When Master Zia told us to come to Dotti's Droid Workshop

and learn about taking care of droids, I didn't know it would be so fun.

[strains] I didn't know it would be so hard. [sighs]

Nubs, can I get some help?

[both straining, exclaims]

Ooftie! You okay there, Nubs?

[speaks Poobian]

[chuckles] Building and repairing droids can be quite the challenge.

You can say that again, Dotti.

Now, it's time for the next part of today's lesson in droid care.

- [speaks Poobian] - [whispering] Yes!

As you know, my droid workshop is a place where we help any droid in need.

Gather around, younglings.

Watch closely as I show you how I like to take care of our patients.

JN-47. This is Kai, Nubs and Lys.

- [both] Hi. - [speaks Poobian]

[droid beeps]

Oh, listen to your poor voice.

As you can hear, his vocabulator is broken beyond repair.

It's all right, JN-47. I'm sure Dotti will fix you right up.

You betcha, we will.

Now, finding a replacement for a droid as rare as JN-47

has been difficult, but I finally found one.

[speaks Poobian]

So let me first show you what I'll be doing.

This is a diagram of JN-47

and the first thing we'll be doing is removing the fastener right here.

Next, we'll move the rotating servo with a hydrospanner.

We can get to the vocabulator with our electro-pliers

and remove it carefully.

- Then we'll take the new vocabulator... - [droid beeps]

...and gently click it in to place.

And once it's installed, the vocabulator should work perfectly.

Now, JN-47, are you ready?

[JN-47 beeps]

Oh. Well, that's odd. The vocabulator's gone! Anyone see it?

[gasps] Those droids!

- They're stealing the part! Come back! - [droid beeps]

Oh, twisted coils!

We'll get it back for you, Dotti!

[panting]

If anyone can get that part back, it's our Jedi friends.

- [panting] Up there! - [speaks Poobian]

[droid beeps]

What in the sap shake is going on, Jedi?

Who? Those pesky droids?

Yeah. They stole something from Dotti's workshop,

and we need to get it back.

I'm guessing those little droid footprints will lead you right to 'em.

We'll clean up around here, Jedi. You go get those droids.

Looks like those droids went this way. Come on.

[panting]

[gasps] The footprints lead into that ship.

Never seen a starship like that before. Wonder whose it is?

Maybe those droids there can help us.

No. Dozer and Gigi do not want to fix the ship.

But Rek said the ship needs repair. So you will repair it.

Dozer and Gigi learned that Rek steals things.

Rek wants to upgrade Dozer and Gigi's friend Beepers.

That must be why those droids stole the vocabulator.

But stolen parts should not be used for upgrades.

I think it's about time we talked to this "Rek."

- [speaks Poobian] - [droid beeps]
