My name is Chris Sadler, and this is my Part C, the individual reflection video.

To start off, I think one of my more significant contributions was that I was

able to get everyone into an informal Teams channel.

The two class sessions we had had before were facilitated through email thread,

and I personally felt that a Teams channel would allow both better back and

forth amongst asynchronous team members. It would also allow us to share files

in a more natural way.

That said, I'm sure that if I didn't make the suggestion when I did, someone

else would have come up with that realization as well.

This is also a potentially selfish mood for my end in that I vastly prefer an

informal chat -based collaboration system over something more rigid like

For Milestone 2, I took a significant portion of the matrix creation, which I

know helped provide a starting point for some of the other deliverables that

were created, and helped use it as a larger list from which other team

could pull from.

I think everyone on the team was respectful of each other and each

efforts.

Broadly speaking, I think everyone on the team pulled their weight.

There were times when some of us took a more active management role in a

particular milestone, and there were times when we recognized that you don't

need to be a leader in every scenario. It means that sometimes you just need to

be a good follower.

My most significant contribution to the final project summarization was for Part

A, which had a 10 -page page limit.

which was complicated by the fact that we had over 45 pages of initial source

material from the previous milestones.

And condensing this down to reach the requirements required significant

summarization and cuts in order to distill the concepts to accomplish the

requirements.
