relationship official after

patching up his relationship
with his family.

Dakota is now a proud
ambassador of the LGBT Center

in Oakland, California.

James followed suit and helped
Dakota spread the word of

positive intent in
same-sex relationships.

Dakota and James have landed
a spot in the LGBT magazine of

the year as the most
influential couple.

family's secrets, she thought
to herself to start a retreat

to help other families navigate
how to deal with the ugly

truths of family secrets.

happy than what she could ever
