Peace.

It's in the top 10!

So fast.

Not bad.

(Trivial Matters on Ordinary Heroes)

(Trivial Matters on Ordinary Heroes) It's trending on top now!

Amazing!

Amazing!

Congratulations.

I didn't expect this old topic

to be so interesting

after what you did to it.

Xu Lai, amazing.

Good job.

Thank you, Chief.

Breaking news!

Look!

(Discipline)

Xu Lai's firefighting report went viral.

Show me!

She made us look so cool.

The people on the internet

stopped scolding us.

They are praising us now.

Let me show you.

See?

(Trivial Matters on Ordinary Heroes)

To be honest,

I feel embarrassed watching it.

My mom called me today.

She said every relative of mine

praised me.

Any shots of me?

Any shots of me?

All of you are inside.

You don't say.

This news report

shows the true lives

of firefighters.

After watching it,

I feel a little touched.

Enough!

Forget it.

This news report

is good

but it cannot make up

for her previous mistake.

We won't allow her to use this

to cover up for what she did.

Yes! Squad Leader is right!

Squad Leader is right!

Let's go!

Dismissed!

Get to work.

It's time to work.

Let's go.

Let's go.

Clean that spot.

Sure, Captain Jin.

Captain Jin, take a look.

There are so many parts about you.

You look so cool.

The people are praising you excitedly

on the internet.

All the comments

are calling you

the People's Boyfriend.

Look.

I'm not interested.

Captain Jin, don't be such a party pooper.

Xu Lai

spent a lot of effort on this.

She reported about you winning

the National Firefighting competition

back then.

There was also

the time when you first participated

in the earthquake rescue.

Look.

It's all here.

Here.

Cool, right?

She even reported this.

Cool, right?

(How did she know about)

(my rescue from ten years ago?)

What is it?

Yes.

Something important.

I am Xu Lai.

Since you forgot about me,

let's know each other

once again.

Were there any memorable people

among the ones you rescued?

Are you busy, Captain Jin?

Commissioner Wen wants to see you.

Sure.

A blind date?

Yes.

A blind date.

Thanks for your kindness.

I have no intention to date someone now.

Do you know I'm being kind?

You are not young anymore

but you are still single.

Shichuan. Look.

Your grandfather was my superior.

Since he put you in my care,

we are a family.

Right?

Since we are a family,

I can't see you

being single for so long.

That is why

I asked my old teammate

to introduce a girl to you.

I saw it.

She's not bad.

This is the girl's information.

Take a look.

Commissioner.

Forget it. This won't do.

All right.

Looking at it from another angle,

am I your superior?

If your superior asks you to go

and you refuse,

are you trying to embarrass me?

Well,

I will

give you an order today.

You must complete this mission.

(Commissioner)

(Firefighters are so cool.)

(They give a sense of security.)

(I think the captain)

(looks like my next boyfriend.)

(The captain is mine!)

(I'll go to the brigade tomorrow.)

Who do you think you are

trying to snatch my man?

(Captain Jin Shichuan)

(is already taken.)

(He has been reserved)

(by the cutest, prettiest,)

(and most charming girl)

(in the galaxy.)

(A warm reminder.)

(Don't disturb them when they are working.)

(Captain Jin.)

(Have you seen)

(the special report I wrote?)

Hello.

Is Captain Jin around?

(You are Xu Lai, right?)

(He went on a blind date.)

A blind date?

Hello.

I'm here to send a message on behalf of the captain.

Hello.

I'm here to send a message on behalf of the captain.

He said he's not interested

in dating,

so he is not thinking of getting married.

Let's not

waste each other's time.

Who is so unlucky to go

on a blind date with the captain?

This is her information.

Look at the picture

so you can recognize her.

Are you sure you won't open it?

No. I'm not interested.

Remember what I said.

I promise.

She's quite pretty.

What a pity.

It's you, right?

Here for the blind date?

Didn't you read the information?

No. I'm not interested.

Never mind.

I'm here to send a message...

I don't have time to talk to you.

This blind date

is arranged by my superior.

I'm just here to show my face.

No...

I'm not interested

and have no intention

of dating or marrying.

Let's not

waste each other's time.

I still have an operation so I'll be leaving.

Aren't those my lines?

- Zhou? - Get the water.

Give him a drink.

Are you all right?

Zhou!

Move!

Pour him some water.

Don't pat his back.

Move. Give him some space.

What's wrong?

Are you choking?

Cough.

Cough hard.

Harder.

You can't cough it out, right?

Get up.

You'll be fine.

Relax.

Spread your legs. Lean forward.

Hold him.

Slowly.

Thank you.

Relax.

Hello.

I'm at Gaoyang Road's Dream Restaurant.

Someone passed out here.

Don't hold your throat.

Relax.

I'll get the doctor to talk to you.

The patient has breathing difficulties.

My initial diagnosis

is airway obstruction.

When will help be arriving?

Hurry up.

Give me the alcohol.

Lift his head.

Lift his neck too.

Breathe slowly.

Breathe slowly now.

Hurry up.

Over there.

It's airway obstruction.

I already did

an emergency airway puncture.

All right.

I heard there's a famous host

giving a speech in the hall downstairs.

Is it Ms. Bai who just got

the News Award?

Yes. It's her.

Let's go.

Hurry! Let's go.

Hurry!

(Doing everything to maximize profits.) (It still exists in the current market.)

(I'm not saying Tengda's detergent company...)

Lu Fangqi.

You scared me.

Why are you here?

You are shocked.

What was on your mind?

It's all Captain Jin's fault

for asking me to go on his blind date.

I just saw the cruel scene

and haven't snapped out of it yet.

You went on the blind date in his place?

Yes.

No.

To be exact, I went to help him reject

his date.

I'm telling you.

That person

was so weird.

Without blinking,

she...

He didn't go on the blind date

and even rejected the person.

No.

Are you listening?

Why are you laughing?

I'm busy.

Let's talk later.

Before entering the scene of a fire,

you need to check

your distress signal unit's condition.

Make sure it is switched on.

If you are stationary

at the scene of the fire

for 30 seconds,

the alarm of the unit

will go off

and tell your teammates that you are in danger.

This thing

can definitely save your life.

I'm sure

I don't need to say more about its importance.

Dismissed.

- Yes! - Yes!

Didn't I tell you

not to come here again after the interview?

The interview isn't over yet.

I still have a question.

I won't answer any questions of yours.

Do you want to date me?

Are you nervous?

It seems like

you are still a normal man.

Jin Shichuan!

Do you want to date me?

No!

Can you tell me the reason?

Regardless,

I still won't give up.

I will work hard

until I can pursue you.

It's no use no matter how hard you work.

I will never consider

about love.

Not in the past

and not in the future.

I will ignore

what you said just now.

What are you all doing?

Go to training.

- Yes! - Yes!

I can't believe it.

Xu Lai's target

has always been our captain.

I think

Ms. Xu is a nice person.

She's a match with Captain Jin.

Forget it.

Captain Jin said

he won't date or marry.

That's not necessary.

Let me tell you.

I'm an expert

in love.

Love is all about

taming someone.

It depends on who can tame whom.

Just like the cats.

When we first came here,

they were wild.

Look at them now.

Right?

So, Captain Jin

is just like a cat.

Xu Lai

is the person who tames him.

Since Captain Jin

already said that,

I don't think Xu Lai will succeed.

Yes.

Captain Jin

rejected her

in front of everyone.

She must be so ashamed.

Perhaps she's crying somewhere.

Right?

Xu Lai is so pitiful.

Han Fang.

Hello.

We must celebrate today.

Excuse me.

A set of bombs!

Didn't you say you got rejected

on the phone?

Why are you so happy?

Isn't that normal?

However, I gained something unexpected

after my confession.

What is it?

He said he won't consider dating or marrying someone.

How is that a gain?

Doesn't that stop you

from making progress?

Are you stupid?

If he won't consider dating or marrying someone,

it means I don't have a chance

and it's also the same

for other women.

In other words,

this is

a battlefield without rivals.

Thank you.

My only rival

is Jin Shichuan.

I'm impressed.

Your logic

is indeed different from other women.

It's so late.

(Qin Ye)

Hello, Chief.

Xu Lai!

What's wrong with you?

Why did you use our official Weibo account

to like the exposure post of Tengda?

They are coming to our station

to hold us responsible.

What Tengda exposure post?

I didn't like any posts.

(Come back immediately.)

I'll come back soon.

I'm going back to the station.

What's going on?

Do you need any help?

No. I can handle it.

(Contract Termination Notice)

This is the lawyer's letter from Tengda.

We don't know whether the company

under Tengda is involved

in illegal manufacturing.

However,

your accidental doing

made Tengda think we affected

their reputation,

so they want us to compensate them for their loss.

I didn't...

Chief.

I really...

Ms. Lv, why don't I

ask Xu Lai

to apologize to Tengda

and get them to forgive us,

all right?

It's not about

Tengda holding us accountable.

Before something is verified,

the TV station

must be neutral.

At this time,

any reckless actions

will be misread

by the outside world,

let alone having objective judgement.

This mess right now

will affect the station's

credibility and image.

Ms. Lv,

it really wasn't me.

Before this,

I didn't even know there is something wrong with Tengda.

Since you are handling the account,

who else did it if you didn't?

But I...

Enough!

Ms. Lv,

can I take a picture?

That's...

I'm sure Xu Lai

has her own reason for doing that.

All right. Go out.

Yes.

Chief,

you must believe me.

I really didn't like the post.

I believe you

but now is not the time to explain.

The most important thing is to think of a way

to reduce the negative impacts

and cut the station's loss.

It's late.

Go back to rest.

I will think about

how to handle this incident.

Go back.

Why have

Tengda's stocks dropped so much

over the last few days?

Recently, Tengda was exposed

for illegal manufacturing.

They did PR

to suppress the news.

But recently

the official Weibo of Huaigang TV

liked an exposure post

which attracted

public attention

and ruined the company's image.

Sales

have also dropped significantly.

That is why

Tengda's stocks have been plummeting over the last few days.

Inform the director of every department

to have a meeting

at the meeting room 10 minutes later.

Sure. I'll arrange it immediately.

Sit down.

The outside world

is looking at Tengda badly.

Many investors are asking to pull out of their investments.

There are even calls to boycott Tengda's products

on the internet.

I think

it's time to reconsider

our partnership with Tengda.

I don't think that's necessary.

This is only temporary.

Memory on the internet is short.

When the hype is over,

people will forget about the scandal

and keep buying Tengda's products.

Yes.

Tengda is our old client.

Terminating the contract

will cause losses.

The loss you speak about

is only for now.

I'm considering our future.

A company's image

is used to judge

an enterprise's future development.

Once it is damaged,

it will be hard to build it again within a short time.

Yunkai,

as a large group,

is involved in many industries.

We need to look at the big picture

when we choose our partners.

Being near-sighted doesn't help.

Legal department,

prepare the contract termination materials.

Get ready to sue Tengda

and end our partnership.

Yes, Mr. Huo.

Good.

That's all for today's meeting.

Huo.

What's wrong?

I want to talk to you about

the TV station that liked the post.

Is it related to you?

It's not related to me.

But do you know

who did that?

Who was it?

Xu Lai.

I will

deal with this matter strictly.

Liking the post is our employee's personal action.

However,

we will pay attention to

the post's content.

If necessary, we will investigate it further.

Yes. I understand.

Come in.

It's been a long time, Ms. Lv.

Mr. Huo.

Hello.

Sorry.

I came here to disturb you

without informing you.

That's too polite.

You are our esteemed guest.

Please take a seat.

Why are you so free to come here?

I came here

to ask you for a favor.

What is it? Tell me.

I have a friend

working in the news department.

Her name is Xu Lai.

Xu Lai?

I heard she made a mistake

on her job

and might be punished.

I'm worried, Ms. Lv.

Do you think

you can forgive her

regarding this

for my sake?

Mr. Huo, this does

trouble me.

That's because

the Tengda incident happened

because Xu Lai didn't investigate it

and liked the post on behalf of the TV station

without approval,

and affected the station's

media credibility.

The truth is more important.

We must

reduce the negative impacts as much as possible.

I heard

the TV station will soon have a bid to find investors.

I like

the way you do news.

Yunkai also has plans

to have a business partnership with the TV station.

Yunkai

will join the bid

to become a primetime sponsor.

That's too polite of you

to come here specifically for this.

(Deputy President's Office)

Mr. Huo.

You joined the sponsor bid

to help Xu Lai, right?

I don't know

your relationship with Xu Lai

but she is my subordinate.

I am in charge of her when it comes to work.

It's hard for me to explain to other colleagues

if you do that.

To the people

who did not make mistakes,

it is unfair.

It's funny

when the word fairness

came out of your mouth.

You come and question me

impatiently,

and are anxious that the issue doesn't become a big deal.

Why is that?

I can't bear to see it.

I think you are reluctant to admit defeat.

Let me give you a reminder.

Don't offend Xu Lai.

You can't afford to offend her.

Try it if you don't believe me.

(Tengda Official Website)

Hello.

I'm a reporter from Huaigang TV,

Xu...

Hello?

(Huo Yanzong)

Hello, Huo.

I'm busy.

You are downstairs?

All right. I'm coming down now.

(Huaigang TV Station)

Why are you here?

I passed by

so I came to see you.

I thought it was something important.

Why?

Can't I visit you for no reason?

No.

I'm busy at work recently

and can't leave.

If you

have trouble at work

and need help,

remember to tell me.

Don't shoulder everything yourself.

Why would I get in trouble?

Don't worry.

I'm going upstairs.

I still have work to do.

Why don't I take you to eat something?

I said I'm busy!

Why don't we

get Han Fang to eat with us

when I'm done with my work?

Sure. Go on.

I heard you went

to Huaigang TV Station today.

You are planning

to join the primetime sponsor bid to help Xu Lai.

This reckless act

comes at a heavy price.

I think it's worth it.

Does Xu Lai know about it?

Should I praise you for being affectionate

or scold you for being foolish?

You did so much

but she doesn't even know anything.

She doesn't need to know.

I don't want her to be burdened.

As long as she is safe and happy.

I don't get it. Why?

I couldn't be by her side

during that earthquake ten years ago.

I almost

lost her forever.

I swore back then

to be by her side

as long as

she needs help

no matter when it is.

Regardless of the price I have to pay,

I will protect her.

That earthquake

did change

both of your lives.

Peace.

(Receiver: Jin Shichuan)

(I'm busy recently)

(and didn't contact you.)

(How are you?)

It's 11 p.m. now.

I'm sure he's already asleep.

Forget it.

What's going on?

She's so young

and she's trying to commit suicide.

What's wrong?

I heard her boyfriend

wants to break up with her.

This girl is angry

and wants to commit suicide.

They came out.

She's fine!

(Fire Escape) Don't worry.

The medical staff

will take you to the hospital for an examination.

You'll be fine.

Be positive.

Everything can be overcome in life.

It'll be fine.

Pack up and return to the brigade!

- Yes! - Yes!

People nowadays

are too weak.

They think about committing suicide

after facing a minor setback.

Women are more emotional than men.

They prioritize relationships.

Once there's a setback,

they crumble easily.

It's all thanks to

Captain Jin's quick reaction.

At a key moment,

he rescued her.

Ms. Xu was rejected

by Captain Jin that day.

Do you think

she will commit suicide?

Forget it.

Xu Lai

is so shameless...

That's not necessary.

A girl confessed in public

and got rejected afterwards.

It might become

a scene of an accident.

(To Xu Lai: Are you all right?)

(Are you all right?)

Hurry up!

(HGTV)

Have you heard?

Tengda's issue has been dealt with

and Xu Lai doesn't need to bear any responsibilities.

Really?

How do you know?

Jiang Xin heard about it from Ms. Lv.

How can it be fake?

Do you know why?

Why?

Because Yunkai Group is going to join

the bid to become the station's primetime sponsor.

Yunkai Group?

What does it have to do with Xu Lai?

Yes.

Of course, it does.

The boss of Yunkai Group, Huo Yanzong,

is Xu Lai's support.

Two days ago,

Huo Yanzong even came

to look for Ms. Lv because of this.

I envy her.

She made

such a huge blunder

and still has someone to help her.

Are you all free?

It's all your fault.

Xu Lai, why are you here?

Come. Sit here.

Do you want a drink?

No.

Huo.

Is Yunkai

discussing a partnership with the station

so I don't need to take responsibility for Tengda?

Who told you that?

Just answer me.

Don't misunderstand.

I went to Ms. Lv

because I wanted

to discuss the group's development this year.

I didn't do it

because of you.

Why did it

happen at this time coincidentally?

Huo, you know me.

I don't want

any interests

to be involved in a friendship.

Even if we are buddies,

I don't want to owe you anything.

I don't want to accept

this kind of help.

I only think

this is hitting two birds with one stone.

You know I'm a businessman.

A businessman doesn't make a losing proposition.

Why won't you believe me?

It's not that I don't believe you.

I just want

to deal with this on my own.

I already

know how to solve it.

How?

I've already studied

the article

on Tengda's manufacturing problem.

Although I don't have proof,

I think

the article wasn't made up.

If Tengda does have

manufacturing issues,

the TV station is not at fault.

I want to use this opportunity

to investigate it.

You must be careful.

If you need any help,

come find me anytime.

Don't worry.

I will deal with it well.

All right.

I respect your decision.

That's great.

I'll be leaving then.

Let me send you off.

No need.

(Tengda Chemicals)

What is this?

It's so pungent.

You must be new.

It might be pungent now.

When it is sent to the production line

and fragrance is added,

it won't smell bad at all.

If you mix it like this,

won't there be any problems?

Don't worry. It'll be fine.

We always do it this way.

But the worker who came in with me

had allergies after using it.

The internet also says

there's a problem.

Didn't Tengda acquire

our company?

Don't they care about this?

With the support of a big company

like Tengda,

what's there to be afraid of?

Besides, our products

are packaged with

Tengda's brand.

You are right.

Why do you have so many questions?

Which workshop are you from?

(Workshop 1)

I'm from Workshop 2.

I'm getting to my shift.

Go on.

If you are late,

the supervisor will deduct your salary.

Why are there so many

dangerous chemicals illegally stored in the factory?

They are even charging batteries here.

Hello? 12345?

I want to make a report.

I found a lot of

illegally stored dangerous chemicals

at a workshop

of a detergent company that is a subsidiary

of Tengda.

It's her!

I'm sure she recorded something!

What are you doing?

Who are you calling?

After her!

(We received a public report)

(that Tengda chemical factory's workshop)

(has a lot of illegally stored dangerous chemicals)

(that block off emergency escape routes)

(and cause a serious safety hazard.)

(Emergency Response Unit Brigade 1,)

(please verify the situation.)

(Yes.)

(Fire Engine 1 is heading to the factory.)

(The other vehicles, return to the brigade.)

(- Yes! - Yes!)

Stop!

- Stop! - Quick!

Don't run!

Stop!

Stop!

Don't run!

Over there!

- Don't run! - Over there!

(Tengda Chemicals)

Turn on your headlamps.

Isn't that Xu Lai?

Why is she here?

I'll go take a look

while all of you verify the area.

Don't run!

Xu Lai, don't be reckless!

I dare you to run!

I'm the captain

of Huaigang's Fire Department Emergency Response Unit Brigade 1,

Jin Shichuan.

We received a public report

that this factory

has the safety hazard.

Please

allow us to examine the safety of this place.

A fake female worker

and a fake firefighter.

This act

is so real.

Please accept the safety examination.

I don't believe it!

Both of you are working together.

Liars like you

use every method you can.

If you don't hand over

the video today,

don't even think of leaving!

Jin Shichuan!

It hurts!

Go!

Are you all right?

It hurts!

Here you go.

Thank you.

Go!

Hurry!

Are you hurt?

Get on.

Am I dreaming?

Don't move.

Let me wipe for you.

I wish this staircase

is longer.

Captain Jin.

Make way.

This progress

is too fast.

(Fire Department)

When did you see

Captain Jin act this way?

Captain Jin

has been unknowingly

consumed by our enemy.

This is dangerous if it continues.

Captain Jin.

We have counted

all the illegal items.

Sir,

I guarantee to place everything

correctly from now on.

Illegal stacking

and the lack of standardized storage.

Yes.

All of these

are safety hazards.

Yes.

The Fire Prevention Department

will be here later

to deal with the remaining procedures.

Return to the brigade.

Yes.

Why did you come out

and not stay inside?

I'm here to thank you.

Thank you for saving me again.

You are the person

can you think about

your own safety before doing things?

You run around every time.

Is that how

No.

I just don't want

Also, why didn't you text me

when you are in danger?

Who am I to you?

Why would I dare text you?

You didn't even
