What's driving the energy flow
coming to and from the mountain?

What helps to explain
the incredible anomalies

that are there, really?

And it makes me
wonder whether or not

we're dealing with
a situation where

energy might be going somewhere,
might be disappearing.

this hotspot of strange energy

signals inside this cave

What there isn't right now
is any kind of evidence that's

measurable in nature that shows
the energetics of the mountain

What we're hoping
to do is find a way

that we can actually
answer that question in

a measurable, scientific way.

Is Mount Shasta special?

Is it different?

Does it contain energy?

Does it retain energy?

Does it transmit energy?

And whether or not there is
something that we can measure

that helps to define whether
or not the phenomenon

there has some sort of
malevolent intent or benevolent

intent, if intent at all.

If there is something
uniquely energetic going on

at Mount Shasta, you
know, I want to trace

that energy to its source.

You know, I really think that
is our ultimate objective.

The holy grail here is finding
out its root cause analysis.

You cited several
energetic effects

during the course of the
work that you've done so far.

along that line.

Even if it turns
out that we can't

put our finger on a
causation, what we do know

is that there is an effect.

People are going

Our first time here, we were
really just looking to see,

can we measure the energy?

Can we quantify the energy?

Can we put data
behind the stories?

We put a ton of data
behind the stories.

Now we know exactly
what we want to do.

We want to push this mountain
as far as we can push it.

Right now, we want to provoke
this beast as much as we can.

There's such an established
culture here that the mountain

is somehow positive.

Right, like it's a
benefactor of some sort.

But the data that we collected
in our first investigation

could potentially point at
something much more sinister.

Is the mountain really a source
of energy that's contributing

to the experience that
people are having, or is it

somehow like a
sink that's taking

energy away from the people--

Absorbing it.

You know, I'm really
looking forward to meeting

up with Sheriff LaRue again.

I mean, he was such a
great resource last time.

Paul met with Sheriff Jeremiah
LaRue to hear about some

of the anomalies
documented at Mount Shasta.

This mountain puts
out a lot of energy.

It drives a lot of
people to this area.

And then we, of course,
have the aerial phenomena

that is unique to the area.

some more recent reports

So Mount Shasta has kind
of a long history of people

that have gone missing.

Like completely disappearing?

So we do get a lot of
missing people in the area.

People that go, you know,
backpacking or hiking.

But we usually find them.

You know, we go out
and look for them.

But there's always a
handful that we don't find.

You're talking about
people just vanishing,

like without a trace.

That's right.

So what about the stories that
you get back from the people

who you do recover?

What leads to their absence,
their disappearance?

Do they have any
experiences that are

relevant to our investigation?

So people have reported
being disoriented.

Just not feeling themselves,
feeling nauseated.

But feeling drawn in
a certain direction.

Sometimes people are going
to be affected by altitude.

But you're talking
about something else.

Like, people are reporting
some kind of energy presence,

it sounds like.

Even not at high altitudes,
they just feel a sense

that they're not feeling well.

And they feel pulled
in a certain direction.

There's maybe
more to the story

of the energy of
Mount Shasta than, you

know, previously believed.

What we're seeing is
high levels of energy.

But we don't know whether the
source of energy is underground,

or whether the underground
location is drawing

energy from the surface.

So since you were
last here, we've had

a lot of additional reports.

Primarily in the McCloud area.

It's about 10, 15
miles from here.

And it's just to the east.

And one of the hot spots
is the Healing Place.

Great view of Mount
Shasta, and people

report similar things that what
you experienced the last time

you were here.

Orbs in the sky or seeing, you
know, just different aircraft

or maybe even possibly UAP.

Did people actually
file reports?

Is that what you got?

Yeah, I actually

I can kind of discuss with you.

And it describes a fireball
coming down out of the sky.

So tell us about this place.

How did you end up here?

2018, I came here to
look at vacation rental.

I looked at the
mountain, and I said,

take me where I need to be.

And this property was listed
the day that I came up.

People talk about
feeling drawn to be here.

You know, it sounds
like you always

knew that you were coming here.

It felt like that.

Jamie, have you had
personal experiences here?

Yes.

I was in bed and couldn't sleep.

And I get up, and I go
off outside on the deck.

And I saw an orange ship
hovering right over those trees.

So I go inside, and I lay down.

And I have my face turned
towards the window.

And I see this white
orb come right in.

And it's about this big.

And then all of a
sudden, I got paralyzed.

Was there a trigger?

Was it--
- Hum.

I hear it.

A hum?

Yeah, I hear a hum.

Hums, paralysis.

I mean, we've heard
this stuff before.

I was going to say,
these are things that are--

while your experience is
really intense, that we

have heard and seen elsewhere.

We have infrared cameras
set up all around this house.

Running every night.

Do you have
recordings of those?

See those orbs?

This is the light shows
that happen every night.

ANDY: If these are insects,
we see no wing activity.

Every single one of these
cameras all night long did this.

It's the craziest thing.

Now I've seen it four
times since then.

What do you think that is?

It's so concentrated.

No, it wouldn't be focused.

It wouldn't have
that kind of signature.

And then this was
just like a whiteout.

So this one's pretty faint.

But I have a bigger
picture that I blew up.

body and everything.

so warm and fuzzy.

It sounds like a
number of the sightings

that you've had have been
towards the mountain.

Which is consistent with what
we've seen before here as well.

So we need some way
of seeing in the dark.

Light enhancement and
thermal will let us do that.

If there's a way to
instigate a response--

hold gatherings here

at the Healing Place,
but I bet you've never

seen anything quite like this.

This is a spectrum
analyzer that we're

using to listen in to the
radio frequency signals,

the radio energy around us.

Here, we have our two UFODAPs.

The UFODAPs are really unique.

You can actually see
the displays out there.

What they are is an AI
powered camera that are really

going to be eyes on the sky.

They're going to
pick up anything

unusual that's not a plane,
that's not a satellite.

And really instantly analyze
it against a huge library

of information.

And then in real
time, we'll be

tracking satellite
movement around the earth,

specifically around us.

And FAA flight data.

That's also around us.

So between the UFODAPs and these
two pieces of equipment here,

anything we might see and rule
out if it's something manmade.

And then the last two

are thermal imaging cameras.

So you are using
infrared at your house.

And the infrared you're
using enhances light.

The infrared that
we're using here

actually tracks thermal energy
instead of light energy.

you guys were at Skinwalker
Ranch recently, too, right?

Shasta in a linear pattern.

By adding light energy
to the environment,

stimulate UAP activity.

so we're trying to

to the laser projectors.

In fact, all these lasers
were working in the shop

up on 1.4 gigahertz,

where we're starting to
get into privileged bands.

The team is monitoring the
privileged 1.4 to 1.8 gigahertz

radio frequencies-- a
range that often coincides

with strange anomalies.

is what Travis and

about with a comb pattern

And then there's a

the main center of this sound.

And then it starts to die out as
we get into the larger waveform.

discovered energy signals
on the spectrum analyzer

And each signal looks

which indicates that they're
coming from separate sources.

generating intense energy

After our previous
investigation in Mount Shasta,

I absolutely expected to
see aerial phenomenon.

Orbs.

Strange, unidentified UAPs.

Something centering
on the mountain.

But we're not
seeing that at all.

Instead, we're seeing this
extremely strange footprint

of radio frequency energy that's
happening on the spectrum,

both in terms of shape and
in terms of sound itself.

So there is information there.

There is stuff there.

blowing me away

is that what we're seeing
on the spectrum right now,

that's tied to the fact
that the Nu-Salt team

just started sending
out electrical impulses

with their lasers.

slapping us in the face.

That's a wide surge in
energy across the spectrum.

metallic drumbeat.

The stories about Shasta that
I've heard the most about

are what happens in the
skies around the place.

The orbs, the, you know,
the UFOs, the UAPs.

But this was a
whole new dimension.

And now it certainly
seems like there

is some sort of strange
phenomenon emanating

from the energy in the mountain.

I feel like the
mountain is trying

to keep its secrets from
us, and we need to get

a little bit more aggressive.

What do you think
we should do now?

The idea that the mountain is
somehow supercharged with energy

or that it's it's able
to deliver that energy

to the community
around it, I mean,

that's something

able to actually measure in the
geology of the mountain itself.

We just have to be able to

and then expose it
to certain energy.

And one of the perfect energy
forms that I think we can use

is electrical energy.

I want to take rock
samples from Mount Shasta.

And kind of run a
Frankenstein experiment on them.

Put a bolt on
either side and see

if we can run current through
them and what they'll do.

want to try to run

electricity through the rocks?

Because that'll give us
a chance to actually see,

do they have their own energy?

Do they conduct energy?

also be able to measure whether
or not that electrical current

carries through the rock.

And we'll learn with one
experiment two answers.

One, are the rocks
attracting the energy?

And two, will they store
the energy or conduct it?

Cameron Prince to shoot
electricity from a Tesla coil

into the rocks here
at Mount Shasta.

So we have two main
objectives tonight.

One is to determine
whether or not

the rocks that are native to
this area can conduct energy.

Second, we want to
know whether or not

these rocks can absorb energy.

Now, I gave you a number
of native samples.

Where are those?
Have you prepped those already?

So you've got them set up
already with electrodes.

prepped multiple rocks

so they can see what
happens when they

try to run the electricity
from the Tesla coil

through each stone.

I have no idea what
it's going to do.

I've never done this sort of
thing before with a Tesla coil.

So first for me.

We're going to light
these rocks up and find out.

NARRATOR: For this
experiment, Cameron

has attached an electrode
to both sides of each rock.

He'll then fire off the
electricity from the Tesla coil

into the rock to
see what happens.

If the current goes
around the rock,

it's repelling the electricity
and is not conductive.

If the current goes
through the rock,

it's absorbing the electricity
and conducting energy.

firing off the Tesla coil,

the team will be
using their tools

to monitor for any
other strange anomalies

happening within the rocks or
in the surrounding environment.

to check the radio spectrum.

So this is a high speed
camera that's actually

taking 1,910 frames per second.

high speed camera that
can capture video 80

times slower than in real life.

It was originally invented
for professional baseball

to slow down 100
mile per hour pitches

to show the spin of the
ball for training purposes.

And we'll be able to
review the footage right

after we run this experiment.

We have no idea what's
going to happen here.

We are literally lighting
up rocks with electricity

from a Tesla coil.

This is going to be fascinating.

This is awesome.

NARRATOR: The first
rock they'll be testing

is a piece of limestone that
Cameron brought with him

from his home in Alabama.

They'll use this
as a control rock

to compare against the rocks
found here at Mount Shasta.

Bringing her up.

Oh, whoa.

Wow, look at that.

Look at the rock smoking, man.

PAUL: I was just going to
say, it immediately starts.

ANDY: Yeah, look at that.

Look at that.

It's not heating up, though.

Yeah, I'd say
it's not conductive.

So what we saw there
was the arc actually going

around the outside of the rock.

Just jump the rock
completely to the electrode

on the other side.

ANDY: Exactly.

Is it hot to the touch, Cameron?

Nope.

What we're seeing
is a rock that

is rejecting any electrical
current through it at all.

And that's why we're seeing
it arc around, over, behind.

Anywhere it can go, right.

Any place it can go, because
the rock won't let it

go through the rock.

Alabama limestone
is a cool customer.

NARRATOR: After flooding
the Alabama limestone

with electricity, the team will
now review the super slow motion

camera footage.

So on the limestone, it's
clearly tracing the surface.

CAMERON: Yep.

PAUL: Yeah, the current does not
want to go through that rock.

NARRATOR: Since the
electricity went around,

the limestone and
the rock didn't

heat up with thermal
energy, this proves

that it's not conductive.

So what's up next?

We got to go with blue opal.

rock they'll test

is a blue opal, which was
collected from the surface

of Mount Shasta.

This gemstone is also
found across the world

and is known to be
a poor conductor

of heat and electricity.

is like the blue opal from
the rest of the world,

electrical current should
go around the rock,

and it shouldn't heat up.

So look at this.

This is going right
into the open.

- Wow, look at that.
- It is.

ANDY: This is going
right into the open.

PAUL: Wow, look at that.

That means the stone
is conducting the energy.

testing rocks native to the
area with a Tesla coil to see

if they can conduct
or absorb electricity.

Not only is it going
into the blue opal,

but it's only one
stream of power coming

from the Tesla coil, too.

So we know at least thermal
energy from the electric current

confirm that electricity was

conducting through the rock.

just absorbing all of it.

It really is taking
all of the current,

And then, of course, we did see
the temperature increase, which

means thermal energy
was being stored

from the electrical energy
that was being input.

I mean, one thing
is, is evident, right,

is that the rock
from Mount Shasta

is behaving
completely differently

from the Alabama stone.

taken from deep inside the Mount

Shasta caves is the final
rock the team will test.

The caves are one of the
places they investigated

during their first visit here.

It was in these caverns
that they documented

a strange anomaly, when a
parabolic microphone failed

to record their voice and
the sound waves seemed to be

swallowed up by the mountain.

I'm just going to do a
real quick listen through.

ANDY: There's no data.

But I did say three, two, one.

Absolutely.

What if the cave is absorbing
the energy we put out there?

Wait, what?

I am very suspicious
right now that there could

be some kind of event
where the phenomenon

here is consuming energy.

So you're saying the cave
is somehow drawing energy away

so the mic can't pick it up.

How would that be possible?

crystal around the world

you explain that?

I don't know.

It's pretty wild.

ANDY: You can see
it going through it.

You can see it going through it.

Wow, yeah.

The most intense of all the
rock samples that we've had

is really the one that's
coming from the caves.

ANDY: That is absolutely
going through.

Look at that.

PAUL: Yep.

CAMERON: And then that one's
definitely going through.

I was not expecting to
see anything like this.

So without a doubt,
what we have here

is that these rocks from Mount
Shasta, these native rocks,

are more conductive.

They retain thermal energy.

So we know for sure that there's
an element of these rocks that

is retaining energy
and is converting it

into a different form of energy.

Yeah.

Whereas our control rock
didn't do any of those things.

No, it totally went around it.

Yeah.

These are
absorbing or passing.

It's a totally different
behavior than our control.

We came here to answer the
question of whether or not

the phenomenon of Mount Shasta
might actually be pulling energy

rather than giving energy.

I mean, certainly there
is more to the story

here than this is
just, you know, a place

of completely positive energy.

The question is, what
is drawing people here?

And what is being
drawn from them?

Trying to take it back
to the Skinwalker team

and let them make sense of it.

We're really excited to see
what you have to present to us.

And I know the data
portion is going

to be of particular interest.

You know, when we were
preparing to go back

to Mount Shasta, Erik, you
told us to keep an eye out

for anything that we could
collect that would speak

to the source of the energy.

And what we found started
off really hot as soon

as we sat with Sheriff LaRue.

Sheriff LaRue said there's
been more reports, particularly

from the outlying areas
around Mount Shasta

in an area called McCloud.

And this is an area where people
very recently are seeing orbs.

They're seeing
lights in the sky.

So we set up our first round
of experiments at McCloud with

the Nu-Salt laser team, with
all of our standard kit,

with the Nu-Salt team there,
and with all of the experience

and all of their background.

They were struggling
with the inability

to get any of their laser
equipment up and running.

While they were struggling
with their laser equipment,

we were seeing strange activity
on the spectrum analyzer.

Let's tune in to
this one and see

if we can't make sense of it.

We've never heard
that sound before.

So there's a peak in this plot
that's already got my attention.

TRAVIS: Um Hm.

ANDY: But this was one
of the things that had us

scratching our heads, for sure.
PAUL: Absolutely.

ANDY: We had never
seen this before

in any of our investigations.

I've never seen it
anywhere except here.

And now that you've
found it somewhere else,

I find it really interesting.

OK, look right there.

You see the two off
to the right of that?

OK.

And we see this pair of peaks.

And there seems to
be like a tradeoff.

Don't move that screen.

But this, guys, I want you
all to pay attention to this,

because this is absolutely one
of the best, most structured

signals that you've ever caught.

And I'm really excited about it.

Well, the first thing
that jumps out at you

is you have this central
peak here, right.

And that's at about 1.616.

Now, look, you got
structure here.

It's mirror images
of each other, right.

And then you got
this structure here.

Another mirror image.

And you got this structure
here, this structure here.

We call that dual sideband.

These are the
sidebands, and this

is your main carrier signal.

This is a communication
signal of some sort.

When you see that
going that stable

for a long period
of time, something

is sending that signal.

That's not a random
thing happening.

Question is, what is
sending that signal?

Right.

So this is like your
Shasta 1.6 gigahertz.

Wow.

Right?

So that night, we actually
had multiple persistent signals

that each had a
different auditory

response or an auditory output.

It's very rhythmic.

[rhythmic crackling]

That one is just
like the other one.

Isn't that's weird?

We're watching the
whole noise floor go up.

There's possible mechanisms
that Mother Nature can create

electromagnetic phenomena.

But not communication signals.

Not technologically
generated signal.

That is a technologically
generated signal.

There is a piece of
technology somewhere near you

that is doing that,
and that's a high tech

piece of technology doing that.

Again, this is all
throughout the night

at different phases of
the troubleshooting that's

happening with the lasers.

With all this
electromagnetic noise,

I don't doubt that
Tim and the Nu-Salt

guys were having difficulty.
ANDY: Pulling out their hair.

So what were they
able to tell you

about the nature of the
technical difficulties

they were having?

They couldn't give us any sort
of information that explained

why they had
failures, why it was

happening on multiple devices,
after multiple resets.

So the most they were able
to do was run a test pattern.

Which is--
- On what?

What were they
shining the lasers at?

Well, the idea originally
was to have them hit Mount

Shasta, which we couldn't do.

So the test pattern
is really just

into the woods that
were sort of, you know,

maybe a couple
hundred yards away.

So what does this all mean?

Think about what your original
intent was with this experiment.

Your original intent was to
shine a laser at the mountain.

And you were not allowed to
shine the laser at the mountain.

And whether that's just pure
serendipity, which I don't

really believe in, you
know, why is the intent

of your experiment befuddled?

Now, our experimentation
started at McCloud.

But we also called
in Cameron Prince

to help us see if we couldn't
identify or help to really hone

in on, is there any sort of
difference in how Mount Shasta

rocks in the mountain
or in the caves

respond to electrical inputs,
and whether or not they

retain any electricity,
whether or not

they conduct the electricity?

We had Cameron pack in his
carry-on bag a little bit

of Alabama limestone.

Oh, sure.

So that we could
get a non-Californian,

non-area sample as a control.

And what we saw with
the Alabama limestone

from outside of this region
is that it was not conducted.

[buzzing]

Yeah, look at that.

So it must be going
around it on the back side.

The Tesla coil and the
energy from the Tesla coil

was finding a more conductive
path around the stone

than through the stone.

TRAVIS: OK.

So that first sample
was our our control,

what it looks like
outside of Mount Shasta.

Our final experiment with the
actual crystalline rock from

inside Mount Shasta caves--

Look at the arc.

It's got a-- it's more
prominent toward the rock

than it is the coil.

Yeah, how do you explain that?

I don't know.

That's pretty wild.

PAUL: Yeah.

Interesting.

TRAVIS: Oh, that is a
beautiful picture right there.

- That's a great shot.
- That is absolutely beautiful.

And this is from inside the
heart of the Shasta caves.

The same caves where
there was reported

portal activity that connected
back to Mount Shasta itself.

So you guys didn't
find the smoking gun,

you found the glowing gun.

PAUL: Yeah.

I like it.

Imagine you're from somewhere
else or when else or whatever,

and you repower your systems
through some sort of geophysics

or natural phenomena.

And where would you go to
recharge your batteries?

You would go to a place
where it's clearly easy.

It's natural, it's
happening right there.

- Something energetic going on.
- Yeah.

It sounds like
what we're saying

is that there's a possibility
that the mountain itself

is almost amplifying the energy
that's being attracted to it.

It's certainly
interacting with it.

Whether it's amplifying
it, changing it.

The geophysics of Mount Shasta
and the surrounding area

is in a symbiotic
electromagnetic relationship

with anything else in the
area that is electromagnetic.

You may have just
validated that Mount

Shasta is a charging station.

You've now taken
it out of the realm

of the anecdotal and stories
that have been filtering out

of the community for
years and were grounding

a lot of that in science.

And it doesn't make it
any less mysterious.

In fact, if anything, it makes
it that much more baffling.

I think what we're seeing is
that the ranch and Mount Shasta

and some of the other places
are members of a class

of very special locations.

It may not be exactly the
same physics playing out.

But we're seeing commonalities.

And, you know, that's
not wasted on me.

And here's where the
malevolence or the benevolence

comes into play.

Think about what people
keep saying they see there

and stories about portals,
stories about UAPs,

or even if it's just some sort
of electromagnetic phenomena

that at least gives you
the impression of that.

Well, we're
asking the question,

you know, is this malevolent?

Is it benevolent?

Is there intentionality
associated with it?

You know, it reminds me of
the question of, you know,

is fire or sunlight
malevolent or benevolent?

You know, it can keep you
warm or it can burn you.

So I'm not sure
that we should be

attaching intentionality to it.

It's just energetic.

It's like sometimes a
brick is just a brick.

I can hit you in
the head with it,

or I could build
a house with it.
