Welcome to finale night for survivor49.

Well, the first half of this season,

tribal loyalty was as permanent as a tattoo...

bold, visible, impossible to remove.

Even after two tribe swaps, those original tribe colors

were etched into every strategic decision.

And then the merge happened.

And it was as if, overnight, those tattoos vanished.

Memories wiped clean, old tribal loyalties forgotten,

like a collective survivor amnesia set in.

And since then, any alliance has been, at best,

a temporary tattoo, easily washed away

and replaced with a new one the next day.

So here's what we know.

Five players, three days left.

Who knows how this is gonna play out

because this has been one of the most unpredictable

post-merge games we have ever seen.

Here's the one thing we're certain of:

Individual immunity is gonna matter a lot,

because that is the only way to guarantee you stay in this game.

All right, our final five:

Rizo, Savannah, soph, sage, Kristina.

Tonight, we will have two immunity challenges,

two tribal councils and then a fire-making showdown.

Then the final three will get a chance to plead their case

about why they deserve the title of sole survivor

and the million dollars that goes along with it.

And then we will crown a winner of survivor49

and immediately go into the after show

here in the beautiful jungles of Fiji.

Finale night's our big night for survivor.

We love our finale nights.

So let's get to it.

Here it is, the finale of survivor49.

This is where legends are born.

I'm expecting fireworks,

and I don't think anyone's gonna let up.

Previously on survivor...

I can block someone's vote.

In theory, this gives us the majority.

I am casting this block a vote advantage on Savannah.

So I don't have an advantage anymore,

and hopefully this works.

There's one person that

certainly could beat me, and that is Steven.

We're good.

I actually have a lot of power here.

I have the knowledge is power advantage.

Am I gonna use it to steal Steven's advantage

or am I gonna go against rizo and Savannah

and steal rizo's idol?

I have a little something here

that I've been quiet about for a while.

I'm sorry, Steven, but do you have an advantage?

Nope.

My god.

If anybody has an advantage or an idol and you want to play it,

now would be the time to do so.

I've had this idol for a long time,

but I'm not gonna play it tonight, Jeff.

It feels kind of cool to be in the final five

of survivor49.

I think it's, like, finally

starting to hit me for realsies.

- Whoo! - My gosh. We made it.

I feel bad that I feel good, because, like,

one of my best friends I just sent home.

Great, great player.

Probably hates me now, but... No.

But, like, this is an individual game.

And at the end of the day,

I'm playing for me, not for Steven.

Rizo.

- You turd. - Sorry, guys.

Congratulations on final four.

Yeah. Congratulations, final four, rizo.

You're playing that friggin' thing.

Survivorrecord, nine tribal councils

without having to play it with everyone knowing about it.

- You're such a turd. - That's why.

I feel like the fact that I bamboozled everyone

into thinking that my idol expired at six

truly shows everybody that, "wow, rizo's willing

to risk it for the biscuit."

I guaranteed my spot in the final four

not playing my immunity idol at this last tribal council.

So the fact that I'm at final five

and I'm going to be here in the final four

is just so surreal.

That just means I'm just one immunity win away

from winning this game.

Guys... I have a pit in my stomach.

You're good, soph.

- Guys! - That was so funny.

That was so stupid! I'm gonna look like an idiot.

That was so funny.

- No, it was not epic. - It was so good.

It was an epic failure.

I guess the curse

of the knowledge is power advantage lives on,

because I didn't play it correctly.

And then, on top of that, I embarrassed myself

in front of the jury for no reason.

- I'm super ashamed of that. - No. Don't be.

Every part of me wishes I stole rizo's idol,

because I could have secured my spot in the final four.

And so I need to make up for that now.

It would have been cool, but then it wasn't.

But I am going to the final five

basically the swing vote, right in the middle.

Kristina and sage want to work with me,

and rizo and Savannah think I have blind loyalty to them.

And so... I can pretty much do whatever I want

at this next tribal council.

This is the homestretch.

This is when you give it all you got,

and that's what I'm gonna do.

- No. - It's a boat.

- I knew it, man. - No. - Boy.

Wow!

We see this boat coming up.

And as every fan of the new era knows, it's like,

"my god. This has to do something with immunity."

And I'm thinking, like,

I've been pretty much dead last in every competition.

If this is an advantage, I need to get it,

so I at least have a shot at this thing.

"An advantage for today's challenge

"is hidden in the jungle... " Waiting to be earned.

"Scattered across the island are color-coded bags.

Each one holds puzzle pieces."

Somewhere, hidden in this massive jungle,

there are five bags

with different puzzle pieces in each bag.

We have to go collect all the bags, one at a time,

and then put together some sort of puzzle.

When we get the puzzle together,

we have to look for the advantage in the jungle.

"Solve the puzzle.

"Then race to claim the advantage

before someone else gets there first."

All right, guys.

- Let's have some fun. - All right.

One, two, three.

Go!

People take off.

I don't have on any shoes.

Like, it is a hot mess out there.

It was literal chaos. I'm exhausted.

And I'm trying to tell myself,

like, "you are in the final five. Give it all you've got."

There's a lot of places to go collect bags.

And you got to figure out where those five bags are.

And you have to bring each one of 'em back individually.

So I already know, right off the bat,

this is gonna require a lot of running.

Come on, people.

I'm only five, four.

Okay.

We have no gas in our tank.

And somehow, that million dollars is fueling me.

Like, I'm right there. I see the finish line.

- And I'm like... - Sorry.

Nothing is stopping me from trying to find

friggin' puzzle pieces.

This island's huge, but out of all the five people left,

like, I'm probably in the best cardio shape.

Like, I feel like I got this.

Honestly, like, I'm creaming everybody.

I'm getting all the puzzle pieces.

I'm the first one back.

And I'm actually the first one

who finishes my puzzle. I knew I would be.

And I find the location.

It's kind by tree mail.

And I take off.

Savannah very quickly finishes the puzzle,

and in rizo fashion, I just copy her puzzle.

And I'm thinking to myself, "my god.

This is déjà vu to day one fight for supplies against Alex."

But Savannah and I come out on top,

so we're both off to the races to find this advantage.

Why did I go the long way?

I'm exhausted. I'm gassed.

I got no sleep last night.

But, literally, the only thing propelling me forward

is that thought in my head.

"You need this advantage because you need

"to win today.

"If you don't win today, you're going home,

and your journey out here is over."

And I know making it to day 24 out of 26

sounds like a huge accomplishment,

but 24 out of 26 is not enough for me.

It's across from the tree mail, by the big tree.

I just start digging.

I'm on my hands and my knees,

looking for any sort of bag.

Tree mail, across from the tree.

Need to stay calm.

Did you find it?

No, I don't know where it is.

I know it's around here.

And then I see rizo, but I'm like,

"okay, you know, I like rizo."

"Like, I wouldn't mind if rizo had the advantage."

"So, like, he can help me look for this thing."

And then I see soph, and I'm like, "okay."

"It's my girl soph, like, I wouldn't

mind if she has it, either."

We're all part of this alliance.

So the three of us are digging.

So, you know, it's all good.

And then sage comes.

So when sage gets here, I start panicking.

'Cause I'm like, "dude, how have I not found this by now?"

"I literally had, like, a five-minute lead

"on everybody out here.

Like, am I just a fool?"

We're digging, trying to find this thing,

and I'm thinking to myself, "it's not here."

"Let me run back to the map and find it."

But mommy is very tired.

Whoo.

We're doing nothing but cardio when mommy comes home, babies.

I'm really telling myself, "just finish for your kids."

Mommy's good at puzzles.

And so I put the puzzle together, like, in two seconds.

All right.

And then I see rizo, like...

Maybe there's still a chance.

I don't know where it is.

Everyone's digging, and I instantly know,

based off the map, this isn't in the ground.

This thing is up in the air.

- It seemed like it was in the air. - Yeah.

Feel like it's gonna be somewhere

- more obvious. - Yeah, it wasn't...

I see everybody digging, so I'm like, "wait a second.

I got to think outside of the box here."

I'm gonna start looking above and beyond

because everybody's looking down.

It has to be somewhere else.

My god.

And then I see a bag in the trees.

I start throwing coconuts at this thing, and I'm like,

"I'm not good at aiming. I don't think

I'm gonna be able to get this thing."

But then I see a bamboo.

I got it.

- You do? - You did?

Where was it?

My god. I never win anything!

Good job, soph.

"Congratulations, you have earned an advantage

in today's immunity challenge."

- Yay. - Yay!

If I couldn't find it,

I genuinely would have wanted soph to find it.

Like, I want her to succeed

almost as much as I want myself to succeed out here.

Yay.

Getting this advantage definitely makes up for

the blunder that I had at tribal council last night.

- Good job. - Thank you.

This might be what wins me the million dollars

and what helps me

maybe blindside Savannah at the next tribal council.

The final five of survivor49.

This is insane, Jeff.

Wow.

Shall we get to it?

- Let's do it, Jeff. - First things first,

Savannah, got to take back the necklace.

- Thanks. - Thank you.

Once again, immunity is back up for grabs.

For today's challenge, you're gonna crawl through a muddy pit.

You'll then race to dig up a grappling hook.

You'll use that hook to drop a ladder.

You'll then race up the ladder into a crow's nest,

where you will grab a rope.

Then, using that rope, you will walk on a barrel

to a very tall platform.

When you get to the platform,

you'll maneuver a bag of puzzle pieces to the top.

When you get to the top,

you'll race to solve a survivor shark puzzle.

First person to finish this challenge wins immunity,

is guaranteed a spot in the final four.

That means you cannot be voted out of this game.

At the very least, you're making fire

for a shot to get to three.

In addition, you're playing for a reward.

- Yes! -Wow. - Yo.

- Let's go. Let's go. Let's go, people. - Wow. I didn't know...

- Want to know what you're playing for? - Let's do it, Jeff.

Pizza, pizza.

The winner will be taken to the sanctuary,

- where good things happen. - No way.

for that final push.

This morning, there was a scramble for an advantage.

when you get to the end and you have to maneuver

your puzzle pieces to the top,

they will already be halfway up there.

- Ooh. - Okay.

All right, biggest challenge of the season so far.

Savannah's gonna be first out.

Here comes Kristina.

Here comes sage.

Rizo. Dead last, it's soph.

My god. This is ridiculous.

Now you're digging.

You're looking for a bag.

That bag has a grappling hook in it.

Kristina's got it first.

Kristina in the lead.

Savannah right on her tail.

Soph, keep digging. You are in this.

- This is so crazy. - Soph gonna need that advantage

she worked so hard for this morning.

Soph is now out.

Start digging, soph.

Here comes sage.

You're trying to hook that metal ball.

It's about rope management,

getting it out there far enough to reach that ball,

so you can drop that ladder.

Rizo's got his.

There goes sage.

Rizo's got it.

Rizo's the first to drop. You're good, rizo.

Head up that ladder.

Now rizo in the lead.

Where the... Is this thing?

Rizo heading up in that crow's nest.

It's rizo in the lead.

Savannah hooks her ball.

Will it be enough?

Savannah drops hers. You're up, Savannah.

Soph now has her grappling hook.

Got to get it out.

to start walking on that barrel.

Sage drops her ladder.

It is now soph still trying to drop her ladder.

She's gonna be in this.

It is Savannah with a bit of a lead over rizo.

This is a tricky part of the challenge.

Don't want to fall and go back.

She's got an advantage waiting, if she can make up some time.

It's Savannah in the lead, then rizo.

Then sage and Kristina.

If she can make good work of this barrel,

He can start working on his puzzle.

She's gonna make up a lot of time right now

as she does not have to maneuver that bag

for half of the pole.

Sage just a couple of steps away.

Kristina has taken so many hard falls this season

and gets up every single time.

This would be her fourth and would put her

in an extremely elite league

of women who have done that.

- very true. - And you start to get a little momentum.

Things start to come into view.

but rizo now starting to make a challenge out of this.

And in doing so,

which messes everything up

because she was gonna be the easy vote.

He's guaranteed final four.

And then their closest ally is soph.

They're not gonna vote her out.

And we can't play a shot in the dark,

which means it's either gonna be myself or sage.

And, honestly, may the best woman win.

I know it's-it's either me or sage tonight,

so we both have to, obviously, do our case or whatever.

My ideal final three is actually the three of us.

Okay.

I'm not opposed to that.

I don't know how you've been reading the jury,

but I'm telling you right now,

sage and Savannah beat the three of us.

They win.

At this point in the game, it's about a million dollars.

- It's about a million dollars. - So it's, like, I'm not...

Just because Savannah, soph -yeah.

And I worked together the whole game doesn't mean, like...

Because me and her have been at it the whole time.

Savannah winning immunity kind of ruined all my plans.

I wanted to blindside her.

I was ready to make a big move.

Though I love her, I don't want to sit next to her at the end.

- And I'm leaning towards you. - Yeah.

- Keeping you, I'll be honest with you. - Yeah.

But yeah, we do have to talk.

- I know you guys have to talk. - You know?

But, luckily,

me, Savannah and rizo... we're the tres leches alliance.

We have the majority at five.

So we have the upper hand.

We can choose between Kristina or sage.

Me and you have to go to the final three,

and we need to decide, do we want to sit there

- with Kristina or with sage? - Yeah. Yeah.

'Cause let's look at the jury.

You don't think we have a better chance at-at winning

against Kristina than sage?

Kristina does make a very good case for herself

in the fact that she is somebody that

can be beatable at the end.

If the final three is soph, Kristina and I,

I feel like I have the best shot of winning the million.

So what do we want to tell sav?

Yeah, well, let's hear her out.

It's gonna be a pivotal vote.

So if it was up to me, I would want Kristina to stay

and vote sage out of this game.

I'm so excited.

Literally, romantic dinner.

- Wow. - Let me get your chair.

Okay, thank you.

- Please. - My god.

Sage is someone who,

in this game, we've had our ups and downs.

And so for me, today's reward is partially about

feeding someone who's gone the longest

on this beach without having food,

but also sharing a good meal with someone

who I genuinely respect as a competitor.

And I know that might not be the most strategic move out here,

but at the same time, like,

I've been playing this game on a personal level

and leading with my heart,

and, today, my heart said, "I want to eat steak with sage."

So that's why I took sage.

This is so cool.

- Steak, mashed potatoes... - My god.

Yeah!

I literally feel like we're at, like, a little

romantic, like...

You are so kind for taking me, Savannah.

Of course.

I think it speaks so much to your character.

And if you win tomorrow,

- you make history for our season. - I know.

I'm feeling elated that

not only do I get food in my belly

for the next and final challenge,

I also get to spend some one-on-one time with Savannah,

who I've had a rocky relationship with in this game.

And to be able to say now

we are legitimately friends is a weird spot to be in.

Like, I need to eat a slice

of humble pie 'cause, you know,

you can just never shut out any options.

I am not one to put people in a position to be like,

- "hey, take me." - Yeah.

But I feel like with Kristina,

yes, I don't think she has the best résumé,

but she's really good at fire.

- I know. - So, like, I don't want to downplay her

or downplay myself. Like, -yeah.

If you guys are willing, like, I'm with you.

Sage, I want to bring you, like, to the final four.

I want you there with me, you know?

- I appreciate you so much. - Seriously. And, like,

honestly, I do think Kristina's easier to beat.

Yeah.

But, like, I don't even care. Like, I want

- to be up there with people who... - You're a competitor.

Yeah, I want to be up there with people who I like

and who I appreciate and who I respect, and, like, you're...

You're that person.

Ultimately, I don't want Kristina

as part of my final four.

Kristina can make fire probably better

than any of us, and I don't want her

to get anywhere near the final three.

So for me,

it's an easy decision. Kristina, you got to go.

Hey, pretty girls!

I'm pretty sure rizo and soph are gonna be

on the same page as me.

We've never really had to have

major debates on who we want out.

I'm nervous 'cause I know I'm on the line.

I would be shocked if rizo and soph

- are on a different page. - Yeah.

So I feel really confident that

when we vote out someone tonight,

it's gonna be an easy decision.

All right, should we chat? What'd I miss?

- Sav, can I be honest? - Yeah.

I kind of want to vote sage out.

I can't write her name.

How come, sav?

Why do you want Kristina?

Kristina will beat us in fire.

I'm like, "wait. What?"

We don't like Kristina. Why do you want her here?

At final tribal council, the votes

that I think I can get, sage will take from me.

In my head, I'm like, "dude, instead of worrying"

about final three right now, shouldn't we worry

about just getting to final four,

and who we can beat in fire?

So you feel better about going up against Kristina in fire?

- I feel like I can. - Have you seen her make fire?

I have.

She's good.

- Go, Kristina. - Yay.

I can't beat

Kristina in fire, I'll tell you that right now.

To me, Kristina feels like the easy decision,

but not the right decision.

Final tribal council, you think sage is gonna out talk you?

No.

But it would be easier to do it against Kristina.

Since when are you looking for the easy way out?

I know.

It's hard because it seems

that Savannah wants to keep sage.

And this is the first point, 24 days in,

we're finally at a stalemate.

We're finally at a disagreement.

I don't want to make you mad. I'm just...

But I'm here to win this million, to stamp

my legacy as one of the greatest players to win this game.

And for me, that is keeping Kristina,

and that's what I plan on doing tonight.

I guess I'm gonna have to make the decision, guys.

I know. No pressure.

I need, like, a little bit of time to think about it.

- Yeah. - I haven't even talked to sage yet.

I'm kind of in an interesting position today

because rizo really wants to keep Kristina.

The only thing that I have in my back pocket is,

out of all five of us, Kristina is

hands down the best at fire.

So if that makes soph nervous,

that might be my only ammunition to-to plead my case tonight.

And they're gonna put you up against Kristina in fire.

For sure. They're gonna pick each other.

But if me and you end up going up against fire,

I would love to go out swinging with you like that.

No, me too.

I just have to think about it, you know?

Sage has a lot of really good points.

But at the same time, the more that sage talks to me,

the less I want to keep her because

she's very strategic.

Like, she's thinking way more than Kristina is.

And it's reminding me of why

I think I could beat Kristina at a final three because

she's not a very strategic player,

whereas sage is, and she's shown to be

because she's been on the right side of the votes.

She's very well connected with people in the jury.

I don't know. I have no idea.

I literally think I'm gonna make the decision at tribal.

This is the last vote of the season, and

I just really can't screw this up.

I screwed up the last tribal council

by using my knowledge is power advantage incorrectly,

and so, I think it's really important

that whatever decision we make today is the right one.

All right, you tell me what your gut feeling is.

I-I literally don't know.

Why? So that you can...

Soph and I get to pick who goes home now.

And to be quite honest, soph has been

nothing but loyal to me, and has been proven

to want to take me to the end.

So I want her to be in my final three.

We've gone as far as a trio can go.

Ever since the swap,

soph, Savannah and I, aka tres leches, have been unbreakable.

We have voted together every single tribal council.

And the fact that we're now at final five

with all the power just shows

the trajectory that we've had in this game,

where we started from the bottom, but now we're here.

- I just want to win. - I know you do.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to cry. I just...

- Don't worry about it. - I'm just so close.

I know you are, and you can... do this.

I know, and so can you, but I just don't want you

to think I'm selfish, and I want to do it for my family.

So, tonight's gonna be hard,

because the way that this tribal council is going

to shake up is that every player is for themselves.

Because everybody,

at this point, is making the best choice for themselves

to win that million dollars.

All right, I want to start with you, Savannah.

And I want to go back to this afternoon

when you tied this elite record

by winning your fourth individual immunity challenge.

Have you had any time to just think back on that

from the point of view of that little girl

who was dreaming, "maybe one day I could do that"?

Honestly, I don't think you're gonna like my answer.

But no, I haven't.

And I know that's probably weird

to hear because this is a major accomplishment.

And not a lot of women get to

wear this necklace four times in a season.

But yeah, I will say, I didn't come out here

to tie any records.

I didn't come out here to make survivor history in that way.

I came out here to be the winner.

So that's where I'm at today.

I'll give you a better answer on day 26, whether I'm up here

or on the jury or wherever I'm at, but

I feel like I can't really even celebrate today

because I'm so focused on what I came here for,

and that's to be the sole survivor.

All right, so, Kristina, somebody's going home tonight.

Somebody's gonna be the 14th person voted out,

become the seventh member of our jury.

What happened this afternoon?

Jeff, it's really kind of straightforward.

So, you have Savannah, who cannot be voted out tonight.

You have rizo with his nine lives immunity idol

that maybe he'll play tonight.

You have soph, who's been with them

since the first tribe swap.

So, that leaves sage and myself.

And sage is an amazing social player,

and I don't think people really understand that.

And that is what my argument was to the three of them today.

And I even mentioned, like, the ball balance challenge.

Savannah won, but who got the hugs that day?

So sage, Kristina takes the approach of compliments.

"Sage is such a great social player.

You better watch out."

That's scary 'cause that's a great approach.

What's your approach to the three

about why it should be Kristina and not you?

I think if you just listen to how she laid all that out,

well, that made me sound like a freaking rock star.

Imagine how she's gonna pitch herself.

And there's some parts of that, Kristina,

I'm gonna be honest, like, hurt.

When you mentioned people hugging me

after the challenge

and trying to make that into a game-like thing,

that, for me, was an outside-game moment.

That was people acknowledging, like, "all right,

sage needs some encouragement. Like..."

So you're saying in that moment...

I'm not done. I'm sorry.

And social aspect,

yes, I'm weird and goofy, and it makes people laugh,

but I'm also one of the quietest people here

'cause I need a lot of social-battery recharge time.

I appreciate the compliments, and I know you're doing

what you got to do over there, but, like...

I just... I... Jeff, it's bringing up a lot of crap

where I'm always, like, the expendable one.

And, like, I've come a long way in dealing with that.

But this game just brings crap out of you.

And I've... So you mean expendable

in life, in your life back home?

Yeah, like, I've always had a hard time

just making friends.

Like, people, when... Usually when they do, like,

include me in a friend group, it's because

I'm, like, the goofy one that they can just laugh at

and, like, have fun with.

So, like, for me to put my game on the line

in that last tribal council, by getting out somebody that

has been a really kind person to me in this game...

because Steven was one of the ones

that actually understood my weirdness... and now,

I just look like a friggin' idiot.

- Can I say something? - Yeah.

I don't think that you see yourself...

and I'm not trying to, like,

downplay anything you just said,

or, like, disregard anything you just said...

but what you just said yourself is that people are drawn to you,

and I think you see yourself as expendable,

but you're not. And that's the case

that I was trying to make, is that

the people on the jury, the people here,

genuinely do like you, and it's not...

But I can say the same thing about you. Like,

you've got, like, no blood on your hands.

I've, like, taken person after person out.

But I think that's also the strategic thing,

and that's where I was going with that, is that

you've known everything.

- I've been completely... - How...

What have I known, though? You're saying I know everything.

I'm saying, with every single vote,

sage has been a part of...

except for the blindside of jaw an...

and in that, she still had a strategic move

and made me play my idol, making me look crazy.

- And I failed, epically. - And...

But that was the goal of that vote.

Even if you didn't know about jaw an,

you still wanted to draw my idol out.

Soph, what's so important

about this conversation is you don't win survivor.

You get to the final three and you plead your case

and the jury decides who wins survivor.

So, who you sit next to is everything.

How terrifying is it to sit here and listen

to two very good speakers make their case?

Yeah. I mean, who's doing a better job at pleading

why they should stay than the other?

Like, should I be thinking twice about what they're telling me?

Because what they're telling me is what they want me

to hear, and why they want me to keep them.

So, it's a testament to both of their social games.

They've done a really good job

at kind of making this really hard for us.

And rizo, is that because you can't be fully honest,

even with people you've been voting with, because

"it is now my self-interest,

"and I'm not sure that my interest is aligned

with anyone else's"?

Jeff, it's really just come down

to whose personal agenda matters more.

Because at the merge, us three were in the minority.

And look at us now, at final five with the majority.

That says something about us as an alliance.

But now this is not about an alliance, Jeff.

Three people don't win a million dollars.

Only one of us will win this game.

And ultimately, what it comes down to is

which one of our agendas will come out on top,

for one of the four that's remaining

will be the sole survivor in a couple of days.

I got to say, this is what you want at final five.

The people who think they're in trouble

fighting to stay in the game.

And the people who think they're in charge

uncertain about what to do.

But, I mean, it's a testament to why you should keep pushing,

no matter what situation you're in on survivor.

Like, there's still a chance to get to the end.

And here I am, and here we all are,

and I feel like each one of us deserves to be here, so,

I'm super happy and grateful, but I feel like,

you know, I earned it.

you're gonna leap into the ocean

and then head to shore.

You'll dig under a log, then cross a balance beam,

collecting two handles and a ball along the way.

You will use those two handles to collect a second ball.

Once you have both balls,

you'll first race to assemble a table track.

And then you will maneuver those two balls

along that table track,

landing them in two separate targets.

First person to finish wins immunity.

Guaranteed a spot in the final three.

You will get a chance to plead your case

to your jury about why you deserve to win this game,

why you deserve the title of sole survivor

and the million dollars that goes along with it.

Soph gets her first sandbag.

She's small enough. She might be able to get through.

That hole only has to be big enough

for your body. That's it.

Savannah's through quickly.

It's now Savannah in the lead.

You're gonna retrieve two handles and a ball

while crossing that beam.

Here comes rizo, right behind.

Here comes sage.

Soph, fighting.

Got to get that sandbag to create a little more space.

You're looking for two handles, one ball.

Savannah in the lead.

Then rizo, then sage, then soph,

once again, dead last.

- Here comes soph. - She's gonna get through.

- Okay. - Soph is back in this.

Savannah near the end of this beam.

Got to get that second handle.

But Savannah has hers, and you're across. You're good.

Now you're gonna use the two handles

to retrieve that second ball.

Rizo has his second handle. Rizo's good.

He can start working on that second ball.

You've got two handles.

They're flat on one side, they're concave on the other.

Concave is gonna make it easier.

You're trying to maneuver that ball

up to the top of the cage and out the top.

You're good, sage.

Sage now can start working on that second ball.

Everybody is working on the ball

in the cage now, except soph.

Rizo drops. Got to start again.

Soph has her second handle. Soph's in it now.

Everybody's in it. This is what you want, day 25.

This is where strategy is out the window.

This is about learning curve right now.

How quickly can you

figure out how to use those two handles

and get that ball to the top of the cage?

but she's on the edge. You got to get it to the center.

The track in and of itself is a puzzle.

So first, you got to figure out the puzzle.

Then you'll maneuver the balls

along that puzzle to their targets.

Sage doing a really nice job, slow and steady.

She can move on to the table track.

You're now assembling the track that will

guide that ball to the target,

so you have to have the track right.

Day 25, immunity on the line.

Sage, no emotion, slow and steady.

Rizo struggling to get his together.

She's figured this out. Now you got to get the ball

to the center and the top, and you're in this.

And soph drops and loses all her progress.

Frustration setting in, but a familiar story

'cause soph keeps digging. Let's go, soph.

Savannah has already tied

the very elite record of women

to win four individual immunity challenges.

A win by Savannah today would create a new record

and put Savannah at the top

of the challenge mountain for women.

she would join an elite group of six people

over 49 seasons of survivor.

Savannah's got a shot at it, but you got to win.

This would be an unbelievable comeback

I feel like I've been fighting since day one.

I haven't won a single thing.

And I've had to survive without immunity, without an idol,

without a necklace, without a lot of allies.

I'm just, like, really proud of myself, and

Like, we used to watch it together when I was a kid.

And after she passed away,

I made it my mission to come on to-to connect with her.

And I feel like every single day,

I've felt her with me, and I told her,

"if it's my t... it's my turn to win, let me win, lita,

but if not, it's fine." I'm just, like, so grateful

for this experience and just grateful that I just did that.

I cannot

believe that I have this around my neck right now.

Like, this is a fever dream.

I haven't been able to win anything out here.

Not even when I was in a tribe,

not when I was doing individual immunities,

and I won when it mattered.

And so, I have every shot to win this game.

I'm still here, and I earned my spot

to the final three.

Soph just punched her ticket to the final three!

Congratulations.

I won the final immunity challenge of season 49,

and I'm going to the final three because of me, nobody else.

I quite literally started from the bottom,

and now I'm here right at the top of this game,

and I can plead my case

as to why I should win the million dollars.

I can't even believe I did that.

- To come from behind. - I know.

Not only did I win when it most mattered, but

I also have to decide who I'm bringing with me

and who I'm sending to fire tonight, and

I have to make sure that whoever I take to the final three

with me is somebody that I'm confident that I can beat.

And then I also have to consider who I send to fire.

Who do I want to send home, essentially?

I have no idea what I'm gonna do tonight.

I don't think there's also anything

that you could say to convince me or anything.

Like, I think it's literally gonna be,

I'm gonna spend a lot of time

by myself today and think about it.

And I hope you guys, like, -yeah, of course.

- Respect that, and I... - Hell yeah.

I would just suggest, like, practicing fire,

'cause I don't think I'm gonna, like, give it up, you know?

I've never seen

Savannah, rizo or sage make fire before, so,

I have no idea how tonight's

fire-making challenge is gonna go

with whoever I decide to put in there.

But I earned this necklace for myself,

and this is my decision, ultimately.

So, I want to make sure that I make the right one.

And so, if that means taking all day to figure it out,

then that's what I'm gonna do.

They need to focus on practicing fire

and I need to focus on making the right decision.

How are you gonna play a game with someone for so long

and, like, not even hear them out?

And I get that you want it to be your decision, but, like...

- Yeah. - I think there's a way to do both.

I'm really disappointed in soph because if

we really want to have me, soph and rizo in the final three,

soph would put rizo against sage in that fire.

I have the least experience with fire over anyone here.

And the fact that this decision

for soph is not obvious...

it tells me that she's seriously considering

putting me out there

because she views me as a threat to win this game.

And it's annoying because I thought we had each other's

backs this entire game.

It feels like I'm getting screwed over.

Like, is this the real soph?

It feels like I didn't know my best friend out here.

I think that's why it's so hard, you know?

And so, instead of pleading my case to soph,

like I initially imagined I would be able to,

I'm now learning how to make fire for the very first time.

I don't know how people make it

to day 25 without ever setting a fire,

but I've never set a fire out here.

Yo, I didn't actually think it was gonna catch.

And then in, like, a minute, I actually get a flame,

and I'm like, "maybe this is something I could do."

You can do this, sav. You can do anything.

I need to be my number one cheerleader right now,

because here, I don't know who has my back.

This is actually crazy.

I can't believe I did that just now.

So I got to believe in myself.

I will never, ever, ever give up.

I'm extremely nervous going into tonight.

I have no idea what to expect,

but I actually really love

that soph is not letting us plead our cases,

because that way, wherever she puts me tonight,

I feel like that's where I'm meant to be,

and I'm gonna give it my all.

At this point, it's just a matter

of getting to the final three.

And if soph takes me, great.

If I have to make fire, at least I still have a shot.

My god, I hate you.

I feel semi-confident of going into fire.

But at the end of the day,

all three of our fates are in soph's hands.

Now I just have to make it grow. How do I make a fire grow?

The taller sticks burn the fastest.

That's what you want to put last.

Patience is a virtue in this game.

When your Patience is gone, so are you.

I can easily get this flame started.

It's just building it to the top is what I don't understand.

Did a bird just poop on me?

That's got to be a good omen, right?

If that doesn't mean that's good luck for me tonight,

then I don't know what else that could mean.

It really is gonna be a crapshoot tonight

'cause sage, Savannah and I really have no experience.

I probably

have the most, with maybe two to three fires

made the entire game, whereas sage

and Savannah are at a whopping goose egg.

So, tonight's gonna be interesting.

But my mind is in the right place, where it's, like,

it's go big or go home, and

I feel like I have a really good chance of winning.

I would prefer going to fire against Savannah because

it allows me to guarantee my spot in the final three

and kind of give me a situation

where I can make a million-dollar move.

And for me,

while I played this entire game with Savannah,

soph, at this current point, is my number one.

And Savannah is my biggest opposition to win this game.

And if that means taking out my ally,

a guy's got to do what a guy's got to do

to win the best show of all time, and that's survivor, baby.

This is definitely the hardest decision

I've made in this entire game.

I've been working with Savannah and rizo

since the first swap.

I've been loyal to them...

to a fault, sometimes... and I have

been going back and forth

between my head and my heart in this game.

And tonight, now that I have the power,

I'm playing with my head.

I'm gonna make a logical decision,

but I have to make sure that it's the best

strategic move for me, 'cause it could be

what costs me or wins me a million dollars.

Well, before we get to the big decision,

let's talk about the day.

Soph, it centers around you.

You won the final four immunity challenge.

And in doing so, you guaranteed yourself a spot

at the final three tomorrow night.

You will get to face the jury. So let's just talk about that.

When you get back to camp, did you take any time to just

let that sink in that you did it, you got to the end?

For sure, Jeff.

I mean, like, winning this necklace today

was such a full circle moment for me in this game, because

I really started at the bottom.

I've been playing so hard from the beginning.

Not even because I wanted to, but because I had to.

And I won when it mattered the most.

And I'm so proud of that.

So, rizo, you all go back to camp.

What's the feeling?

Because everything sort of centers around soph.

Jeff, for the first time in this game,

it really was, like, dead silent.

And I truly mean that.

And soph put it upon herself to tell us, like,

"guys, it's gonna be a game-time" decision for me.

"I don't know what I'm gonna do,

but whatever I do is gonna be best for my game."

And truthfully, like, I respect that.

And for me, personally,

I don't want to be taken to the end.

I came to survivor for these big moments,

and I know I haven't performed in challenges,

but if there's a time to cement your legacy,

it's winning final four.

So, my mindset coming into tonight's

tribal council is that I'm making fire tonight.

Sage, how did you experience this afternoon?

Very similarly. I-I think all three of us,

being rizo, Savannah and I,

like, just kind of had a heart-to-heart of, like,

"listen, we're on even playing ground,

"and, like, whatever soph's decision is

"is soph's decision, and we respect that,

"and we're gonna give it our all

like we have been this whole game."

- Savannah, how about for you? - Yeah, I mean,

I echo what these two said.

Except I will say, while rizo is excited to make fire,

I would gladly sit this one out. If we wanted to make

the decision a little bit easier tonight,

I'll take one for the team.

But whatever she decides, let's do it.

All right, before you tell me your decision,

let's just put a little context into how big a decision this is.

First time we did this,

our 35th season, Chrissy hofbeck,

one of the women that Savannah tied this record...

she's an elite challenge performer, a great player...

she won the final four immunity challenge.

And she learned of this twist and she had to put Ben in fire.

Ben won fire, went on to defeat Chrissy

and win the game.

Then in edge of extinction,

you have the other situation.

Chris Underwood wins the final four immunity challenge,

and is so worried that he can't beat devens

that he puts himself in fire against devens.

He beats Rick devens and goes on to win the game.

It literally can be a million-dollar decision,

right or wrong, and you're the one making it.

Yeah.

So who's it gonna be?

Who are you going to give the second spot to?

And who are you going to force to make fire

to earn that third spot?

Yeah, so, I thought a lot about this.

And there's two people in this game

that I have been working with since the day that we met.

There's trust, there's loyalty,

there's friendship there,

there's love there, in and outside of this game.

But I came into this game telling myself

I want to make a head decision, not a heart decision.

And I came to not win second or third place.

I came to win it. And for me,

that means putting my two allies

to fire tonight and taking sage

- with me to the final three. - Holy crap.

one of my main motivators was I did not want

to go against her in fire,

and so, I will be the first to admit this is not my thing.

I'm feeling, like, zero percent confident, yeah.

Rizo, door is open. How are you feeling?

To be honest, Jeff, I feel as confident as I could ever be.

I got a couple sparks today.

The only thing that's stopping me

is lack of confidence, and you know me.

I don't have any of that.

So, I'm gonna do what I do every single day

and give it my rizo all, and let's see if I prevail tonight.

fire-making challenge.

Savannah, rizo, I'm gonna give you

both a minute to settle, get your game face on,

get your head in this game, and then we will make fire.

All right, Savannah, rizo, it is time.

One of you is about to earn your way into the final three.

to lose and become the eighth and final member of our jury.

You both have the same fire-making kit.

These are the same supplies you had to practice with today.

The question is who's gonna be most successful

and who's gonna get fire the fastest?

- You ready to begin? - Let's do it.

All right, the fire-making challenge is on.

Good luck, guys.

You need heat, you need fuel,

and then you need oxygen to get a fire going,

to get it to breathe, to let it

get high enough and hot enough

to burn through that rope and raise that flag.

Very quickly, Savannah scraping magnesium.

That is a great fuel.

Then you will strike with the knife,

trying to get a spark to light that fuel.

Been doing this challenge since our 35th season.

Rizo now gonna start scraping some magnesium.

Savannah quickly trying to spark.

Savannah has a little bit of a flame.

That hessian is deceiving because it'll burn quickly,

but it burns away just as quickly.

Rizo has a little bit of flame,

trying to nurture it. This is when

that little bit of baby breath is what you want.

You don't want to blow it out. You don't want to smother it.

There's one jury seat available

and one seat at final three available.

A million dollars has been won and lost

in the fire-making showdown.

Rizo's scraping a lot of magnesium now,

trying to get a pile going.

And that might have worked. He's got a little flame.

Rizo trying to nurture that flame once again.

It's going out.

What am I doing wrong?

Savannah trying to get a flame.

Come on.

Savannah's flame is starting to take.

The question is can she make something out of it now?

Because that hessian burns so fast.

Got to get some sticks to take hold.

That is the key to the early part of your fire,

is get a foundation that'll keep that fire going.

Rizo gonna take a different approach,

building a little foundation.

Savannah's flame continues to go.

A long way from burning through that rope, though.

Those are the kind of flames that can get you excited,

and then they're out before you even get a shot.

Savannah continues to add more sticks to her fire.

Rizo trying to get a fire.

That's all you need is a flame to have a shot.

Does rizo have a flame?

He's trying to breathe it to life, and he does.

Rizo now has a little flame.

He's got some work to do to catch Savannah.

Quickly, rizo starts adding sticks.

Savannah's fire is really growing,

just starting to touch that rope now.

You can see the fibers burning,

but it takes a lot to burn through that rope.

You can also see that it's not quite high enough yet.

It would take a long time to get through that rope.

That opens the door for rizo.

Rizo now starting to build his fire.

Stick by stick, same approach.

Savannah's fire growing higher now

and consistently hitting that rope.

You're looking for that flag to pop,

and that means you're in the final three.

Rizo continues to work, trying to get something to take hold.

He's not panicking.

Rizo's fire... has he smothered it?

No, it's still there. He's got the flame.

Got to nurture it. You got to build it carefully.

Rizo now losing that flame.

Savannah not losing her flame.

That is a strong fire made very quickly

and growing hotter and taller by the moment.

That is a huge fire.

Now that flame is all over the rope.

That is a survivor fire right there.

That's an inferno at the final four.

I-I honestly did not think I was gonna win this.

I feel like I always have the right words,

Lasting 25 days

in the new era of survivor is quite an accomplishment.

You come up short.

You make it as far as you can go.

You're forced to make fire. You couldn't get it.

What's this adventure been for you?

Man, I think, for me, Jeff...

You don't understand how much the game means to me.

I talk about it with my friends all the time, and I say,

"if Jeff Probst gives me one shot at playing survivor,

"I promise you I'm gonna make a name for myself.

and it was time to put my money where my mouth was.

And honestly, like,

for a little Albanian boy from New York City

to come out here, and, Jeff, to say I have no regrets,

to say that I made my family proud,

I truly feel like I left an impact on this game.

And sometimes not all the best players always win the game.

And I feel like I'm very happy with my journey.

of that feeling that I have right now.

At this stage of the game,

it's not up to the three of us

who wins the million dollars.

It is scary to know that my fate lies in the hands

I really love Nate because

he really gave this dad energy.

I really felt like I looked up to him

From day one of uli, I saw Savannah

as the person who was a killer.

Savannah came here to win, and

at five feet tall, she's a little dynamo.

I love the fact that the final three are all women,

so I'm excited.

Alex and I... we have the most history

of anybody in this game,

but he got a little bit sloppy.

Yeah. He had the best exit.

That's what I get for playing both sides.

Soph deserves to win

because she's the ultimate underdog.

Me and soph were on a tribe of two people, and

she found a group of people

that she was able to trust, and they

worked together to get to the end.

She really has come up on top

from starting from the bottom.

Jawan is

not only a best friend, but he truly is a brother to me.

And it broke my heart to see him go.

Sage deserves to win because people underestimated her.

I think she was someone that was always strategic

Insane competitor. Like, she scared me out here.

I immediately popped her

as someone who I could either work with or against.

I'm not dropping.

The fact that Savannah won four individual immunities,

and she won them when she really needed them, is

a strategy in and of itself.

- Yeah! - Steven has done it!

Literally the person that was going to win this game.

That was the one person that I completely back stabbed.

Sorry, man. I couldn't beat you, dude.

Soph was a silent assassin.

Soph blew me away,

and I think a lot of people underestimated her

because she wanted them to underestimate her.

And her and I are both, I think,

kind of sensitive people.

I will always remember

her incredible strength when she's, literally,

holding on to that beam.

Unbelievable effort!

Sage has really played a, you know, a social game.

She had a relationship with everyone,

and it was always up to her and jaw an

Sage needs to own her game, and...

She cannot be emotional tonight.

And if she can do that,

When I came out here, I was like, "okay",

"I want, like, a good ally who, like,

"we think kind of similarly,

and I need an ally who can make me laugh."

And rizo was literally that person.

I think he was honestly,

There were moments where I think I might have

said that I thought you were, like, an emotional player.

I knew that I was gonna be seen

I'm a strategic player, and a part

of my strategy was being seen as an emotional player.

And I am a force to be reckoned with because I've been

saving some huge ammunition for that final tribal.

Nobody knows that I served in the military for ten years.

I joined into the only female combat job at the time,

and I think that's gonna completely shock them.

What do you think the jury's gonna ask us?

- They're gonna want a show. - They're gonna

want us to go at each other's throats.

We've got to pitch our cases, but, like,

my intent is to not downplay, like, anyone's game.

However, you guys come at me, that could change.

- Yeah, I'm right there with you. - Do what you got to do.

Even though I do feel like I've played a better game,

if I take it easy at all,

I'm just gonna let these girls walk all over me, and I cannot

have that. And tonight, I'm really gonna let it rip.

I got to the end of this game with all the elements

you need to outwit, outplay and outlast.

They see, like, this fragile, sensitive

little bird, but this little bird

has a grenade under her wing

and is gonna drop it at final tribal tonight.

This is act three of the horror movie.

I want mayhem.

I want them to really fight for this.

First off, congratulations.

You should all be so proud.

So kicking us off,

you were all part of either a duo or a trio.

What was your role in your duo or trio,

and how was it different from that of your counterpart?

Soph, kick us off.

So, before the merge, I was swapped to a beach

where there was a majority old uli.

And I kind of had to be like a lost puppy

that needed a new home.

And so rizo and Savannah... they kind of adopted me.

And we balanced each other out very well,

because Savannah was kind of the muscle of the trio.

Rizo was, like, the strategic part of our trio.

I was more of, like, the social player.

People were more open to speaking with me.

So I had this, like, social flexibility

that they didn't have.

And I was able to kind of gather information to create

the blindsides that we did

and always be on the right side of the votes.

And I really think it's because of

the social game that I had.

Good answer.

Yeah, honestly, I think

soph really explained this really well.

Although I do want to give a little clarity

on my part of this trio.

I will say, the three of us did consult each other

for every single vote, every single move that we made

throughout this entire game.

We always came back to each other.

As far as the muscle goes, I will agree.

Like, I played that role really well.

And every single time that I got up there

for an immunity challenge,

I felt like it was almost this responsibility for me to win,

for me to offer some sort of protection for our trio.

So, yeah, those immunity wins, yes, they were for me,

but I also genuinely did feel

like it was for our group as well.

And that's my part.

Awesome.

So, obviously, my duo, jaw an, hello.

Miss you dearly.

I connected with jaw an almost instantly

over mental health and just being weird

and talking about poop and stupid stuff.

And then come the merge,

I wanted jaw an to be more of the relationship builder,

which allowed me to play my strategic game

under the radar.

What you all don't know about me is, right out of high school,

I enlisted into the army.

And I spent my first five years deployed

to a combat zone in Afghanistan.

My last five years in the military,

I reclassed to an intelligence analyst.

And I went on to get a degree

in intelligence operations studies.

And so my role was to be that strategic grounding place

for the two of us,

but I've had the shield of my emotions

because that's been my whole life story of, like,

I've always been this quirky, weird, like, crying thing.

And people are like,

"gosh, she has no idea what's going on in this world."

But you probably should have read into it,

because I was scheming the whole time.

So that's my... That's my answer, I'm sticking to it.

I'm an emotional, cheesy dude.

- No. - So here's my emotional, cheesy question.

What is your "why"?

And do you think your "why"

should play a role in my decision tonight?

Let's start with you, Savannah.

All right. So, I know

people come in here, including yourselves,

playing for their family, for their friends,

and I'm playing for that, too.

I was, about a year ago, let go from my position,

as a news anchor in Atlanta.

And I was so frustrated because I had given

so much back to the community and so much to my job

that I decided this is the time where I'm gonna be selfish

and I'm gonna start living life for myself.

I'm gonna do things that I always dreamed of doing

and that included applying for this show.

So when I'm out here, I'm doing this for myself today.

I'm doing this for myself in the future,

because I'm hoping to genuinely win tonight,

so I can set up my future for success.

And I also think about doing this for my past self, too.

I picture that little girl, that seven-year-old girl

before every freaking challenge that I do,

and I think about what she would say.

So my why, jaw an, is I'm out here for myself,

and I know that might seem selfish,

and I know other people have better whys than I do,

but you don't have to have "the right why"

in order to be the sole survivor.

So should my "why" impact your decision tonight?

Honestly, I'm gonna say I hope not.

And I'm just being real with you.

I miss you jaw an, I'll be honest.

Like, it's nice to hear your voice.

Aw.

Yeah, so,

my parents and my grandparents were immigrants,

and they came to america

with nothing but the clothes on their back,

some good work ethic and American dream,

not even knowing the language.

And so I've been working since I was 12 years old.

You know, I've been selling mangos on the street.

I sold cleaning services door-to-door,

overnight shifts at McDonald's, like...

Your girl has done everything for a dollar.

And so I knew, coming out here,

I was gonna do everything for a million, right?

And then when I was 18,

my grandmother, who I'm out here for,

was diagnosed with dementia and Parkinson's.

And I sacrificed going away for college

to become her full-time caregiver.

And survivor was our show.

It kind of kept her spirit alive.

I remember being seven or eight years old, and my grandmother

started saying things in English, and I'm like,

"lita, like, where are you getting that from?"

And she's like, "'yeff' Probst," you know, "survivor."

And so, as much as it is about myself,

it's about my grandmother, what she did for me in my life,

the influence she had on me.

But yeah, I guess my answer is...

No, don't use that to make your decision tonight.

But I'm happy I was able to share it with you.

Right after that, I went up to Alex, and I said,

"you can't trust Jeremiah, because guess what?

He just told me all this stuff that you told him."

But in reality, Jeremiah didn't tell me anything.

I listened to all of it from a tree.

And so that was me persuading you to not vote me out.

I will say, I think the one person up there

who I really had an impact in saying,

"hey, this person needs to go on the jury tonight,"

was Kristina.

And let me tell you right now, it was not personal.

I was absolutely terrified to go up against you in fire,

because I've seen you making fire,

and it looked like you knew what you were doing.

And I know you don't disagree with me.

And so I told rizo, "I'm gonna put my foot down,

and I'm writing Kristina for a strategic move."

You know, Savannah,

I don't want to throw you under the bus, but...

I thought you were kind of making an emotional decision,

picking sage.

my goal was to sit up here with you and rizo.

After the merge,

we were in a seven-person majority alliance,

and then you proceeded to vote out

every single person except for jaw an.

I mean, you're in the final three, so it worked,

but I would like you to convince me

why that betrayal is worth my vote.

Yeah, so, as an intelligence analyst,

you have to analyze, like, who are my allies,

who are my adversaries,

what are their assets, what are their deficits

and then what are their possible counterattacks.

Everybody I took out leaked information on me

or they had the opportunity to leak

really vital information on me.

With Alex, as an example, like,

everything about me and jaw an was getting back to rizo.

And, like, you literally owned it

when you walked out by saying,

"that's what I get for playing both sides."

So confirmed adversary, had to go.

But I, again, I see this trio

that should be on the bottom.

I feel like I'm being blamed for a lot of betrayals.

But we still had the majority.

Yeah. But people were willing to talk to me.

And, like you guys said,

a seven-person alliance, us three took that over.

And I don't think we would have been able to do that had I not

had those connections with Alex, with jaw an, with sage.

And so I'm proud of the social game that I had.

Yeah, so I would say that.

All right, Savannah.

Okay, yeah, so I think

my best strategic decision comes down

to one conversation with you, Sophie.

And I identified Sophie immediately

as someone who I wanted to work with.

So I sat down with you.

And I was like, "dude, can I just be real for a second?"

And you looked right back at me,

and you're like, "yeah, let's be... real."

It was literally just such a legit conversation.

And that's when I gave you my pitch.

I'm like, "dude, if we're kind of working here together",

"there is a way for us to make it far in the game,

"because there are already people who are throwing out

both of our names."

And when jaw an and sage decided to flip,

the person who told me, "hey,

there's something a little fishy going on,"

was my girl Sophie.

And so it's like this seed that I had planted

finally paying off when I needed it the most...

the first time that I did not wear that immunity necklace.

And then, I hate to say it, Sophie,

but the next vote, you're throwing my name out.

So, yeah, that's my social and strategic move

that I'm very proud of.

All right, sage, one move you're-you're really proud of.

Yeah, one move I was really proud of

also has to do with my lady Sophie.

So, once you flipped on jaw an,

I realized, "crap, Sophie's not just super tight with me.

She's super tight with kind of everybody."

So, at that point,

okay, Sophie, confirmed adversary, has to go.

But the dessert was

she's going home right after she got out my guy jaw an.

My only flag to that is, didn't everybody vote for me?

I was just about to say...

Like, was it that hard to get people to vote for me?

But Savannah did not win that time, either.

It could have been an even toss-up

between two major challenge threats.

But the primary driver was, 'cause, at that moment,

I realized you were playing a phenomenal strategic game.

Jury, great final tribal.

You gave soph, Savannah and sage

plenty of opportunity to make their case.

I'm gonna give you a closing statement.

These are your last words to them before they vote.

Soph, get us going.

So I feel like I've been on my hands and knees

throughout this entire game.

And somehow I've gotten myself here.

You know, I've been to 12 tribal councils.

I have voted out more people this season than anybody here.

And I've done it

without having to hide behind immunity necklaces,

without having to hide behind immunity idols,

without having to backstab my allies.

And I feel like I've done it

in a way that was social, strategic

and even physical, when it mattered the most.

I earned my spot here. Nobody else can say that.

I put Savannah and rizo in fire.

And I'm actually really proud of this, you know?

There hasn't been an all-female final three since season 29.

It's been 20 seasons, and I'm really proud of it,

and I hope you guys can respect that as well.

Savannah.

I think I deserve the million dollars because,

out of everybody here,

I have dodged the most bullets successfully.

And that comes down to three different things.

First, it's my adaptable strategy.

When I learned I was on the bottom,

I did what it took to survive.

I also, secondly, focused on important relationships.

And I understand I was not the closest

with every single person up there.

But the key relationships that I made,

those are what eventually carried me to the top.

For my third point here, I won immunity necklaces.

Yeah, I did need the necklace to stay safe,

because I was such a friggin' threat.

I think that's got to speak for itself.

And I truly enjoyed

hanging out and meeting each and every one of you.

I talked a lot about my strategic game tonight,

but there was a social component.

Like, I'm an emotional dude, and she was there for me,

like, when no one else was.

Soph played the exact game that I wanted to play,

and I, honestly, was kind of on the fence.

But then, to hear her, like, just owning everything,

I was like, "yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!"

- Thank you. - Sophie, what was it for you

- about Savannah's game? - I think

Savannah said it best: She's been

catching bullets since the merge.

And she won challenges

when, if she didn't win, she was going home.

And so that's just incredible to me,

that she was able to outlast

when her name was always an option.

I also just want to say...

I have said that she was gonna win from day one,

so even though I didn't win,

I kind of feel a little street cred for predicting

- the winner sitting next to me. - Jawan, while

sage is predicting,

Savannah's victory, what are you doing? What happened?

I was just being a good listener

and forgot that I was pouring too much champagne.

- Just a little overfill? - Yeah.

So this probably should... Should be my last glass.

No, we're done. Now you can have fun.

This is all about fun.

Soph, I'm gonna make a cultural reference

- yeah. - That might not mean anything to anybody

- but me. - Okay.

But when I was a kid, there was a movie

called the bad news bears.

You embody the spirit of the bad news bears

to me in the greatest way.

You never, ever gave up.

Second place, Jeff! Whoo!

Yeah! I'm still getting a bag out here, guys!

And it's crazy, because

I know I'm not the strongest person here.

I know I'm not the smartest person here.

But, I mean, I outwitted, outplayed,

outlasted all these people. Just, like...

So, I'm super excited.

And I need to tell them something

that I haven't told them.

After the merge, we had to come up with

a tribe name. And I told them that

the Fijian word lewatu means "family."

Doesn't mean "family."

It is a tribute to my grandmother.

- Aw. - It translates to "grandmother,"

but it also translates to

"highest ranking woman in the village."

Hell yeah!

Highest ranking woman in the village!

- Hey! - Yeah.

And so the fact that the final three are three women

and a woman won...

I feel like it's such a full circle thing.

It was almost like a manifestation -yeah.

- In the weirdest way. - Hell yeah.

But I'm really happy about it. Sorry

I lied to you guys. But that's pretty badass.

- That's pretty cool. - I'm glad you did, I'm glad you did.

- Yeah. - Savannah.

I asked you a couple of times during the game how it felt

to reach this milestone,

with all of these great women who've played.

Take me back to the little girl

who looked up to, as you said, Kim spradlin,

one of the all-time greats...

what does it feel like to now be up on that mountain

alongside her and other amazing women?

Dude, it's insane. And, honestly,

this whole season, I've had conversations

with different people about

imposter syndrome, and I think

so many of us feel it. It's like,

we've grown up watching this show,

we're obsessed with some of these major names

and, like, literally, I want to be

like Kim. She was the player who I aspired to be.

- Wow. - And maybe I didn't get here the same way.

I didn't have exactly the same social game as Kim did,

which we can all recognize.

But, like, it feels... It feels incredible.

And it's this larger than life feeling,

and I usually have the right words,

I usually have some crap to say,

but, like, in this moment, I'm like...

I don't even know what to say, because I've never

experienced anything like this before.

It's just a crazy feeling.

This is how I took the game. Tell me if I get this right.

- God. - All of 'em played incorrectly.

Kristina played her idol for Steven.

Didn't need to.

Didn't need to. Alex,

you played your idol. Didn't need to.

Soph, you have the knowledge is power.

Didn't work.

- Yeah. - You tried to use it on Steven,

who did use his block a vote.

Didn't matter, still got voted out.

Savannah played the extra vote. Didn't need it.

Yeah! I'm gonna say -yes!

That is our... that is debatable.

The vote was five-three-one.

Okay, fair.

Even rizo... every week, I was here at tribal:

"Maybe he is gonna play it."

Sometimes he walked up and dangled it in front of me.

So, do you think that is all influenced by survivor46?

Yeah, I wanted to flip the script of the idol, Jeff.

Because 46... it was bizarre to me

that five people found it back-to-back-to-back-to-back,

and all went home back-to-back-to-back-to-back.

Because they use a tool that was once used as an offensive weapon

as a defense mechanism, and I'm like,

"dude, I'm on friggin' survivor." And I'm ready

to make a statement, so why not

use it as a weapon and be like,

"all right, try to vote me out.

I'll use it and vote you out."

And it worked every single time

for nine damn tribal councils, and...

- Boo. - You know, I was so proud of the game

that I played and what I did for the idol, because

I want to inspire a new mindset for people.

Like, I want people to be innovative and creative,

because when you just sit back and let the game play you,

you're gonna get your torch snuffed.

Rizo, I love the energy you're bringing.

And that's the whole idea of survivor

is put you in these extreme situations

to see what you're capable of.

All right, I want to own something.

This season was so hot it even got to me.

- My god. - Yes.

Jawan, was there ever a moment where you thought,

"it's so hot I just want out"?

I've been applying to this show for over eight years!

You think some heat's gonna take me out?

Hell no.

This is the dream, you know?

- Yeah. - Like, I'm eating pizza

- at the finale. - On the... at the finale.

- Right? - And it's pretty good. You know?

Word on the street said it wasn't a... it wasn't all that.

It's not bad.

Alex, how about for you... was there a moment

- where you thought, "man, - I don't know." - Yeah.

When soph and I were down to our final two.

We were sleeping on the beach together.

My god.

- What? - This is our lives.

We can't catch a break.

This is such a joke.

There are just so many factors you don't even think about

when you're applying to survivor.

- Yeah. - But, Jeff, I sit at-at a desk 24 hours

a day at work, and so,

coming out here was like heaven for me, you know?

This is something that I would never do,

and I'm out here catching fish, killing chickens.

I had blood on my face at some point.

I don't... I... I don't even know.

But I would sign up for it again and again,

because we got so much out of this experience

- I love that. - That we never would have expected.

Well, this season was so intense, Jake

was bitten by a sea krait and had to be evacuated.

Big snake just latched on to me.

I was just sitting here, minding my own business,

and it came up and just, like, latched on to me.

Yeah, like, right here, look, you can see two little marks.

This is a highly venomous snake.

I'm worried about his life at this point.

We're just gonna lay you flat, we're gonna

get some oxygen on you.

There you go. I know.

We're gonna take good care of you, okay?

Jake was someone that I was

extremely close with in the game, and this really

extended beyond the game. So it was a tr...

- very traumatic thing for all of us. - Yeah. And I did

want to ask you, do you... how is Jake? Is he...

- okay. Sorry. Sorry. - I do have an update on Jake, but...

One of the unique things about

doing an after show moments after

three people finish is emotions come up,

and sage, I don't want you to feel

I don't see what's happening. I was

- trying to give you some space. - Yeah, yeah.

- But I want to check in. - I... can I just clarify?

Like, it's not about the loss.

Like, it's such a privilege to be here.

I think it's hard to separate emotion from game.

But...

it kills me to think that, like, i-i..

I might have hurt people.

Like, so... you know, that's -sage.

- A part of the game. And... - No.

I love that you guys are comforting me,

but, like, it's one of those mo... moments where

I'm like, "crap, like, I don't even think

I deserve that right now,"

But there's parts of this

that are more than a game to me and, like...

But trust that we know that. Like, I know that.

their life makes sense."

Because we all see ourselves in each other.
