'cause tonight's the night of the Great Bedtime Race!

To win, racers will have to drive on a special racetrack

all across Bedtime Land

into a pillow fort cave,

over a bubble bath bay,

and through a forest of bedtime bears.

And whoever makes it to the finish line first

will win the grand prize,

the Night-light Trophy!

The Great Bedtime Race looks so cool.

- Hey, AJ, I've got an idea.

Why don't we put on some PJs and join the race, too?

When springs get pressed down, they store up potential energy.

And when that energy gets released, things get bouncy.

- Come on, let's get building.

First, we need a bed frame.

It holds the mattress that you sleep on.

Now let's add the padding to make the bed nice and soft.

Now we just need the springs to make our bed really bouncy.
