asking me to be at her show in Miami.

Uh, no, I was real crushed.

Believe me, guys, I was so crushed.

I can't get that back.

And when I got to Miami,

I sung one song.

You called me from something that was important for me?

You could have had me come the next day.

I needed to be where I was supposed to have been,

to get my award.

That was one of my days.

It's almost like my son's graduation,

and none of my family showed up.

I did many of my shows by myself.

My sisters, they ain't never showed up.

My album been out, what, a year?

It's crazy.

I was very angry. I was so pissed.

I was so-- I was freakin' crying that whole damn day

when they called me in to miss my moment.
