and the other teams have 12 hours to make up.

We are the only ones that haven't won a leg,

but it's not the final one, so it don't matter!

We've learned from a lot of our mistakes

and we're being more clever in terms of our planning.

Have they peaked too early? Ooh! That's what I'm saying.

It's disappointing to be fourth,

but it's only 20 minutes behind second and third.

Well, there's only one way to go now... Yeah, exactly.

...and that's up, whereas there's a lot of room for people...

But position in the race isn't everything.

With precisely $551.55 of their budget left,

Claudia and Kevin are running on fumes.

You know, there's not a lot of money left in the wallet.

It's easy to hang up your clogs and walk away,

but I don't want to go home just yet.

I'm just not sure I want that to end yet.

being around each other every minute of every day.

I think there's moments of just sheer brilliance

...1,100km from Quebec City, lapping the shores of the seventh checkpoint

at the seaside town of Liverpool, Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia, New Scotland.

Nova Scotia,

along with New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island,

forms the Maritimes, so called for the huge role the ocean plays

in Canada's three smallest provinces.

We've got 12 hours ahead of everyone else, so it's ours to lose.

We're hitting the East Coast now, so...

We keep hearing about the hospitality,

so maybe we can use them... - Use them and abuse them!

But so late in the day,

Zainib and Mobeen's options out of town are limited.

It gives a chance to the other teams to catch up, basically,

and make their moves.

I'm thinking of getting a hotel and then get up early morning,

get on that bus tomorrow, put ourselves ahead of the teams.

Let's have a look at what route we are thinking,

so that we can get started in the morning.

To reach Liverpool,

the teams could head inland through New Brunswick's capital,

Fredericton, then catch a ferry across the Bay of Fundy

to Nova Scotia.

Alternatively, they could navigate the picturesque fishing towns

along New Brunswick's coast,

allowing them to cross to Nova Scotia by land.

There is a job working with a lady who owns hotels.

And it's a bed and board.

We really get to know the person that we're working for

and then they do give us a lot of help.

We can then decide what route will be faster for us.

Planning an early start tomorrow,

Zainib and Mobeen aim to head along New Brunswick's coast

for a job in Miramichi.

We've got the edge here.

We've raced smart and used our personalities, I guess,

to know people. And a lot of people have given us a lot of help.

It's awesome. I want to go win this now.

If we make out an early exit from Quebec City,

we keep our lead.

During high tide in the Bay of Fundy,

large volumes of water will funnel through a narrow inlet

to create a huge tidal bore that the couple hope to raft.

Their trips start at 5pm.
