I have learned from being in close proximity

I graduated Harvard early.

I got a double major, classics and government.

I’m one of the youngest people with my degree in the world.

I graduated from NYU in 2023.

I’m not against working with Ming.

Ming is very smart.

She’s very familiar with the creative side,

the fashion side, the design side.

But she likes to take over.

She’s oldest, I’m used to Ming telling me what’s what.

But, like, sometimes I find that annoying.

It’s important for me that this shoot goes well.

It’s something that we’re putting together ourselves.

But also, just because it’s something

that we are going to show the world and my mom.

the best decision would be if you get a family shoot.

all at once, which is, like, great,

but a little bit crazy because the girls are the girls.

So I think now that I’m here,

she feels a little better about it.

I do feel like she is my lifelong best friend.

But I don’t think that I’m going to tell her that, though.

MING: Working for Baby Phat, it’s something

that is great to have hands-on experience with.

AOKI: We’ve been modeling for Baby Phat since we were born.

But my interests have progressed,

so it’s nice to be doing more hands-on work with it.

MING: I want to own businesses.

I want to grow empires like my mom.

I’d love to see them grow and blossom in the business.

Ultimately, you want better for them than you had.

That’s why we all, you know, work so hard.

I will always be proud of my family and Baby Phat.

I do feel very fortunate, and I am very grateful.
