so it crisps evenly.

Put butter in the pan first, it's uneven and, uh,

you know, it can burn, and that's... that's not good.

So, uh, you got to use white bread.

Only white.

Or, uh, or sourdough.

Yeah. I, uh,

put a bit of mayonnaise on mine sometimes.

You know, to be honest, I don't think it makes

a difference. But, you know.

I don't know why I do that. I just do.

And I use American cheese.

But I... You could use cheddar

if you like that better or, uh, you know,

cheddar jack or, you know,

three-mix cheddar. Uh...

Oh, hey, bud.

Uh, another cool thing you could do

is you can just, uh, you know,

after it's been cooking for a while, you just

sprinkle some shredded cheese on the outside.

You flip it and do the same on the other side.

Now what you get is,

you get this nice, crispy shell.

So it's nice and crispy on the outside

and then you get that bite. (CLICKS TONGUE)

Just the pop.

You know, that crunch on the outside.

You know, it's, uh, not essential.

Just a little thing extra you can do to, uh, boss it up.

I serve, uh, I serve mine with milk.

But, uh, you could do whatever.
