But I'm in a more comfortable place with myself,

even though it's always a struggle.

And my mom's not around anymore.

So it's like a whole different kind of like world for me.

It's new energy, I'm like that little bit older where

I'm like I'm more independent.

My mom was my manager for my whole life.

We parted ways about three or four years ago.

It's a very interesting relationship when your mom is

also your manager, and lines do kind of get blurred.

I had to kinda like walk away, because I had a lot

of personal stuff going on. - Yeah.

- So now that I'm back, I can like look

at all different kinds of things.

I recently booked an audition for this independent film

with Kelsey Grammer, and I'm really excited.

But I'm also a little nervous.

So, I got the script yesterday. - It's exciting.

- I love indie film, you know that.

So, I always feel very comfortable there.

- I know this audition is a big deal,

because I'm newly back in town.

And all of these meetings that I'm taking at the moment

have a lot of consequence.

I want to at least prove to everybody I am still a force

to be reckoned with when it comes to acting

and that I'm willing to take on the hard work

and give a good performance in the room.

I love film, I love acting.

But you also don't wanna be walked on.

I need to really reignite that and make myself happy again.

- I've always kept a place in my heart for Spencer.

I've always wanted to rekindle that friendship,

but he makes it extremely tough.

I can't continue to like try this hard

to be friends with somebody.

That's just not how relationships

are supposed to work.

Trying to fatten Kaitlynn up, so she can get her BMI index up,

have that baby.

I mean, no pressure.

But you know, I told you, I was 31 when I had you.

And 33 when I had Brody.

But my life circumstance has been crazy.

I mean, you grow up in Memphis in a poor household,

had nothing.

And then I met your dad, married your dad.

I was so happily married to Bruce Jenner.

I had this great normal life here in this little house in

Malibu until that fateful day, standing right over there,

where Bruce said to me, "I, you know--I wanna transition."

- The public just found out a few years ago

about Caitlyn when she made her transition.

But my mom has known for decades.

She never told me until I was like--27 years old

is when she told me what he was going through.

- My life just did, you know, like a 180.

In my mind, I had lost my normal, my family,

my wonderful husband that I thought would be forever.

I had just lost my marriage and the father of my kids.

I was devastated.

But that was just a momentary reaction.

My greater sympathy had to go out to Caitlyn.

- BRODY: Anybody that knows my mom just knows

what an incredible lady she is.

The way she handled that situation and waited to tell us

until, you know, we were old enough to understand better was,

I thought, the right thing to do.

She got a big heart.

- I don't give Bruce/Caitlyn a pass, you know,

for not being a father.

I don't think there's any excuse ever to not be there

for your children.

It's not what you would ever do.

It's not what you would ever do.

To have a child and then not call them on their birthday or,

you know--and be a parent to them.

- Right before our wedding, Brody's dad canceled on coming

to the wedding like a week before.

Brody really just kinda brushed it off.

But he has to have felt something,

but he doesn't express it.

- You're not wrong to have your feelings hurt.

You're not wrong to be angry and to feel slighted.

But you just gotta let it go.

- It's just at what point does it become your

responsibility that you're allowing that person to continue

to disappoint you like that?

- That's where expectation comes in.

- But if you can't have any expectation from a person that

you're in a relationship with, then what's even the point of

having a relationship with them?

- Not having my dad at the wedding was--it was,

uh--it was a bummer.

Honestly, it really did hurt.

I would have loved to have had her there, but, you know,

she had better things to do.

Apparently.

- I'm not excusing Caitlyn.

I'm just saying it's forgivable.

I think everything in life is forgivable.

And it's not even for the other person.

It's for your own self.

You have to forgive so that it doesn't eat away inside you.

- I just have been going through a lot on the personal

side of things just with court and custody,

just everything at once.

It's hard.

I did have one question.

I know like he's finally signed the divorce papers,

But how long until the divorce is actually finalized?

- LIZ: They have a little bit of a backlog and, um,

hopefully before the end of the year.

- I can't imagine, because I'm sure for Kirra,

you wanna like seem strong and keep it together.

- My little girl is my pride and joy.

And she literally is like an angel sent from God.

Like I could cry I love her so much.

Oh God, it's been so hard lately.

- You get so used to having someone there all the time,

and then it's just like getting used to being on your own.

You know, being a single mom and like--uh,

it's just--I'm really--like it's hitting today.

- I feel like Audrina is in a very vulnerable, fragile state.

I think that she has a lot that she's dealing with.

And it does remind me and make me so thankful for the awesome

marriage that I'm so blessed to have with Spencer.

- It literally makes you look at what life is all about

and the people you want around you,

and the people you want around your child.

Like Justin--I just feel like he's changing

his whole demeanor toward me.

You never wrote me back or anything.

- Whether we've hooked up or dated in the past or not,

how he's speaking of me and treating me despite everything,

In addition to deejaying, I have a band called AHZ--A-H-Z.

We just shot a video for the single we're gonna be releasing,

and I'm super excited about it.

with any of it, so it makes me nervous.
