and bolts for the first time in honor of

Lee and my mother.

I can bake this stuff for an hour and a

half to two hours.

And this is a Worcestershire sauce
substitute.

It's a Japanese sauce, but it's very
close to Worcestershire.

So I'll be using that.

Mom used to put a layer in, and then
she'd put, like, dab it with butter,

chunks, and then she'd put the seasoning
in there, the garlic and everything,

and then...

Then she put another layer on and do
that again and again. This recipe calls

just melt everything into a pot and then
just like pour it all through and then,

you know, mix it up.

My favorite song used to be on the
