform, what I rented for an underground movie.

It destroys itself, if I press a button.

All right, that's what? An arrest?

What's your charge? He talked to a loser.

V-E-S ... whatever it is.

I have nothing to do with it.

If I make calls in full time, would I do it from a public booth?

I only have a little question about a guy who was your chaplain.

Oh, Bumpy, you're kidding!

No, I'm not kidding.

No, he's not kidding.

All right, what guy?

70, whose wife died two years ago? Do you like to watch my shoes take off?

Or 16 years old, who was crying?

What about you?

You could feel good. I would feel good too.

If you don't like it, I have some good friends from Barom.

Vadítóak.

Finish?

Yes, we can finish but we never started.

Because I have to say that each one jerk looks like me.

This jerk might be a bit he could look different.

He holds a gun under his pillow.

- Timmy. - Who is Timmy?

- How do I know? - How it looks?

Male, Caucasian, 178 cm, 77 kg ...

redhead hair bald here and here.

Dapper.

I'm good, isn't it?

Any clue, conversation, phone call? Did you mention a friend?

As we did I ran quickly.

He was the kind he didn't I wanted to get to know you too much.

It was a monster.

A crazy animal.

The kind of guy he's excited to play is to tie and strap on canvas.

Usually acting.

Timmy boy was a real pervert.

When you pulled out the rope I knew it would be a bad experience.

Happy?

Well?

Your phone is ringing.

Hallo?

Of course I remember Paul van Chack. How's Paul?

Thank you very much.

But maybe next time, when you're in town, hmm?

No, I just love Paul. I'd also like to meet you.

You are such nice guys.

But at this moment ...

But I'm very busy.

I have a very nice conversation with a very nice man.

Actually, he's a cop.

A fluffy, dull ...

So do you get the majority of your dates? Does someone give your name to someone else?

The most.

- So you met Timmy? - Yes.

- Did you call me here? - No, I have another number.

- Let me see. - What?

I need.

Do you remember where you met him?

At the Orchid Hotel.

- Which room? - 313

I hope they will do well come together.

You're the case.

- Who are you? - Elmer Johnston, sir.

- I'm working here. - Good for you.

- I want a spare key for room 313. - 313 ...

- Mr. Landry is in his room, sir. - Who's Mr. Landry?

No one, sir, with anyone.

Then just give me the key.

- You can simply knock on his door. - Come on, come on, give me the key.

I'm afraid sir, that just ... i ... i ...

- I want to see all logins in this hotel for the last 5 years. - Sir?

I want to know what kind of guests use this writing academy.

Come on, Elmer, half the rooms four times a night.

Something wrong, sir?

No, sir.

Don't move!

Stay there!

All right, contact me!

Elmer, come in and make yourself useful.

Yes sir.

Read this for him.

The rights of the arrested.

Just start from the point.

Some points:

"You have the right to listen."

Two:

"If you give up your listening rights,

everything he says can be used against him in court. "

Three:

"You have the right to speak to a lawyer and accept one's defense. "

Four: "If you wish can't afford it ...

then the state will assign one to you. "

"You understand these rights, as I told you? "

- Answer him, stupid! - Yes.

"You want to give up the right to listen? "

No.

"Do you want to give your right to speak to a lawyer and accept one for trial?"

No.

This is approx. covers all your rights as a US citizen?

All of them, sir.

All right, start!

Hello, my! What is possible with it with a killer you started to tell about?

His name is Tim Landry. This guy is pretty perverted to

- to be the monster who killed Millie Haskins. - Yes.

We keep it for a minor crime. Ex-criminal, weapon ...

But his identity passes.

Two years ago a woman he was in Hollywood for murder.

And the guy's description is right, they saw Millie last night.

The murderers will they get things done.

- Has the supervisor been contacted? - No.

Thanks, Frank.

The guy's running around was in his pocket.

The conditional release two weeks ago.

What if the murderers would you work on this?

- I? - You.

What can I do as a patrol officer?

Charlie Bronski asked you.

- Charlie? - Yes, mine.

Cruz, Charlie and me we don't come out too well.

It's about time when you started.

After all, he talks to people who you know, he is not at all.

It will save you time will help him.

I've already talked to the soldier.

- Yes? - He said you were going to cut it.

All police work, murder or not.

Charlie in an hour meets you.

Stop, ma'am.

Would you please tell me how did you understand it in the morning ...

"Better to fix it"?

Oh, Cassie, I didn't want to, to react in this way.

Well, so I responded, I became lame.

You don't think sometimes are you hiding behind that thing?

Don't mix this up, Cassie. We designed everything.

Nothing we designed it!

Tickets.

Our machine tomorrow night He's up at 7.

And while you have the best dinner of your life you eat in San Francisco ...

decide where and when we will get married.

We get on Saturday and Sunday a real estate agent ...

and we are looking for a home for ourselves.

You better put this on.

And the future-former Morgan police officer get a prime recommendation for himself

before you pack it.

Pay attention...

Many police work I have to handle it, so ...

I'll tell you everything tonight.

Before or after dinner?

Cassie, I'm still a police officer ...

Okay, okay, I just thought you could give up or something.

The rest of our lives we will spend together.

Just wait until I'll catch you tonight.

After your important dinner.

Would be better if it weren't a few thousand people around us.

Well, a coward!

Why don't you buy yourself a little new content?

Well, gentlemen! Just come in and stand in front of me.

It is

Come here and line up.

Okay, stop there.

All right, gentlemen, turn left slowly.

Good.

Number four man.

He would try to watch the others and do the same with them?

Well.

A number of men. Take off your hat.

That's right, Charlie?

Let's look at them in red light, John.

Fred!

Ladies and gentlemen!

If you recognize any lord standing here don't signal it in some way

but to say it quietly to the investigating officer.

You look good, Celia.

This man is a gentleman! I just love it!

Look at them. Do you recognize a man?

Yes, it's a detective cop.

He was arrested years ago.

Try again.

When we ask ourselves where they live the address of their last sleeping place.

"Ecc pecc you can go" will you play with me too?

Celia ...

you worked together a few nights ago Millie Haskins at the Round Table Bar.

And he left with a guy.

This is important!

The last guy ... the last guy you saw ...

Is he up there?

Tell me where you live.

I can't see the end of the room.

If it is up I can't see it.

But I have to say that i was standing that night

Millie is an adult elephant he could have walked,

then I wouldn't have seen it.

Celia please go up Damien would like some more information.

Man, he's got enough time.

But you could tell him I need to rest.

Celia must rest.

In fact, you can stretch out on his desk upstairs.

- True, Charlie? - Yes of course.

Feel at home, Celia.

I'm glad you're standing behind me in this thing, Morgan.

- I thought he recognized us. - Me too.

- Do you hear me right there? - Yes

Where does it come from? Where do you live?

We're still solving this issue today.

It'll be with us until the end.

- Where does he live? - Bay View, Oregon.

When we ask where he lives we want the address of your last sleeping place.

All right, Ambrose. Where does he live?

I do not remember. Some shelter in Alameda.

What did he do when he was arrested?

I was drinking with one of my friends.

And what was your friend's name?

Your name ...

Miriam Murphy was.

All right, well.

End the fun there.

Return to

Stop, gentlemen.

You want to hear something else, Lily?

No, no of these clowns.

Do you ever recognize someone?

No.

All right, Lily. Thank You.

You can go.

Have another girl ...

Mr. Sights from the District Attorney's Office.

Morgan Police Officer, Lieutenant Bronski.

Morgan, Bronski.

Mr. Sights.

Mr. Sights said he was just joining the District Attorney's staff.

Yes, I'll handle the Kerrigan case. John B. Kerrigan.

I think 3 months ago arrested for robbery.

I remember pretty much.

- Yes, that's why I'm here. - I understand.

Mr. Sights is responsible for the matter.

Morgan, I could talk to you for a moment, please?

When will this be brought to court?

At 2 o'clock in Division 34.

He was notified, right?

Yeah ... yes, I forgot.

Look, Mr. Sights. When you sit in the back I'll come immediately if?

So her name is Gloria Fastess, Forstess or something similar.

He used to work in the Round Table.

Frank, please call Gloria Fasten.

Fasten, yeah.

What about it? Are you trying to start a movement?

You know how it is, young yet.

Be kind! Go back and grab your hand for a while.

How are things going?

He didn't kill Landry's gun Millie Haskins, Cruz.

Yeah, but that doesn't mean that could not use another weapon.

I know.

- Are you really retiring? - Yes, tomorrow.

Beaumont, Texas.

Take your hand out of your pocket.

- I forget. - Please be careful.

"Just like it was in the army, okay?" - I wish I was there.

When I went into the lobby there were three men there.

Everything is in the report and ...

one of them snapped and rose upstairs.

I began to suspect so I followed him.

And he ran into room 212.

Did you push the door?

No, I know better than that.

So I went back to the lobby and I saw the receptionist.

Charles Lubice.

Yes I believe I didn't remember his name.

And I found out this guy was Kerrigan logged in to 212.

So I called the registration class ...

and I found out that it was an arrest warrant is in force against him.

The Traffic Rules Collection 21453a violation?

Yes, for that.

Hey, so here's my man.

Take your hand off me!

- Hi, Bumper. - Hi baby.

- What's all this? - Listen, thank you very much if ...

you would go and talk a little Lieutenant Bronski, huh?

Good.

Hey, what a good arlington-guy!

So this is a lunatic detective cop harasses those nice citizens.

Look, cutie, just go, I'll explain it all.

Sweet Alone?

Charlie! Who the hell are you that you have come here for?

You told him Kerrigan's lawyer was your personal description here?

Do you have it?

No, I never keep it the personal description.

But I can tell you Kerrigan's weapon there was a point on the top of the drawer.

in a visible place with the money stolen from the store.

In fact, money is still it was in his bank packaging.

- So you didn't have to search the room? - No.

Okay, let's go back to this.

Well, when I found out it was acceptance is commanded against Kerrigan ...

I went back to the receptionist and I asked him for a key, master key.

And I went back upstairs I knocked on the door, identified myself ...

and when opening windows i thought you could hear

I went from myself.

So he went into the room legally and tried to execute the order.

Well, I didn't have the command, but I knew about its existence.

The same.

- Serious suspicion of a beautiful crime. - I thought so.

- And there was no problem with the Penal Code 844. - No.

- And there was no problem house search license. - No.

Listen, Mr. Sights, the whole report is in front of you.

We're not in court yet, so tell me why you came here?

Morgan, look at me the facts are of interest.

I don't know the rest of the district how do they work in the prosecutor's office

but I want to stand on the hardest soil and I seize every opportunity.

There would be just a few more questions that is all.

Hold him down that's not enough, cutie.

Can I do something else for you?

We would like you to jump in with us we miss you.

Well, I'll try, Lorraine.

Well, the best witnesses are always dead.

Hey, Bumper, old cimbora! I have not seen you in a long time.

How are you, my friend?

- Hey, what's up with you, Swifty? - Oh, as I am.

That murderous guy want to talk to you.

I ... I didn't kill anyone.

No, but I'll kill you, if you don't go there sparingly.

- Pressure. - All right, all right.

See you later, Bum.

All right, Morgan. For what reason went to Garrigan's Hotel?

To check the lobby for the drinkers, I have already arrested a couple there.

Good, but why?

That...

Protect the building from vandalism possible damage caused by this.

That's right.

- Do you want to add something else? - No.

- Do you want to change something? - No.

Mr. Sights, I've been witnessing thousands of times.

I think it's good, fair, I'm a sincere witness.

And I worked hard on the in my modem room.

So don't worry, everything will be fine.

Satisfied?

Only if you calm down not to worry.

Don't worry, lawyer. You have an absolutely sure thing.

All right, I'm happy.

Well, gentlemen ...

I'm not gonna take their time.

Thank you very much and I'm grateful.

These are the Mountaineering state defense lawyers trying to smash ...

and court case they want to do it.

That's exactly what this guy is. You need to check your calendar ...

and feel responsible to tell which day it will be.

What really happened?

Married...

Percy was my word. You know him.

And I promised him 20 bucks if he delivers something good to me.

And he put it on this Kerrigan.

So I went, I kicked the door ...

I got the guy the gun and the horse.

Natural, Lieutenant. No problem at all.

At any time, anytime.

Well, Bumper. I could have called when it happened.

That night, I didn't see Millie.

All right, Swifty.

- Querido! - Hi, Tootsie.

Pay attention...

Why don't you go ahead?

You see that handsome guy Lieutenant Bronski?

Sit down on it in a few minutes I'm coming, okay?

- Hasta Luego! - Ski.

Just a few hours later I found out traffic offense

so i just stuck it in my arrest report,

as a serious suspicion of a crime.

Cruz, take it off of me those eyes.

I just made things a little simpler.

Listen, this Kerrigan is a humorous ...

He planned six more robberies.

Two in Rampart and four in Centro.

Family stores.

Cut with a pistol on the face a 71 year old shopkeeper.

And poor old guy is blind now.

Do you know what I think?

I think it's one you're a lucky cop.

It's a traffic violation it was that guy.

Hello, Harry.

The less I talk about now with you, the better I will love.

Harry...

You know, we have to do what we have to do.

- I see you got off very fast. - It took a long time.

Do you know what ... This thing is too big.

No one will be disturbed by if you follow me.

Morgan, you don't understand. People want us in the shop.

What does a guy get for bookbinding? Another big fish.

You get a lousy money penalty.

Who has time to do this?

Have you ever seen a bookmaker leaning down? Say one.

Damn you can't tell me.

Everyone bets on bookmakers.

And those who don't, they find it other guilty passion.

Morgan, give up!

She has been a cop for so many years and still doesn't know how to give up the fight.

Did you finish Harry?

Yes, I just want to know why are you wasting your time?

Very good question.

Let's see if there is one my romantic answer.

You know it was years ago a guy in New York

who has funny stories written about bookmakers.

I read them, I thought fun, ridiculous, lovable.

Until I met with dirty dull ones like you.

Then I realized if the little things go wrong,

certainly the great things they will go wrong.

And there's nothing ridiculous either lovable or fun in you.

Because it's a dirty, rotten, you are in a bad business.

Like Mr. Winehouse's lawyer I would like to inform you...

Oh, hold on!

PART 34 DISCOUNT IN THE 812 ROOM

IN THE COURT OF JUSTICE MARTHA REDFORD

When he returned to the director's office

he checked the name in the guestbook or asked Mr. Lubice who lives there?

- I asked the guest book. - Did you read the name in the guestbook?

- Yes sir. - What was the name?

As I told you in my testimony, sir,

the name of the accused was John B. Kerrigan from room 212.

Then he asked Mr. Lubice the man's name from room 212?

Not myself I read the name.

You read it yourself the name, okay.

When did you know about the capture order?

Immediately. I called the registration class and ...

have told the traffic offense.

Did you use Mr. Lubice's phone?

No, sir, the public phone I used it in the lobby below.

No further questions to the witness.

You are dismissed.

Call your next witness.

I call José Lubice.

Mr. Lubice, Commissioner Morgan that day came

to request the hotel guestbook asked who lives in room 212?

No, only the guest book was requested.

- What are you trying to get out of this? - I do not know.

Mr. Lubice, you remember whose name was in the guestbook?

Naturally. His.

You understand the accused, the man on my left?

- Yes sir. - What's his name?

John C. Currigan.

He would repeat and subvert it the name please?

John C. Currigan.

- J-O-H-N ... - Write down your surname, please.

Currigan. C-U-R-R-I-G-A-N.

And the middle monogram was C like Charlie?

Yes sir.

Ever saw the Kerrigan name, John B. Kerrigan in the hotel registry?

What is K-E-R-R-I-G-A-N?

- No, sir. - Did you see Kerrigan anywhere else?

No.

Sometime he mentioned Commissioner Morgan,

that room 212 is living man named John B. Kerrigan?

R-E-R-R-I-G-A-N.

No, because it's not his name to the best of my knowledge.

What happened?

Well, well ...

Kerrigan used a pseudonym, when you logged in.

- But if that judge thinks ... - But you saw what was in that guestbook!

Morgan, what else testified yet false?

Surely he couldn't call anyone.

- Have you been installed? - Yes of course. They sent a repairman.

- But didn't it work? - No.

Commissioner Morgan You used your phone

to inquire the Acceptance Order?

No one called you.

I'm trying to tell you this.

I have a question, Mr. Hughes.

Of course, judge.

Who was in the lobby that morning when did Commissioner Morgan come in?

Nobody's just me. No one else was a judge.

The lawyer, please come to the judiciary.

The matter will be dropped.

I don't know what I advise you.

Sit down!

I'm not making calls.

After many years in the judiciary, never happened before.

I want to know why he did it.

Well, I ... I wanted to get out of the street, judge.

You know what the investigation and custody rules nowadays ...

I know everything about them, Commissioner Morgan. I'm sitting in my judge five days a week.

Well, I'm five days a week I'm on my patrol service and ...

It would be difficult to convince them if I wouldn't color things out a little,

when these criminals are come to court.

There are degrees of reality and untruth, Commissioner Morgan.

But in this particular case, it was a little more than the little one.

But, judge, I knew what kind of rogue is he ...

We're talking about a lie!

I've seen witnesses a thousand times.

And I know all the defendants lie to a greater or lesser extent.

But a policeman is completely turning the truth into a serious suspicion of a crime.

And even his credibility to raise your suspicion.

But never, I never thought it was one Los Angeles policeman sitting in court ...

and falsifies his entire testimony.

Disgusting!

Well, I didn't fake it the whole thing, judge.

Currigan had the gun, the money was right there ...

I didn't assume that your weapon he kept stirring his soup.

- I say he's a dangerous man. - And I say this doesn't mean anything!

But I think it means something.

I know the man i know what he did

the people you hurt, what can you do ...

It doesn't matter compared to the damage

what's up to you a similar person can do.

You are not the force of law!

He acted in disregard of the law. - But judge ...

Court judgments are people assumes charity ...

ahead of all logical assumptions.

But these laws are higher courts continue to treat them as laws.

Judge, the guy ...

That guy is a free man now by arresting him.

And because of that she lied about her in court.

I find this to be a conscience.

I'm going to ask the District Attorney, to start a case with a charge of false testimony.

And this is all, Commissioner Morgan.

Judge, there's something what I have to say.

I know what a mistake I made, I know what I am in trouble.

And we both know that they will be judged.

I'm not afraid of that. I don't even lose my pension.

But I would like to ask

to give me a chance, please.

Why should I give it?

Because I'm a very good one I'm a police officer, judge.

Outside my patrol service ...

people really they look at me.

They think I'm special.

They know most police are working at 9 o'clock ...

and go home to their family.

But guys like me live on their patrol service!

That's our family!

This is me, so I am myself!

Don't write down all of us, judge.

Most policemen not lying at all.

And the others are just a little lying, as you mentioned.

Just ... some do it like me...

what I did in the courtroom.

And there's something else.

I'm leaving the police tomorrow after 20 years.

My last day ...

And damn if I could read it the name of the man in the guestbook

I wouldn't be in that in a tight position!

Cursed 50 years old, judge.

And far-sighted.

And I mock myself I'm still 30 years old.

And that I can do it work of a young man.

When I can't do it!

I just can't do it again!

Well.

I'll ask you Deputy District Attorney

not to write anything his false testimony in his report.

Get out of here now!

I'm still thinking about that I did the right thing to you.

Earnie!

Shoe shine?

No, not today.

Why not?

You have a hard job thin kid.

I'm doing it for money what's wrong with this?

Nothing you do it fairly.

Do it again, he despises me.

Tell me something. What are you doing for fun?

I'll be away someday for a baseball game.

- What kind of baseball game? - Dodgers, Rams.

When did you last see Dodgers?

- A couple of years ago. - With friends?

My job, if I have no friends.

I know you understand, kid. You're just tougher.

But not good alone to go through this world.

- Goodbye, Commissioner. - Hey!

Why don't you call Bumper?

Why not? Goodbye, Bumper.

Hi, Rudy!

By himself? Don't be stupid, Commissioner Morgan.

Feel good?

In my country this dance is called "salt spray".

If the dancer is on his hips on two sides they tie sacks with small holes.

You will do a regular white circle yourself around when the dance ends. You see?

Pretty spicy, huh?

What happens next?

Yes.

Then my sister takes it in the back of the kitchen ...

and serve our guests.

Enjoy yourselves.

How much do you think your tariff might be?

Who knows?

Don't you want to ask?

That is all.

He was angry with me. He commented on me.

So I just drew him.

You killed?

I got this from Mary.

I don't know, I ... I ...

Miss Mary.

Children are adults and they went.

It was 30 years ago that I took Mary to the city center to dance to the old Marigold Hotel.

You remember the old Marigold with trees and curtains?

Of course, on my patrol service, I ...

One night we decided to get married.

Usually once a year our anniversary ...

I took Mary down to Marigold and we signed in ...

and usually in a small suite we stayed on the top floor.

And the worst view of the street you've ever seen.

But I do not know, She liked Mary.

I don't know, I ...

I liked Mary. Really.

She is a...

She was a great woman, Bumper.

Yes.

I don't like you.

I don't know why I came to this the lumpy, lousy place with you.

- I know. - Yes?

Yes.

Eight years ago ...

New Year's Eve in your house ...

I was trying to move to your wife.

I was drunk and you were.

Your wife was also drunk.

Head cut one pot and threw it away.

Mary ... Mary told me about this.

We laughed at it.

No.

He didn't tell you about it.

That's what disturbed you.

I told you.

Just now.

You know what?

You're a worse cop than me.

God knows,...

ten people in me you have misery.

But you're sitting there ...

you told me how you arrested me Millie Haskins murderer.

How great you will be when you leave the police.

Yes...

Let me tell you something.

You won't leave the police.

You won't quit.

Cruz is leaving you!

Cruz is doing everything for you!

There's no course in you.

There's no course in you without them to live without food for free.

Or the damn ... without a discount.

All that man breaks out your ass for nothing.

For nothing.

For nothing.

Cruz ...

Cruz carries your conscience for you, ever since he's got to the police.

Why did he buy under his wings I never know it.

You will never go, if you didn't do it for Cruz.

Everybody says:

"Hi, Bumper! Hello, Bumper! "

All that damn scum.

Because you've always wanted that was the bottom line.

The bottom line!

All this fucking ...

Other man's wife ...

As long as you can get it for free.

Excuse me.

You're young.

Everyone is so young.

"Mr. Wonderful" wants to see you.

I don't know what you're doing all day in the street ...

or what he does to you.

What makes you want it or think you wanted it.

Maybe never I asked you.

Maybe never I wanted to ask.

Or maybe, God guard, I never wanted to know!

Tell me! Goddammit! Tell me!

Cassie ...

How would you like Rudy?

I remembered one night the perfect kid for us.

She's completely alone.

It practically takes care of itself.

But a fancy boy ...

Strong, brave.

Don't let anyone, to have fun with it.

The kind of guy he's looking for the sky would have ordered.

But...

13-14 years old.

I was thinking ...

maybe tomorrow night ...

we could go with a later machine.

And I would get here, dinner ...

and we could get to know you.

You know...

I have not felt since full of myself since ...

I lost my own son.

I do not know, maybe you won't believe it, but ...

When Billy was four ...

read and written in block letters.

And she had a kitten.

He wrote me a Valentine's Day card.

She tied her to the kitten's neck.

And wrote:

"Dear Dad!"

"I love you."

"With love: Billy Morgan. "

I didn't believe it but it was only four years old.

Cassie ...

I'd like Rudy.

I want a little boy again.

The two of us.

All right, finish.

Stop it.

Pressure out and secure the streets for our citizens.

Oszolni.

Wait a minute.

We all count on crazy guys burglary daybreaking and distraction.

It will open water taps again in houses when they let go.

Why do you do it I do not know.

But there is a woman on Pearl Street with a lot of wet carpets.

What they deliver to the lieutenant personally if we don't get the attachment.

So you guys should open your eyes.

Hey, my ...

- What are you going to do at lunchtime today? - Nothing. Why?

I would like you to choose the best the most expensive place in town,

somewhere where not jump on the uniform.

You really mean you invite me to have lunch while working?

Well, it's time. This is my last day.

- Where would you like to eat? - Take it to Seymours.

He is not, now at my patrol service.

Look, at an hour meet there.

Have a place at Beverly Hills where I want to go with you.

- Can you get it, man? - Yes, I'll be better by then.

In the meantime, I'm just going to cruise on it i will think how wonderful it will be

no longer need to pay attention I don't have to do anything anymore.

"Is there any development, Charlie?" - Not yet, I'm still working on the case.

- I was hoping that today ... - I know, Bumper, I know ...

The day is not over yet something else can happen.

Cruz?

I would like to thank, to take care of things.

You let it I do what I want.

I know you were the one who spoke in my name here for Lieutenant and Charlie.

And for so many years, all kinds of scum I closed what you can imagine.

But I've never clipped it like a kid.

It looks like, I'm not going to go now.

But how good it would be to step down so I know

a guy like Landry sweat because of violence and murder.

But half the mask you have already pulled it off.

You know, at any time you can look at me.

See you once, buddy.

Even coffee!

What do you do with it with the cat, dude?

Even a kid.

Hey, listen, this is a canteen. Get it out of here!

Hey, you, Commissioner! Tell her that take that dirty cat out of here.

I'm driving through a cat if i see one.

He's out of his usual route this morning, right?

- What does that mean? "That means you're not real."

Just crossing just not fast enough.

Come on, out!

If I get caught by a cat, I break my neck!

It looks like it came in.

I've already met with this man.

He's been thinking about it why is this called a witch?

- Do you want more? - No, I'm not asking.

Thank you, Bumper.

It's nothing.

How much do I owe?

No words about it!

Come again.

1 -X-L-40-5.

1 -X-L-40-5.

1 -X-L-40-5.

1-X-L-40-5 go to Sixth and Main Street corner of a possible dead body.

1-X-L-40-5, I bought.

It used to be a long time ago hotel manager, no?

Yes, I was.

- It was a pretty good place, huh? - Yes, it was.

How do you know he jumped down?

He saw it happen.

Did anyone see you?

I do not know.

- Don't you look at it? - Right now.

- Do you have an electrician here? - There is no now, no more.

Well, you better call someone. Those wires seem dangerous.

This is Commissioner Grogan.

And he signed up.

Hey Bumper, right now we got a two-code call.

Go right now to the police station.

We do this.

Landry received a lawyer.

Excuses unless you are accused within a few hours.

As soon as they are released, Bumper, it will be hard to figure out the deed.

We still have a chance.

You just have to go well with everything.

He knows him?

Yes.

His name is Phyllis Van or similar.

He used to be a girlfriend of Millie Haskins.

Even the last night they were friends.

He and Millie left together the Round Table with the same guy.

Do you know where it can be?

I know somewhere He used to travel to Long Beach.

Traveling and spending time there when it is less work.

Willy Styles.

Former boxer. Not a bad guy.

In the Main Street gym they can tell where they live.

All right, Bumper, this may be the case.

Hi, Commissioner Morgan.

Garcia?

- You're Miss Garcia? - Yes.

- Is he - No.

I'm looking for Rudy Garcia. Here?

No.

- Do you know where you are? - I do not know.

Are you your sister?

Listen, ma'am, this is a simple question. You don't have to go to jail if you answer it.

You just know that or not.

Oh yes.

Your sister.

Your name is Slim?

Yes...

Thanks.

I went to school they said it wasn't there.

Do you know where you are?

- What did you do? - Nothing.

I'm a young woman.

I have a bad job, the worst!

No one can wait for me to raise up a little brother!

Even state support I'm not getting after him either.

If I were some kitten cat I would get everything I want.

You're in trouble, right?

I did not say, no trouble.

When he comes back, tell him Commissioner Morgan wants to talk to him.

Morgan.

He didn't come home last night.

- Where did it go? - I do not know.

Such a little kid is out all night and you don't know where.

He likes to escape sometimes sometimes.

Take sulfur away and put it in a family where they know where they are and what they are doing.

I'm fine.

Have you ever thought of someone?

May.

But would you be okay?

Yes of course.

I thought.

Get out!

Benzedrine.

- How many of those champions asked you? - 7 bucks.

Do you have to push that thing? I'm not going to hurt you.

I thought you were a smart kid.

But I caught you.

You have asked too much for you.

I know you won't believe it, but this was the first time I bought one.

Oh, of course.

I don't know how much it actually costs.

Have you ever done anything wrong?

Just go on.

What I expected. How could i expect a cop is a human being.

I don't expect a human being to be a human being.

He should have been at home you stay last night.

- Did I have it? - Yes.

Great place, huh?

- What do you think of my sister? - Excellent personality.

How long have you been taking benzedrine?

I tried it a few times. I do not know why.

How many tubes have you sniffed today?

I'm not an adhesive swab. People get crazy.

I never sniffed paint.

- Where did you escape last night? - Something crazy about cinema.

I was alone, bored and I wanted to see people.

Green and yellow t-shirt guy?

I met them this morning, when I came out of the cinema.

"Black and white" fever, kid.

People make fools, when they see a police car.

Don't run away from me because I don't want to train.

The shoelace for your business you should have stayed.

What have you got, Bumper?

A crap who's pretty good he took his business

until you decide to move to another store.

Stay here!

Don't beat the big drum!

Maybe it's a good lesson for her.

I register and write to her a quick arrest report.

Is it worth talking to her?

He says this was the first time. I'll handle it.

When do I quote?

So far, there is not much.

Be Tuesday, Bumper.

You know what it was?

He shouted once. Just once.

Brave kid.

Drink it!

You know your name.

HE.

You probably know everything about you.

You must be famous or something.

You and your sister must come back to meet an investigator on Tuesday

who decides to get T. and Sz or sent to court.

What is T. and Sz. Break and Break?

Counseling and Release.

If this is the first time only that will happen.

Otherwise to court we need to send it.

- What's your phone number? - 5-5-5-3-0-3-3.

They've been arrested once because of escape.

Do not worry.

They won't go to court.

- How do you know? - They'll do what I ask.

Do you let me go?

- What's your sister's name? - It's called Sarah.

Hallo, Sarah Garcia?

Morgan police officer talks to Los Angeles Police. I've been with you before.

I just arrested you your brother for possession of dangerous drugs.

I'd like you to come to the police station and he would take her.

It's on the first corner of Los Angeles Street.

Miss Garcia, you have to come and you have to take it

then for yourself and your brother must come back here on Tuesday ...

and talk to an investigator.

Maybe he can help some of its problems.

If you don't take it to a repair shop I send it and I don't think you want it.

Lady, I'm just I'm the arresting policeman ...

and I would like you to come and took me in 15 minutes, did he understand?

Yes, it will be good.

Good.

I don't want to come here, right Bumper?

Uncle Jake will take you.

Drink your drink!

You have to I'll tell you something, Miles.

I already have a duty in my life and I don't need any more.

The kid's uncle will take you.

I informed my sister about arrest.

I have to meet a guy I'm downtown and late.

You take them and I'll finish my report later.

Sure, Bumper, I'll take action.

Hey, Bumper, where are you going?

Out to the street.

But you were really at my home.

You were really looking for me.

You really wanted to see me.

I can't do anything, kid.

I can't help you.

Go damn it! Go damn it!

You're just a cop! Just a fucking, stinky cop!

Hey, look around!

It will be a very good friend.

- What can I give? - Just coffee.

How are you, Ruthie?

Thanks.

- Hey, Bumper. - Yeah, Charlie.

- Look who we got right here in the neighborhood. - Who is this?

Florence William Spangler.

Mr. Spangler killed a woman Denver two weeks ago.

The same procedure killed, like Millie Haskins.

You just made a statement the whole thing is solved, Bumper.

We...

We went the wrong way all the time.

Bumper, I ...

I would like to thank Landry all your help.

I wish he became our offender.

Ja ...

Well ... see you, okay?

Bumper!

Bum!

You need to help me, Bumper. You don't know how much.

Arthur, I can't raise more money and I can put you in your arm!

Please help me! You need to help!

Hey, Bumper!

Cruz?

Ruthie, for God's sake, call the ambulance!

Cruz ...

Poor, dear Cruz.

I'm so glad you came straight away I know what it meant to you.

Those beautiful, black-eyed kids, he loved so much.

He loved everyone.

Too.

He was a foolish little man.

It was a bit exaggerated with this ...

He said: "You must not be afraid of love."

"Your soul is in danger, if you don't like it. "

He was wrong.

Why?

What the devil knows me like old man about love or soul ...

or the justice of God, what have you always talked about?

I only know my job.

Cassie, I'd like you tonight You're going to San Francisco.

There's a lot more to you, here you can do nothing.

All right ...

And...

will I see Rudy later?

I've been working all day ...

I was thinking about it...

and much more thoroughly we need to talk about this, Cassie.

I'll see the rest of the week part of San Francisco?

Bumper!

Can I ever see you?

Well, that was it not true?

Come on, you better go back to your patrol service.

Here you go.

There are many crazy things.

That you leave the police. He leaves his patrol service.

- Yes? - Yes.

Where can I go? What can I do?

I do not know either.

Be careful. Good, Bumper?

Good.

Hey, Bumper.

You'll one day kill that dragon.
