searched through the rubble

of one of the burned buildings
on the property

and found the remains
of a child.

The child's identity

has not been determined
at this time.

The suspect in this murder
and arson

has been identified
as James Lee DiMaggio,

the 40-year-old owner
of the residence.

Upon an extensive search
of the property,

bomb and arson
investigators

located a number
of explosives,

apparently homemade
by DiMaggio,

that had been set up to 24 hours
prior to detonation.

The location
of Ms. Anderson's children,

16-year-old Hannah Anderson...

and 8-year-old
Ethan Anderson,

is unknown.

It is believed that one
or both of the children

have been abducted
by DiMaggio,
