especially in combat.

It was time for the inevitable assault
on Foy itself. I was dreading it.

The men who trained at Toccoa
wouldn't get through unscathed.

I was beginning to wonder if any
of us would make it through at all.

have a leader.

Before the attack, I did something
I'd never have imagined myself doing.
