- It's just the two of us.

I'm just like, insane.

And then like, the fuckin'
extermination was like,

I have no idea how
that even went.

LuLu looked a little scared,

to accept her fate.

I think it really

on how they perform

I feel like it's so
close constantly,

Throughout this
whole experience,

I've seen Evah as my
biggest competition.

So, I would be very
happy to see her go home.

guess I can understand

all of them going.

passed the extermination

because I faced a real fear,

this competition, a lot.

And, I think that was the
reason why she went home.

- Halloween is upon us,

and it's a time
when a drag monster

must be at the height of
their horrific powers.

- But also, when traditions
of all things spooky

must be honored.

(eerie blips)

It should come as no
surprise that Halloween,

and it's aesthetics,

speak directly to us.

It's a time of year when
horror, filth, and glamor,

can all be one in the same.

- With that in mind,

this week, we're
asking you to reinvent

a classic Halloween archetype,

and elevate the concept.

- Yes!
- Yes!

- We wanna see
witches, skeletons,

vampires, and jack-O-lanterns.

- Also, for the very first
time in "Dragula" history,

you will be performing
against one another,

head to head,

on the main stage.

(eerie tones)

- What the fuck?

- You can use all the
tricks, treats, and props,

you can muster.

- Seeing as how
this one performance

is going to determine the
top three of the season,

you had better impress us.

- In addition to moving
on to the top three,

the winner of this
challenge will also receive

a headlining spot
as a star performer

at our annual Los
Angeles Halloween Ball.

(screaming)

- Fuck yes.

- A spot previously
held by legends such as

Dita Von Tease, Elvira,

and of course, ourselves.

(eerie tones)

- If you'll work
honors Halloween,

and us, appropriately,

we will consider it
a seasonal treat,

and you just may escape our
clutches for the last time.

- But, be careful.

If you fail to impress us,

you'll face an extermination
that will leave you gagging.

- So, Halloween.

- Halloween is my
favorite holiday.

Much like any other queer,

and I am very, very, very
ready for this challenge.

- Who were your favorites
who (mumbles) Halloween?

I either was a vampire,
a witch, or a devil.

Always those three.

- Well, I wanted to be Dorothy
from "The Wizard of Oz",

but my dad wouldn't let me,

so I had to be the
stupid fucking witch.

Then I like, switched
to the Tin Man,

because I went
through this phase,

when I thought I was a cop.

You know, seven.
(laughing)

- [Landon] What scares you?

- What scares me?
- What's like the

most scariest thing that's
ever happened to you?

- The scariest thing
that's ever happened to me

is probably getting in a
really horrible car wreck.

- Oh.
- Yeah, it was in '99,

and my car flipped six times,

landed in the median,

my head smashed out my
driver side windshield.

It was traumatic.

I was on bedrest
for three months.

After that, you really
learn to enjoy life.

- Oh, yeah.
- Yeah.

- Mhm.
- What about you?

- A medical scare as well.

So yeah, I had...

I fought cancer
for a hot minute.

So, that was definitely
the scariest.

- Yeah, I can imagine.
- Yeah, same thing.

You just, you're down
and out for a while,

and you get to really figure out

what you wanna do
with your life.

- Exactly.
- For me, it was drag.

(laughs) You almost die,

and you realize,

I wanna do drag!

- Right, exactly.

- How about you?

- I'd say, coming out.

- Oh.
- Yeah, I came out

when I was 15,

and like, where I'm from,

you do not.

You do not do that.

I was like, one of the
only gay kids in school.

And so, you know,

having to tell my mom,

and all my friends,

was the scariest
thing I ever did.

- Yeah.
- Mhm.

- What about you, baby?

- Um...

Scariest thing.

I wasn't there,

but I started drag at Pole.

So, when the shooting happened,

that was probably...

The scariest moment of my life.

- Right.
- Yeah.

You couldn't get in contact
with people, you know?

And, my friends that
were in the building,

and it was a really scary time.

And, for a lot of my friends,

that moment hasn't stopped.

- Right.
- It's...

- It stays in your mind.
- It stays in your mind.

It changes a person.

- It changed...

- Oh, yeah.
- It changes queer night life.

I remember the night after
having to host a show,

and being on stage,

and going fuck,

that can happen anywhere.
- Yup.

- Before it happened,

I could never tell you that

it was something
I thought about.

That was a home
for so many people.

A lot was lost.

- As queer performers,

our queer spaces,
our bars, our clubs,

those are our homes.

- Our safe space it's

supposed to be.
Those are our safe spaces.

- That's where we create.

That's where we mingle.

That's where we love, and laugh.

- Where we are our
authentic selves.

- Exactly.
- Yeah.

- And yeah, it was like,

just like, a knife into
the heart of our homes.

All of our homes.

- Everyone, everywhere.
- 'Cause, when it happens

at one place,

it can happen anywhere.

- It just makes me realize like,

you know, your friends are
all that you got sometimes.

This whole experience has
been so eye opening for me,

and you know, I never really
felt this close to anyone.

And Dollya, I feel
like I do owe you

a little bit of an apology.

- Oh.

- Coming into this,

I was stuck in that
mindset of competition,

and then I never really got
a chance to get close to you.

You know?

And so, I feel like I
misjudged your character,

and that's not what I'm about.

Like, I'm not mean,

I'm not an asshole back home.

And so, you know,

going back, and thinking about
all those things that I said,

and like raising my voice,

I just hated that.

That's not me.

So you know, a lot of the
anger I took out on Dollya

came from a place of
hurt, and resentment.

Because, I don't
come from a lot.

Come from nothing, actually.

And so, I just felt
like she had an easier

upbringing than I did,

and so I just took
all that out on her.

And, I felt like it was needed,

but I definitely
wanna let her know

that I still love her,

and I am sorry.

- I'm glad you said that.

I had a lot of
confusion about it all,

'cause like I don't--
- I'm crazy.

- Just tryna roll
with the punches.

- Just be my friend!

That's what I'm trying
to scream deep down.

Be my fucking friend!

- I figured Priscilla would
eventually apologize to me.

Once all her stress
bullshit got figured out.

I mean, if I was her,

I would have me as an
ally, not an enemy.

- I know, because this
competition will make you crazy.

Your challenge is to
create a jack-O-lantern

that accentuates
your floor show look,

in the ookiest,
and spookiest way.

We'll be judging your
freshly carved creations,

along with your performance.

- I'm really excited
about this challenge,

because my roots,

and forever
inspiration, is my mom.

She's no longer with us.

She passed away
of breast cancer,

when I was 21.

She worked endlessly,
under the table,

and she has this
little photo album

that was her portfolio.

And, I was always
a little model.

Me, as Gizmo,

from the "Gremlins".

It was tenacity.

It was her pride.

It was her work ethic.

And, never having an
excuse for failure.

That has pushed me
to do what I love.

And, I was only given
one life to live.

And, if I've learned
anything from her,

it is to live that
life to the fullest.

And, when I close my
eyes that final time,

I'm gonna give myself
a fuckin' show.

And, it's her to thank for that.

- So, my inspiration is
the one and only, Satan.

But, a more feminized
madam Satan.

I'm taking my red cloak,

and I'm basically
just distressing all
of the ends of it.

And, I'm just ripping,

and cutting along
the edge of it.

She may look good,

but you know,

going back and forth
between Hell is

a little taxing
on your costumes.

And then also, I'll be burning,

and singing, the edges.

Because obviously,
gates of Hell were hot.

So, have a little
fire to add to it.

- My inspiration for
today's challenge is,

basically I wanna
be the monster,

Frankenstein's Monster.

So, I'm gonna try to bring like,

a diesel, lesbian, country
Frankenstein, to you.

So, what I've been doing is,

I've got this big platform shoes

that I made these
little things for.

And so, I just took
a piece of duct tape,

and then set it down,

and then I just used
a strip of hot glue,

let it dry,

and then kept doing that.

And then, one it was fully dry,

since it's on duct tape,

you can just
completely rip it up.

And then, I just painted it,

and I'm gonna be gluing them

all over different things.

- So, I'm doing the Grim Reaper.

I think it's gonna be super fun.

I really wanted it to be like,

the sexy, hyper-feminine
Grim Ripper.

So like, the face is
gonna totally be spooky,

but everything
else will be body.

There might be a few reveals.

So, I'm looking forward to it.

Right now, I'm just
gonna age my pumpkin.

I want it to look very rotted.

I decided to kinda make it
more of like a lantern purse.

So, it'll be covered in cobwebs,

and all the rot.
