Welcome to The Explainer. Let's talk about why you might be doing everything
right and still feel exhausted.
You eat well, you exercise, but something just feels off. Sound
Well, what if the problem isn't your willpower at all, but just your timing?
See, the real issue might not be what you're doing, but when you're doing it.
This brings us to chronobiology. It's the science that proves timing really is
everything for our health.
Deep inside your brain, there's a master clock that's running a hidden schedule
for, well, everything.
Our bodies are literally designed to do specific things at very specific times
of the day.
And when our lifestyle fights that internal clock, yeah, we really feel the
effects.
Okay, so how do we get back in sync? It comes down to three golden rules.
First up, try eating your biggest meal at midday.
That's when your digestion is strongest.
Number two, catch the 10 .30 p .m. sleep bus.
If you miss it, your body gets a second wind.
And three, move your body in the morning. This can jumpstart your
the whole day.
The goal here isn't to force anything.
It's about flowing with what your body already wants to do.
Your body is talking all the time. The real question is, are you actually
listening?
You don't need any fancy gadgets. Just take a few moments to check in and pay
attention. Because the most powerful change you can make is to simply
what your body is telling you.
So what's one small change you can make today to start living in sync with your
body?
Can't find what you're looking for?
