Who am I to complain though?

Things in the world seem to
grow more terrifying each day.

It's horrible, a complete nightmare.

If it is a dream,

then maybe one day we
can all wake up from it.

Sometimes it really does seem that way

and some dreams are so real

that when you wake up you can't believe it

because the dreams
seem more real than life.

Why do things have to be this way?

Why must people continue to suffer?

What will become of the world?

One can only ponder

and that's what I find
myself doing most of the day.

In my short life,

I can notice that the world
has changed a great deal.

The people have changed too.

They've lost their
innocence, their patience also.

But who can blame them,

as things just seem to be getting worse?

My life is a direct reflection of this.

What will become of me?

I find myself asking that
question more each day.

Maybe I don't really
want to know the answer.

Part of me wants things to just end,

as horrible as that
is, but I can't help it.

I'm overwhelmed by
everything, but I can feel it,

the suffering of the world.

Somehow, even if I'm removed from it.

But I don't doubt that's true

because I'm sure that
those who truly are in it

would tell me that I could
never truly know their pain.

But that's when the anxiety rises

because I fear that it may
be only a matter of time

before we get ours.

(soft instrumental music)

I try to resolve in my mind

just how things can be
made better in this world.

And lately, I just can't
seem to see how anything

can ever be okay or made better.

There's just too much, too much suffering.

The world is such a mess.

One big mess and my life is also a mess.

Just like many, I'm sure.

(soft instrumental music)

[TV Announcer] There
is war in this forest,

not a war that has been
fought or one that will be,

but any war.

And the enemies who
struggle here do not exist

unless we call them into being.

This forest then and all
that happens now is outside-

searching for that place.

But it's not just one place
because there are many.

It's possible that it's a
different time like a memory.

But a memory that's not my own.

Maybe a past life.

There is a familiarity to it,

it's an intensity that
can be overwhelming.

I see a village square in Europe somewhere

a long time ago, probably
in the Middle Ages.

The man leaves the village
and walks through the snow,

I guess to forage or maybe hunt.

There's a mystical feel
to the whole scene though

as if he were on some religious quest.

That's when the whole scene changes.

There's something he doesn't yet see.

There's something ominous and foreboding,

a darkness that he is moving into,

the darkness of the forest.

I've always yearned to
experience something different,

another person's life, their experiences

which are somehow always
better or more interesting.

And my mind would create these
experiences of random people,

which I've never even seen.

I could dream up entire
scenarios in their life,

places they're going,
things they're doing,

and it would always
change the feel of my day,

the mood completely changed.

And I can even remember
certain days from years ago,

what it looked like, and
felt like, and what I did,

which was usually completely uneventful.

It's terrifying to think
about, and also sad,

the vastness of these years

to just how uneventful they've been.

Maybe that's why.

It's like I was so desperate

that my mind searched for something

to experience different
than this sad and lonely life.

Everything in this world seems to be a lie

and the people are all
actors just playing a part.

Nothing is real.

(gentle instrumental music)

Then what role am I playing?

Because I just don't
go along with anything.

I used to, but I can't anymore.

It's like the people,
at least some of them,

are also aware that
they are just pretending

and they continue to
pretend because they're afraid

or maybe they just don't
know what else to do.

And what else is there?

If you don't participate,

then there's really no
place for you in society.

I guess that's what makes
me an outcast of society.

That's how I've always felt anyway.

Maybe that's just the life of an artist.

We exist on the periphery,
always on the outside looking in

and so we can see
things that others can't.

It's a lonely life though.

But I guess I never really had a choice.

It's only in the silence of
nature that I feel that I belong

because I really don't
belong in this world.

I can feel that other world
and I'm reminded of it.

That's how it happens.

I'll see something that
I know I've seen before.

It's deja vu.

When I was 16 and had
deja vu for the whole day,

I thought I was losing my mind.

I could see things starting to materialize

and form superimposed over
everything I was looking at.

It was like the dream world
was solidifying and forming

in this reality.

(eerie music)

And so I was remembering the dream,

which was predicting the next day.

I would become completely
overwhelmed by it

because I could feel everything

I was experiencing in the dream,

all the things that would
be forgotten the next day.

And then it's like it
would click into gear

and I could feel it take
hold like a sequence.

And I can feel it happening right now.

I've seen this before.

It's a recognition and it's uncanny,

but this is different 'cause
I know it wasn't a dream.

Now, I'm remembering.

It's amazing how that happens.

What I see reminds
me of what I've forgotten.

Was I out here?

It's like at some point I
became aware I was out here

and I was as aware as I am now,

but somehow I completely forgot about it.

This was not a dream, of that I'm certain.

I don't think this is the first
time it's happened either,

but why this area?

It's always this area.

Why do I keep coming back here?

wanted to come on here today

and make a little video for y'all.

I know there's a lot of stuff
going on, lots of crazy things

that are happening in the world right now.

I don't have to explain that to y'all.

Y'all are aware of that.

I just kind of wanted to touch base

and I wanted to mention I had some intel

from someone that came to me.

He seemed very unnerved.

That's how I would put it.

He, he kind of expressed
to me that there was about,

there was some stuff
that was about to go down

and it was gonna be unlike
anything we've ever seen before.

And I can't tell you who he is

or how I have made contact with him

as, as my own kind of intel source,

but I can tell you that he is legitimate.

This man, he, if there's anybody
that knows what's going on

with this, it's him.

And it seems like there's a lot of stuff

that's gonna be going, going on here

and coming down the pipe.

And you know, I just,

you know, I'm, I'm, I'm in my fifties now,

so I'm an older gentleman,
I guess, I'm past middle-age

and you know, in my whole,
all my years, my whole life,

I've never seen anything
like this, how things are going.

It's scary, you know, there's just, it's,

you can just feel it closing in.

It's all just closing in, man.

And I get to, I've gotten to a point

where I don't even know what to do.

I just gotta sort of, in
my mind I'm thinking

I'm just gonna hunker
down and try to wait this out.

But if what he says is true,

that means all hell is
about to break loose.

I don't want to go into detail on here.

Y'all know how this works.

I gotta be discreet about
things and I can't say too much,

but I just kind of want
to convey that to y'all.

I know it's rather vague,

but have y'all seen the sun lately?

The sun is, it's just, I
don't know if it's just me,

but it just seems different.

The lighting's different.

I used to look at it and
it had a golden glow.

Now, it's kind of got like a whitish.

It's, it's so bright you
can't even look at it.

Earlier in the day, it's
so hot it's like a laser.

And I mean I, I've heard people saying

that basically it's like a
laser, but this is different.

This you feel it on your skin.

Even in the winter, you
know, it's an intense light.

And it's just strange to me
and I, I heard a NASA scientist,

I saw a video recently
and I'll link it below.

He was saying something about,

well, this guy was an ex-NASA scientist,

and he was saying something
about the sun is changing.

I don't know if y'all heard about that,

but he said there's all these
kinds of changes happening

to the sun and it's putting
out more energy now.

I know it's like a solar
maximum or solar minimum.

I forget what he said,

but I don't know if y'all noticed that.

Let me know.

Well, anyway, that's about it.

know, that's what I'm doing.

You just gotta hang tight,

and hope and pray we get through this.

There seemed to be no end in sight

as it extended far out
beyond the visible horizon.

It was dusk now and the
golden light of the setting sun

behind him reassured
him of his heading East.

The ground was already becoming hard again

as the cold night set in.

He grabbed for his chalice
to drink his last drop of water

and licked his parched lips
desperately for any moisture.

He had been on a long journey now

and had lost track of
how many days it had been

nor could he recall either,
how long since he had last eaten

except for some berries along the way.

He pushed on, determined to
keep moving through the night

with very little rest.

Not until he would reach his pilgrimage.

He desperately pleaded though

that he would have a clear night

so that the stars in the
heavens might lead the way.

As the darkness descended upon him

there would be great unease
as there was every night

as a lonely traveler in a foreign land.

He hadn't seen another since
the last village he'd passed,

a good many days prior,

but this would come as a relief to him

as people had not been kind thus far.

(eerie music)

And he knew of the dangers
that awaited those like him

on such a journey as he found himself.

(eerie music)

The only thing he knew
was that he must push on.

It was imperative that he
reach his destination in due time.

This, his quest and
potential final journey,

which he accepted with great honor,

but not without hesitancy.

For he knew that such an honor

would only be bestowed upon those

that are deemed as
truly righteous and worthy

of such an ordeal in tasking.

He was advised never to
open the contents of the parcel

which was given to him to deliver.

He assumed it contained a holy fragment

recovered from the
ancient ruins left behind

from the great destruction.

But this was not for him to know.

(eerie music)

And he would never go
against his sacred orders.

But it was in the darkness
and silence of night

when the temptation would always arise

as he laid beside the
scarce warmth of the sad fire

as kindling and fuel grew sparse

in the barren desert wasteland

that he moved through each day.

The parcel, flickering
in the dancing light

of the tired flame,
beckoning him to peek inside.

This he resisted with all his might

as the voices of the
darkness grew with each night.

He would awaken at
dawn just like every other

with it buried under him,

"protecting it with his life and flesh."

It's all just a big mess, my
life, the world, everything.

But then again, there are many
who seem to be doing great.

Is it because they just don't care?

How can they not look around

and see that the world is burning?

Are they just completely
unaware until it affects them?

It's only then when it
affects their own life

that they actually care.

They can only maintain the illusion

of their normal daily life in reality

until it is absolutely
impossible for them.

I dunno what will become of me

or how I can even continue on.

I don't understand why I'm even here.

And really, things only seem

like they're gonna get worse in the world.

So I don't know if I really
wanna be in this world anymore.

If this is how my life is gonna be,

then I don't think it's worth it.

I really don't.

I don't even know what
I'm doing anymore or why.

What's the point to this or anything?

Nothing really seems to matter anymore.

Why do I even paint?

I used to enjoy it and
most of the time I do,

but this really isn't about any of that.

It's this feeling I have
that I just can't scratch

and it's always there.

Things are just not right and
everything is just all wrong.

Is it my fault?

Did I make a mistake at some point

that led me to feel this way

and made my life the way that it is,

what can I do to change this?

I fear that there's nothing I can do

that it's just inevitable, that
I should continue to suffer

with no way out.

Because it's more than just my life.

It's everything.

It's the whole world.

Everything that's wrong with the world.

And what can I do to fix that?

Probably nothing and nothing
makes any sense either.

This day the world makes no sense.

Why are things just so awful?

Why do so many people have to suffer?

There's something that terrifies me

and it's that the feeling I have is a sign

of something much worse to come.

It's a horrible feeling like a
dark cloud coming towards me.

It's that dark cloud on the
horizon that truly scares me

because you can see it coming.

I'm not really sure what
that means but I can feel it.

It's the darkness.

That's what scares me the most.

And the fear is overwhelming.

The most awful feeling that there is.

There's no rationalizing.

glimpse of that reality.

I saw the light and it
completely overwhelmed me.

I was enveloped by it and became it.

There was no resisting it.

No hiding from it.

It overtook everything.

This place though, or
maybe the state of being

is right there in front of me.

Yet, it still can't be reached.

In the ancients, they're
a rare stream of religion.

It deals with the destruction of evil

and the ultimate
restoration of the universe.

The good will be unified with God.

Ahura Mazda, the Zoroastrian God.

Once very long ago, all of
creation was truly good and pure.

And that over time, evil corrupted it.

It says that one day
good will prevail again

and all evil will be destroyed

to restore the world to perfection again.

Things will return to the perfect
state which they once were

in those early days of creation.

At the end of time,
there will be a great battle

between good and evil.

The good will be triumphant

and the dead will be resurrected.

There will then be a final judgment,

which will be through ordeal.

The mountains will crumble
and their metal will melt

and flow down like rivers
of lava across the earth.

All of the people,

those alive and those who
are dead but resurrected

must then make their
way through that river.

Those that are righteous
will not be harmed.

The wicked, however, will not be spared

and burned by the molten rivers which flow

down into hell To purify all evil.

It goes on to state

that the righteous will gain immortality.

It's incomprehensible and it's not real.

It's just completely unreal.

I don't want it to be
true, but I know it is.

How can this be?

I have no proof, only a
knowing of what will happen

because I saw it, I felt it,

and it was more real than this,

right here, right now, and
what is right in front of me.

It was so real.

It was not a dream,
but a vision or prophecy.

I'm not exactly sure the
order which it will occur,

but what I saw is just so terrible.

There are no words for it.

It was just complete chaos.

People have no idea.

Chaos is the only word I can come up with.

It was hell on earth

and there was no sense
to be made of it at all.

Like all meaning, all order,

everything meant nothing
anymore and then all was lost.

(gentle music)

And it was like you were
forced to beg for it to just end

because it was all just so terrible

and the suffering was beyond unbearable.

I'm trying to make sense
of this, it's just impossible.

The only way I can try
to describe what I saw

was that somehow something changed.

There was some kind of a
shift on a metaphysical level

that altered the nature
of reality as I knew it.

And life on earth went from normal,

or what I only knew was normal,

and became something
else, something awful.

I can describe further
the events as best I can,

but it doesn't do it justice

because as terrible as those events were,

it doesn't describe the true nature

of that hellish reality and existence.

There was immense
destruction that was unavoidable

as though some force or something

had decided it was
time to end life on Earth.

What I saw was the
other side of life, its end,

its certain and final death.

Of all things, all life.

But it was something worse than that.

It was all existence.

And it was just utterly tragic.

(birds chirping)

Like this beautiful gift, the gift of life

and all things that are
beautiful, graceful, and pure,

all creation, was just suddenly taken away

and it was replaced by just
complete suffering and ugliness.

But again, the events that I was seeing,

as awful and unbearable as that was,

was still nothing
compared to what was felt.

The feeling or the
perception of such a reality

that was worse because
it was just sheer chaos.

And I struggled to even comprehend that.

It is the incomprehensible,

all meaning of any kind
was destroyed and ended.

And so you begged for that to end

because it was impossible to look away.

I know this is going to happen.

There's nothing anyone could
say to convince me otherwise.

I know no one will even believe me.

So there's no point in even trying.

It seems completely inevitable.

There is no stopping this.

It will happen.

And I already lived it and felt it.

(gentle music)

Where did you find it?

[Captain Proteus] One of
the men did down with the river.

He was very busy baying at the moon.

So as the third part of them was darkened

not for a third part of it,
