Professor Aiden, for my self -evaluation of the PMGC 816 group project, I

focused on how I showed up as a teammate and where I can continue to improve as

a project manager. Overall, I believe I contributed consistently and added

meaning and value to the team's progress from the start. I tried to bring

structure and clarity to our work by helping break down the larger

into manageable tasks and keeping everyone aligned on deadline.

I made it a priority to stay responsive, communicate clearly and step in

wherever support was needed, especially when the team members had competing

priorities or were unsure about specific requirements and or deliverables.

One of my strengths on this project was maintaining momentum.

I worked to ensure that our group always had a clear next step and I stayed

proactive in reaching out when items were at risk of slipping. I also put

into producing high quality work for my assigned sections and I coordinated

closely with others to make sure our final deliverables were cohesive and

reflected a unified voice.

at the same time there are areas i want to improve on one opportunity delegation

when timelines were tightened or there was any big ambiguity excuse me i tended

to take on extra tests keep things moving while that helped maintain

i sometimes limited the chance for more balanced workload distribution i also

recognize that i can strengthen an early alignment by confirming expectations

more thoroughly at the beginning of each assignment so we avoid rework later.

Overall, this project reinforced the importance of communication,

accountability, as well as flexibility, skills that are foundational in

construction, as well as project management. I'm proud of the work that I

contributed, and I am taking away specific insights that will make me an

more effective teammate and project manager moving forward.
