I understand you've got another interesting location to visit.

So tell us what you got planned.

Not only is it an interesting story, frankly,

it's a disturbing one.

There's a ranch in Taos, where a woman has a series of tragedies

and claims for maybe the origin or reasons

behind these tragedies that I don't know how else to put it.

It's very creepy and disturbing material.

Where exactly is Taos?

PAUL BEBAN: Taos is in Northern New Mexico.

It's really at the tail end of the San Luis Valley,

which is an anomaly corridor.

We have these strong correlations between Taos

and Skinwalker Ranch.

The woman, who is our principal point of contact,

has reported strange sightings and energy anomalies

that affected them physically. - Yeah.

She seems to think that there's some kind

of malevolent presence, even a demon, that might be

at this ranch house that she and her husband owned,

where the husband actually passed away.

They think it impacted their health long

before the husband passed away.

She talks about abductions for multiple years at a time.

What kind of abductions are we talking about?

She seems to think there is some kind of portal

that, whatever this is, is moving in and out of

and abducting her, abducting her husband, abducting even animals.

The possibility of something like a portal,

that really gets my attention.

So we've been put in touch with Chris

O'Brien, which is a name that you might be familiar with here.

He's an investigator who goes back to the Sherman days

here at Skinwalker.

NARRATOR: In the early '90s, before Robert

Bigelow owned Skinwalker Ranch, it was

owned by the Sherman family.

They experienced everything from UFO sightings

to cattle mutilations.

They were terrorized.

NARRATOR: The strange phenomena led the Shermans

to call in Chris O'Brien, one of the premier cattle

mutilation experts in the country.

He became one of the first people

to investigate what's now known as Skinwalker Ranch.

He recently brought Taos Ranch, a hotspot

he's been investigating, to Andy and Paul's attention.

What we know is that Chris O'Brien has a long-standing

reputation in the San Luis Valley as a knowledgeable

and dedicated investigator.

So it's an awesome opportunity, I think,

for us to go to a new location and see

if we can measure anything about the phenomenon

that may or may not be present.

And then hope to solve the question of,

is the phenomenon that's present truly malevolent

or is it just some energy anomaly?

Is it some explainable phenomenon

that maybe is beyond the current ranch owner's understanding?

The only thing I know about Taos is the Taos hum.

So I have done some digging, as I

assume you have also Travis, into this reported Taos hum.

In fact, there are several locations around the world where

there's this unaccounted for artificial sound

coming from some unknown source.

I also understand that it tends to be low frequency

and that not everyone can hear it.

That's something we're going to try to figure out as well.

How does it fit into the whole picture?

And I think, in this case, the ranch owner,

the woman is, to our understanding,

a fairly prominent member of the community.

Oh, good.

Really doesn't want her identity known,

has not spoken about this publicly.

So we're going to be, really, the first to get a full account

of what's going on out there.

Our focus is on the property itself.

And I would even go further to say that our focus is

going to be on the ranch house.

NARRATOR: Due to the sensitive nature of this investigation,

the owner of Taos ranch has asked

for her identity, and the exact location of the ranch

to be kept anonymous.

Look at Taos.

This whole area is just so vast.

It's vast.

And it's beautiful, but it's also

shrouded in this long history of strangeness.

This whole area has been saturated

with UFO sightings, orb sightings, cattle mutilations.

The whole gamut of what we've seen in Skinwalker Ranch

exists here.

PAUL BEBAN: Right.

Andy, I think a lot of our investigations

are places where the strangeness is not necessarily threatening.

This place is different.

This place has actually been abandoned.

The ranch owner is so afraid of this place

that she won't go back.

Right now, what we have is stories of dark energy.

The question is, can we put some data to these stories?

Is there some evidence that we can collect here

to show that the compounding strangeness, including

the dark energy forces at play here, might be tied to a portal?

I think this is a place where we really

need to divide and conquer.

So I know you have an interview set up

with the current ranch owner.

I can drop you off there.

And then I'll head on to the ranch

and have an initial walkthrough with Chris O'Brien.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: Thanks, Chris.

This is a hell of a place to pull up to, man.

I'm glad you made it.

Absolutely.

Thanks for having me.

I think we're going to find some pretty

interesting things here.

And that's what I'm the most curious about is, really

understanding what happened here and what have you

already been able to discover?

I think there's a lot of similarities, really,

between the Sherman's experience and the series of events

that this couple experienced here.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: So you're saying

that what you've seen here in this investigation

parallels much of what you saw in your original investigation

of Skinwalker Ranch?

There's some real stark similarities.

The visitations, the types of entities

that have been described.

But what really, I think, has these two

cases stuck together at the hip is a portal or a doorway.

Wow.

NARRATOR: While Andy continues his investigation at the ranch,

Paul sits down with the ranch owner

to hear her account of the phenomena she experienced.

Melinda, Thank you so much for being here.

I think just tell us the story of you

and your husband and your home and what the two of you

experienced there.

I moved in with him in 2005.

He owned a ranch.

He had cattle.

And at first, we lived in an RV, the first year

while we were building our guest house.

At first, when I moved there, it was just

UFOs of every imaginable lights, in terms of some of them

had just solid white lights across them.

Some of them had the White lights that blink.

It was cool.

It's like seeing shooting stars.

But I think after about the third night that I lived there,

we got abducted the first time.

And--

Within just a few days of you moving to the ranch,

you experienced an abduction.

MELINDA X: Yeah.

PAUL BEBAN: What do you mean by abduction?

So at the beginning of every abduction,

I would say the windows, the area gets flooded

with bright white light.

And we hear a very almost imperceptible hum.

You can feel the magnetism.

You can feel that resistance.

When we wake up the next morning, we feel hung over.

Foggy in the head, very tired, sore in all different parts

of our body.

What do you think is happening?

I believe we were taken onto a ship

and that we were being medically examined and studied.

Afterwards, he said, stuff like this happens on the ranch.

Why do you think it was happening

to you and your husband?

What is the reason for all this?

Number one, the ranch is a power

center regarded as such by local Native American tradition.

My husband and I always said, there's got to be a portal here.

There's got to be a vortex here, something.

Did you feel you were in danger?

Oh, yeah, every moment.

My husband and I, we were bedridden.

We were so sick we couldn't get up and down the stairs

without having to stop two or three times and rest

for a half hour each time.

Standing in the front door, I could

feel a very scary negative presence standing behind me.

Our two German shepherds wouldn't come inside with us.

I said to my husband, it's like the angel of death

lives here or something

When did you leave the ranch?

First, my dog died and then a few months

later, our horse died.

Two months later, my husband died.

A month later, my cat died.

And a month after that, my other dog died.

And the moment I finished burying that dog,

I called my son and said, come get me.

I ran for my life.

You ran to escape.

Yeah.

So you lost, it sounds--

Everybody.

I couldn't live there.

It was uninhabitable.

Why do you think that all happened?

Do you blame that on the entities?

I blame it on a demon.

I call it a demon.

This is all connected to these negative energies on the ranch.

Yeah.

I think a lot of people might hear this and think,

wow, this is really out there.

I don't believe this.

What would you say to people who are skeptical?

I absolutely don't care.

I'm not trying to convince anybody of anything.

People are going to think what they're going to think.

Why are you coming forward now?

I know we're protecting your identity.

Why are you choosing to speak publicly about this now?

I know what's going on in layman's terms.

I would love to know what's going

on in scientific terms about what's

been happening on my ranch.

NARRATOR: As Paul finishes up his interview with the ranch

owner, Andy continues his investigation at her abandoned

ranch with Chris O'Brien.

This is ground zero here.

The house where majority of the activity took

place on the second floor.

And this is where the so-called negative demon energy was

pretty much centralized here.

They were spending time upstairs.

So that's where they would have the experiences.

And I'm being affected by something right now.

I don't know what it is.

What are you feeling?

I'm feeling heart palpitations.

I'm having a problem with breathing.

You OK?

I feel like I'm breaking out in a sweat.

OK.

You're breaking out in a sweat in this cold.

There's definitely something wrong.

I think we should take a break real quick.

And I just definitely got hit with something here.

It happened right when I first stopped right there.

Right in this area here.

Yeah, right at the front threshold of the property,

really. - Yeah.

NARRATOR: Andy is with investigator Chris O'Brien

at the abandoned Taos Ranch, where the owner believes

a dark entity exists, that may have

caused her husband to become sick and eventually die.

Now, as they're about to enter the ranch house,

something has stricken Chris.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: I've got a medic on-site.

No, I'm good.

All the years that I've been doing this, I do

think I have developed a certain sensitivity

to some of these energies that swirl through these sites.

I felt like something went through me.

I had a wave of some form of energy.

I don't know what it was, but I feel almost back to normal now.

That's going to give us an eye into thermal activity.

We're going to go directly upstairs.

It's in a little bit of disarray.

When they left, they did not come back and take things.

Melinda said, that's it.

This is our second story.

So this would be the main area where

the majority of the sightings of actual entities

and the encounters were reported by both the rancher

and, especially, Melinda.

This is a bed where a lot of the activity was centered.

And she seemed insistent with the role

that these windows would play in the events.

And these would be the windows where, oftentimes,

the first sightings of any craft, they

would see out these windows looking towards the North.

And occasionally, the lights would get so close, and so

bright that they would be literally

illuminating the room with the spill

coming through the windows.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: But then the actual abductions

themselves would focus around this--

CHRIS O'BRIEN: Right here in this bed.

This is it.

And it did get to a point where she

refused to be out here anymore.

This house is creepy.

And when you actually stand here and look out the windows,

it's easy to look through the eyes of the ranch owners

and imagine the kind of terror that they

must have felt living here.

NARRATOR: Now that Chris has given Andy a first-hand look

inside the house, Paul joins them on the ranch property

to conduct their first experiment right

outside the window where the owner claims

most of her abductions occurred that may be related to a portal.

They are joined by local mutual UFO network

investigator Steve Priola.

Now, Steve, Chris and I have been

out here and done some initial investigation starting here.

This is the house where the current ranch owners believe

there's some kind of negative spirit present going

as far as to call it a demon.

I was going to say, this is the house that really is the focus

of the negative energy here.

And the potential that there's some portal activity.

And what we want to do tonight is

we want to see if we can't stimulate some change

in the environment using some techniques that Paul and I have

experimented with in the past, as well as some tools that have

worked on Skinwalker Ranch.

NARRATOR: In 2022, the team at Skinwalker Ranch

discovered the effects of playing

back specific audio tones.

Playing the tones seemed to trigger the appearance of a UAP.

Oh, did y'all see that?

Right above us right now.

I'm just jumping.

It came right across the sky.

NARRATOR: Now, Andy and Paul will conduct

the same experiment, but they're going to use a tone that matches

the infamous Taos hum, since the ranch

owner reported hearing a humming noise

before her alleged abductions.

We've heard about the Taos hum,

but we really don't know all the details.

Maybe you can fill us in on it.

Well, it's pretty widespread in this area.

And it's been going on for probably hundreds of years.

We're getting a lot of reports of it

happening now, including somebody

today who I interviewed.

Today?

Today.

And I've heard that the frequencies around 55 hertz.

And I played him the specific tone.

And as soon as he heard it, that's it.

Well, we'll be blasting 55 hertz tonight for sure.

NARRATOR: In addition to playing a 55 hertz tone,

the team will be monitoring the area with FLIR thermal cameras

to look for temperature changes in the environment,

and a spectrum analyzer to capture any unusual radio

frequency activity, particularly,

in the 1.6 gigahertz range that signifies

Earth to space or space to Earth communication.

And spectrum analyzer is live.

So with that, I think the place that we normally start

is we take a look at baselines.

So yeah, what we're seeing right now,

baseline, is just standard low-level radio

noise all across the spectrum.

So then let's start the Taos tone.

55 hertz is cued up for the tone generator.

OK.

All right.

You see this, Paul? Look, look, look.

Yeah.

What's going on here?

Look at this.

Look at how it's changing.

PAUL BEBAN: Wow.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: Look at this.

And you can see the energy changes.

So this didn't start until after we turned on the tone generator.

And then this is happening on a frequency that is reserved

for Earth to space and space to Earth

communication, the whole 1.6 gigahertz frequency zone.

Look at that.

Now the tone generator is off.

And it's still going.

But what's all the other noise?

Where is it all coming from?

And it hasn't turned off.

It hasn't stopped.

What's so interesting is when we turned it off, it's still going.

This energy has not shut off.

It's like we kicked open some kind of door here.

NARRATOR: After using a tone generator to send out a 55 hertz

signal, similar to the Taos hum, Andy and Paul

seem to have elicited a persistent response in the radio

frequency range, signifying Earth to space or space

to Earth communication.

No question that we started something

here that is still ongoing.

whether we opened some kind of portal

or triggered this phenomenon, something

is happening here that was not happening

before we played the tone.

It really does seem like we woke something

up or opened some kind of doorway and let a lot of energy

into this place.

Well, what we know so far is that there

is absolutely some energy source present here.

And then there's also compounding strangeness reported

by multiple experiences.

The ranch owner, as well as the deceased husband

of the ranch owner-- so we have those

two elements here in addition to whatever's

going on in the radio spectrum.

So there's absolutely some kind of measurable energy

here that is strange.

PAUL BEBAN: Yeah.

And luckily, we don't have enough information

to know whether we should be excited or scared.

I know.

NARRATOR: To learn more about the possible source

of dark energy at the ranch, Andy and Paul

are headed back to Taos to meet with David Morehouse, an expert

on an unorthodox data gathering procedure called remote viewing.

One of the things that really interests me about this place

is the fact that we're bringing in a remote viewing team.

And we've got a remote viewing experiment going

right now to help us try to understand

what's going on out here.

NARRATOR: Remote viewing is a surveillance technique developed

by the Defense Intelligence Agency

that has been used since the Cold War

to spy on our adversaries.

This method uses a team of psychics

who can see events, locations, and data from a distance.

Though controversial, Andy and Paul hope it might

lead to potential insights.

And one of the things I'm curious about

is this really strong, negative, dark energy that seems to be

affiliated with this location.

Having a remote viewing team to help

compare against what's been reported to us in the past

by the ranch owner and Chris O'Brien

is going to be really useful.

Yeah.

This is just one of those places where there's

so many ways to come at it.

I think we need to bring in everything we've got.

Absolutely.

NARRATOR: Dr. Morehouse has completed

the remote viewing study with his team

and is ready to share the results.

In this particular target, we had 50 remote viewers

from three different countries.

There are things that go on just with the spirit of this place

that I think is something that really intrigued the viewers.

NARRATOR: The remote viewers for Taos Ranch

were sent a map that was faded to 3% opacity.

The map had no indication of where the property was located.

The team of viewers then used trained psychic abilities

to draw pictures and write down what they

sensed as present at the ranch.

Morehouse then compiled all of the data

to present to Andy and Paul.

Most of the viewers that came back

with both verbal and visual sensory data

came back with a really uneasy feeling about this place.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: So the majority of the viewers

that participated in this exercise

all report having some negative energy related to the site

itself?

Actually, all 50 reported that.

Wow.

Unanimous.

Unanimous.

Is it common for a remote viewing

team to have unanimous experiences like what

you're describing here, where they all

sensed this negative energy?

When there's something overwhelmingly pronounced

about a place, it's not unusual for them to all pick up on it.

How would you say the intensity

of this particular target rated with your team

compared to some of the historical targets they've done?

It's up there with one of the darkest.

So this is one creepy drawing that came.

It's described as an ancient poltergeist,

an energy that's hanging over and watching this fortress.

Two things strike me about this drawing.

One is that the poltergeist image could be the same demon

that the ranch owner reported might

be present at this ranch house.

Absolutely.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: The other thing is,

just look at the similarity between that pueblo

and the actual house that sits on that property.

The fence line here that goes into a two-story building,

where the upper story is smaller than the lower story,

even the placement of the windows and the balcony

that would go right there--

--that's striking how many similarities

are in that one image.

You guys ready to see the next one?

Yeah.

There's 50 of these viewers.

Out of the 50, 31 sketched a portal or an opening.

Whoa.

DAVID MOREHOUSE: What is perceived

is it looks like a brilliant little sun,

a ball of fire that flies out of this portal

and moves across the sky.

PAUL BEBAN: It certainly is what Melinda described.

Bright light that came through the windows

that filled their home.

And then the abductions happened.

Lines up with this description.

The energy coming from this ranch

must be so intense that they're capturing

this on their first superficial scan.

DAVID MOREHOUSE: Yeah.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: It's remarkable, frighteningly so.

There's a reason she left.

It's all lining up in a really eerie fashion.

Well, this was excellent, Dr. Morehouse.

I have no way of understanding how

those sketches from the remote viewing team

could be so accurate with the phenomena

that's been reported here.

What's so striking is how that whole,

that massive anomaly seems to stretch over the entire house.

I think we know what we do next.

We know with aerial anomalies that rockets

are always one way to go at it.

Rockets, they can possibly detect the anomaly upon launch.

We could get a physical response.

And we might trigger some kind of response

afterward that we see reflected in other phenomena.

With the nighttime investigation that we've already

run, we have absolutely seen this ranch respond to efforts

to engage the phenomenon.

We saw it with the Taos hum.

It's like we started a conversation with this ranch.

I want to see if it's willing to continue that conversation

or even change the conversation.

Rockets do seem like the right tool for this.

So I think we've got a plan.

This is our hottest of hot spots on this ranch.

The actual ranch house itself where

the actual ranch owner passed.

NARRATOR: The next day, Andy, Paul, Steve, and the rocket

experts from Loc Precision meet at Taos Ranch

to fire a rocket above the house, where the owner reported

most of the strange activity from the same location, where

the team played the Taos hum tone.

No question that we started something here

that is still ongoing, whether we opened some portal

or triggered this phenomenon, something

is happening here that was not happening

before we played the tone.

This ranch house is the reason we came here.

This rocket is our chance to see what data,

we can actually collect about the ranch house, the area

above the ranch house, and the relationship

between that anomaly and whatever was discovered

by the remote viewing team.

conducted a rocket test near the triangle that seemed to elicit

the appearance of a UAP that looked like it

disappeared into the mesa.

at Skinwalker Ranch.

My hair in my arms would just stand up.

And it was weird.

He picks up on these energies.

But to hear him say that this place feels exactly

like Skinwalker, when we know it's

similar to Skinwalker in so many other ways,

was, frankly, a little worrisome.

even though we have the rocket with the GPS beacon

What I'm wondering right now, if we did punch

through the heart of the anomaly over the house,

I wonder if the anomaly picked up the frequency

of the GPS tracker.

And now, it's mirroring that frequency.

If you were trying to communicate,

that is exactly how you would communicate.

You would mirror back, whatever the person trying to communicate

with you was doing.

That's my hypothesis.

What else could have caused this?

All I know is that this GPS unit is tuned to this very

specific frequency.

At the moment of launch, it was pointing at that rocket.

Now, it is pointing at that house consistently.

There's no power in the house.

It's been abandoned for months and months.

How is it transmitting anything?

What we're seeing shouldn't be possible.

There shouldn't be a signal in this house, when the only

recorded, documented receiver is sitting

out there laying on the ground.

Where is it directing us?

Directing us 170 degrees behind at 12 feet.

It's something communicating with us.

It drew us right to this door.

This door is what it drew us to.

I put the rocket down so--

The whole time we were marching back here, there

was only one direction, only one location.

And it was rock solid.

We've started some kind of communication.

The question is, what is it trying to say?

I feel like we have amazing data.

I want to see what the rocket has to tell us.

And we've got to put all this together and take

this to the Skinwalker team. - Yeah.

Guys, I'm really interested to hear more details about Taos.

So let's see what you got.

We got lots of really interesting data,

and some, frankly, unforgettable experiences.

There's some really disturbing stories.

The woman, who we're calling Melinda to protect her identity,

wants nothing to do with this place.

She literally described it as running for her life.

And what we found was some really compelling and strange

data that seems to confirm it.

Absolutely.

So one of the first things we wanted to do

was start projecting a tone into the atmosphere

to see if we could measure some change

when we replicated what we thought might be the Taos hum.

We decided to focus in on 55 hertz

because that was a specific frequency zone that Steve

Priola, the MUFON investigator, had measured

in his own investigation.

OK.

ANDY BUSTAMANTE: This experiment, we set up right

in front of the ranch house, where they claim to be

abducted right from their room.

So after launching the 55 hertz tone,

we started seeing a change from baseline.

That's not us.

And you can see the energy changes.

So this didn't start until after we

turned on the tone generator.

You see this at 1.633 gigahertz?

Yes, sir.

And how long did it last after?

Once it started, it just didn't stop, even

after we turned off the tone.

Really?

Where is it all coming from?

Look at this.

Whoa.

That's really odd.

I don't know what that is, but it's interesting

that it seems to be triggered by playing that particular tone.

And Travis and I are always cautioning one another.

We say it that way, seems to be triggered.

All we can really say is it's correlative.

Yeah.

We can't prove causation here, but we

can say, well, it wasn't there until we

turned the other thing on.

It's got to mean something.

Well, what?

I'm not sure yet.

Coming out of our night investigation,

we felt confident that we had identified

some measurable activity in the RF spectrum.

So because we knew we were hunting for portals,

we decided to call on the Loc Precision team.

And we gave them a very clear idea

of what we were trying to accomplish

and what we were looking for.

OK.

So here is the rocket launch from right

in front of the ranch house.

Once we recovered the rocket, even with the GPS tracker

right next to it, the tracker is pointing back toward the house.

Keep in mind what you got is a GPS on the rocket.

It also has a little RF transmitter.

And it's sending a signal with the data.

And then it's telling you, OK, that signal

is coming from over there.

That's right.

So both the GPS and the RF signal

were saying they were coming from the house.

And not just coming from the house once or twice,

consistently from the time that we retrieved the rocket.

Even as we covered ground heading and distance

would accurately change to point us back towards not just

the house, but the front door.

What?

It's pointing right at it.

But look where the head is.

Yeah.

You can see right at the house.

The rocket is here.

What in the hell?

It wouldn't be sending--

see, that is sending a specific data package.

Yes.

That's something has to literally take the signal

and reroute it and make the signal look like it's

coming from the house.

Or you've got another transmitter over there.

The house is depowered.

The electricity is not on.

We haven't been in the house aside

from the initial investigation.

We didn't leave anything in the house.

And upon retrieval of the rocket,

the signal was coming from the house.

What?

We've surmised that something's taking

our signals, and sometimes even our voices

and repeating them back to us.

We had that happen several times this summer.

We've actually had times where we

thought our mic packs were being copied and then rebroadcast.

What is that?

What the heck?

Why is that picking us up?

It's picking this all up.

That's not unlike what you have happening here.

So there's becoming a precedent being set here

that at these weird places, our RF

spectrum that we are broadcasting

is being cloned and rebroadcast.

The whole sequence of events in your work

here at this location, it sounds like you're coming in

and then you started a conversation.

That's a creative interpretation of it.

But you played some sounds, right?

So you're broadcasting signals, and then you

start ramping up the activity with your experiments.

And then things seem to just get stranger and stranger.

It felt like we went over a tripwire of some sort

and opened a door using the Taos hum frequency.

That's when it all really started, especially as we went

through the process with the remote viewers carrying out

the rocket experiment, it felt like the ranch was trying

to beckon us into the house.

And so the big question is, what

is in that house that cloned that signal so that you

guys could detect it like that?

It's pretty bizarre.

I've only ever seen that one other place.

And that's here in Skinwalker Ranch.

How did this end?

Did the signal Stop or did you just leave?

We left.

We just left.

So as far as you know, it never stopped.

Correct.

That's right.

It felt so good to leave that house, go back to the hotel,

pack our bags, and then get the hell out of Taos.

Yeah, honestly.

We're excited for you to go to this place.

Well, it's interesting that you say,

there have been times here where we've

all said that we're ready to just

pack up and get out of here.

So there is a dark psychological aspect to this kind of work.

It seems like you guys felt it. - Yeah.
