Original subtitles

The flames of anger will breakthrough the cage of destiny

But I will be reborn from the flame

How can serpent and sparrow devour the true dragon

Against all odds, not trusting in fate

Path of revenge, battle of destiny

Against the roaring wild wind, to the heaven I smile

Fearless of the rising tides, my battle spirit boils

Shedding blood in the face of adversity

Promising my life to protect this realm

One stroke to wield the heaven, one hand to rule the world

The journey home is the precarious balance of fate

I breath in the earth and sea, I can swallow the heavens and nine plains

This battle, peace to the world

I breath in the earth and sea, I can swallow the heavens and nine plains

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] Mother,

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] you already said those words a hundred times.

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] Don't worry,

[Huang Subs] I'll take good care of myself.

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] How can I not worry?

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] Yao Yao,

[Huang Subs] it's good you're going on a trip to relax,

[Huang Subs] but watch over Yuan'er for me.

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] Lu Tie Shan.

[Huang Subs] Here.

[Huang Subs] You must escort Yuan'er safely to Cang Lan County.

You must escort Yuan'er safely to Cang Lan County.

Worry not, Your Majesty.

If anything happens to His Highness,

I will hand over my head.

Father,

mother,

I'll be going.

Your Highness,

Your Highness,

wait for me!

You Wei?

My King,

my Queen,

this trip won't be safe for His Highness,

please let me go with him.

Alright, You Wei.

You guys can look after each other on the trip.

Yes, my Queen.

Let's go.

This trip is really boring,

I wonder how long it'll be, before we reach Cang Lan County.

Since you're bored,

you divine soul just reached Hollow Realm,

practice this second-grade Golden Ape Mountain Heave Glyph.

It can greatly increase

your physical strength in a short time.

This Yuan Glyph is really complicated,

it probably won't be easy.

Okay, okay, okay,

I'll do it.

What are you laughing at?

You have to cultivate too.

Imperial family's low-grade Xuan Yuan Technique, Heavenly Snare Palm.

Your Highness,

this is too much.

Just take it,

you're almost at the Qi Nourishing Realm,

you should have a good Yuan technique.

And besides,

not like we're going on a fun trip.

Rest assured Your Highness,

I will quickly learn this.

We'll handle whatever comes next,

and cultivate together.

I have to learn the mid-grade Xuan Yuan technique

Conqueror's Seal, which my father gave me.

Stop chasing.

I just took a nap, that's all!

I'll keep practicing!

Her eight meridians are opening,

she's forming the Qi Core.

Once Qi Core is formed,

her meridians will be completely connected,

then she'll be at the Qi Nourishing Realm.

I heard Qi Core has four levels, depends on the color.

The higher the level the more Qi it can contain.

For the average people,

they can only form the colorless Qi Core.

Those with amazing talents

can open azure colored second level Qi Core, like You Wei.

It turned into violet colored Qi Core,

I didn't expect You Wei to be so talented.

Is this the Qi Nourishing Realm?

Such powerful pressure.

You Wei,

congratulations, you stepped into the Qi Nourishing Realm.

And you formed a third level Qi Core!

But

for some reason my Qi Core

is split into two.

Let me take a look.

Sister Yao Yao,

what's going on with You Wei?

Your Qi Core is very special,

should be the legendary

Yin Yang Qi Core.

Yin Yang Qi Core?

You have the Ying-Yang Genesis Root,

it's a natural gift found in very few.

And it is also because of it

you're able to form the Ying-Yang Qi Core.

Sister Yao Yao,

is Ying-Yang Qi Core good or bad?

Ying-Yang Qi Core

is equivalent to having two different Qi Core,

you can cultivate two different techniques at the same time.

But

you have to cultivate techniques that are similar,

like Ying and Yang types.

Otherwise, you tip the balance in your body

and end up destroying your Qi Core.

Perfect,

the imperial house's Mantra of Blazing Thunder,

It's a fourth rank Yang technique.

Take this.

Your Highness,

only royalties are allowed to use that.

It's only 4th grade Yuan Energy.

I think it's grade is too low for me.

I have the Frozen Abyss' True Sutra,

it just happens to be the 4th grade Ying technique,

can produce 4th grade Frozen Abyss Yuan energy.

Thank you, Your Highness.

Thank you Sister Yao Yao.

Cultivate hard.

When you get pass the Qi Nourishing Realm,

Ying and Yang coexists,

you'll become a peerless existence in the world.

You finished the Golden Ape Mountain Heave Glyph?

Not yet, not yet,

I'll go right now!

Your Highness,

Cang Lan County city is just ahead.

We have too many people,

we have to station at the Cang Lan Army Base outside.

Then let's go to the Army Base,

it's already late.

We'll go visit General Wei tomorrow.

Yes sir.

Cang Lan County Army Base

Wei Qing Qing

Who goes there?

Lu Tie Shan, the commander of the Imperial guard.

Coming to Cang Lan County on His Majesty's orders

Commander Lu,

Wei Qing Qing, I have been patiently waiting.

So it's the daughter of General Wei T/L Note: 千金 (qiān jīn) it literally means thousand golds, but it's a term used to describe daughters as precious and with status.

The only person here is Wei Qing Qing, deputy commander of the Cang Lan Army,

there is no daughter here.

This is His Highness Zhou Yuan.

Here, Sister Yao Yao.

Be careful.

Be careful, Sister Yao Yao.

This is the loser Highness that defeated Qi Yue,

at the Great Zhou Academy's exam?

It seems His Highness is quite the ladies man.

His victory at the exam

seems pretty fishy.

Everyone please follow me.

I will help you get settled in the base.

Why is this she giving me the cold shoulder?

Wei Ting Qi Hao

Sister Qing Qing,

are these the guests from the Capital City?

This is His Highness Zhou Yuan,

these are all top brass of the Cang Lan Army.

She is my cousin, Wei Ting.

So this is

the famous Prince, His Highness Zhou Yuan?

Talking about living the life, Your Highness is traveling far,

yet, you didn't forget beautiful women.

My name is Qi Hao,

I heard that loser little brother of mine

lost an arm to your Highness.

Accidents happen,

please forgive me.

Qi Hao...

Qi Nourishing Realm - late stages.

He's punching above his station,

a lesson well deserved.

We already heard

your Highness Zhou Yuan is coming,

so we prepared a welcome banquet ahead of time.

Your Highness

must join us tonight.

Our brothers in the army can be quite blunt,

if Your Highness is absent,

it might make them think Your Highness is looking down on them.

Very well,

I'll be there.

Also,

a kind reminder to Your Highness.

Cang Lan County is near the Black Abyss

It's not news if a prince to die here,

your highness should be careful.

Then you should be even more careful.

If the death of a prince is not news,

then the death of a noble

would be even less shocking.

Your Highness,

see you tonight.

Eldest young master,

that loser Highness is here.

Steward Qi,

make sure no one sees you.

After all, father made it official,

you've been exiled thousands miles away.

Yes sir.

I secretly brought Master Ying here

to help you,

to win over Wei Cang Lan and the Fire Spirit Tassels.

Wei Cang Lan must know why that loser Highness is here,

but as long as we can cure Wei Bin,

Wei Cang Lan will chose our side.

Young Master rest assured,

Master Ying Master Ying is an expert Yuan Glyph Master in curing poison.

Master Ying is an expert Yuan Glyph Master in curing poison.

Good,

then tonight,

I will put that loser prince in his place.

Sister Yao Yao,

Your Highness has really good taste,

beautiful women with you wherever you go.

Deputy Commander Wei,

you're also a woman.

Why treat other girls like they're a trophy?

She's actually at Qi Nourishing Realm?

I apologize,

it's my mistake.

Such a talented girl,

why is she following this playboy Prince?

She's too good for him.

Your Highness Zhou Yuan,

we saw many matches with Cang Lan Army and the Imperial Guards,

who do you think is stronger out of the two?

Is she trying to shine a spot light on me?

If I admit Cang Lan Army is better,

then I'd hurt Imperial Guards morale.

If I say Imperial Guards,

then it'd disgrace the Cang Lan Army.

Then It will be harder to win them over

in the future.

I've always heard

the Imperial Guards, King Qi's Guards

and Cang Lan Army stand as the three great powers in the Great Zhou.

I never believed that,

how could the Cang Lan Army be equal to the Imperial Guards?

But

after seeing tonight's matches,

I felt that I was wrong.

The men of Cang Lan Army are mighty and heroic,

determined,

truly an army that can stand alongside the Imperial Guards.

Tonight I will take chance

to give a heartfelt thanks to

our brothers in the Cang Lan Army,

thank you all for protecting Cang Lan County all these years,

keeping the Great Zhou's borders impenetrable.

Awesome!

Your Highness is too kind!

Your Highness is too kind!

This is our duty.

Awesome!

Your Highness that was such a heartfelt speech.

I heard Your Highness single handedly turn the tides at the Academy's exam.

Our Cang Lan brothers are all curious,

would love to see a showing from Your Highness

Yeah!

Your Highness, give us a show!

Sister,

We all want to see what Your Highness is capable of!

Don't rain on the parade.

Give us a show.

His Highness is tired from the travel,

why we don't continue the matches

between Imperial Guards and Cang Lan Army?

Brothers of Cang Lan Army

is more interested in what His Highness can do.

Yeah!

Isn't that right!?

We want to see His Highness!

Your Highness.

This guy is trying to embarrass me in front of the Cang Lan Army,

so he can disgrace the Royal Family.

If Your Highness really don't want to, it's fine.

We are a bunch of brutes after all,

far beneath Your Highness.

Yeah really far beneath.

It's rare to see everyone in high spirit,

I can't be the mood killer.

Let me!

I'll be in Your Highness' care.

He is an eight meridian expert in the Cang Lan Army.

Your Highness defeated

my little brother, who used the Meridian Breaking Art,

during the academy's exam.

I'm guessing defeating him wouldn't be hard right?

If you can withstand one hit,

then it's my loss.

One hit?

He can defeat eight meridians in one hit?

Is Your Highness being serious?

Let's get to it!

Let us see Your Highness' skill!

He sure talk big.

Use this mid-grade Yuan Armament to spar with His Highness.

If you win, it's yours.

Yes sir.

Eight Meridians,

open!

This guy

is way stronger than Qi Yue.

Top-grade Yuan Technique,

Blazing Sword Slash!

That's my family's Xuan Aura Technique?

How do you feel?

What's going on?

It's over?

What happened?

What's going on?

He defeated eight meridian expert in one move,

and destroyed mid-grade Yuan Armament.

He's really strong.

So the rumors are true.

It's my pleasure.

Your Highness!

Bin'er!

Bin'er!

Someone! [Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] Yes General?

[Huang Subs] Go ask Qi Hao,

[Huang Subs] when will that Master Ying arrive!?

[Huang Subs] Yes sir!

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] If Your Highness didn't arrive late back then,

[Huang Subs]

[Huang Subs] I wouldn't have fought alone

[Huang Subs] and my son wouldn't be poisoned by miasma,

constantly suffering.

This time for Bin'er,

I have to make a choice.

If that master can save Bin'er,

Your Majesty,

I'm afraid my choice will upset you.

Cang Lan County Cang Lan County is located in the northwest of the Great Zhou border, guarded by General Wei Cang Lan. The Cang Lan Army, under his command, is one of the three most powerful forces in Great Zhou, along side the King Qi's Guards and the Royal Family's Imperial Guards.

Wind gliding embracing the vast sky, soaring across the starlit waves

Crossing thousands of miles in a leap

The brighter the light, the tougher the road, the harder it comes by

Fate falls on all, burdened with shackles

The stubborn heart can't be shackled

Looking to the sky of hope

Charging full force, this journey is not in vain

No one can decide for me

Born with courage and fearless

Unafraid of perilous road, I hold my own fate

Looking forward, never look back

A new journey with friends side by side

Don't fall short of youth, vigor, fearlessness, and courage

Turbulent winds and roaring waves

I'm riding the waves

I venture through the danger

Unfazed by pain

Even in despair, I will find new life

Spirit crossing thousand miles, singing to the heaven

A flare of brilliance in my heart

The more despair the road, the further I walk, the brighter it burns

Fate falls on all, burdened with shackles

The stubborn heart can't be shackled

Looking to the sky of hope

Charging full force, this journey is not in vain

My courage ready for the next journey
