And Yianni has just threedays to make the big cat roar.

This car belongs to a
young man called Arjun.

stripping this car down.

it's white-- we're going tobe stripping bits, well, strip

quite a few bits off of it.

Backlights, they won't comeout unless the back bumper

comes off.

So it's definitely somethingthat we've got to look into.

But the back bumper
is going to have

to come off because
it's white, and I don't

think they'll be able to tuck.

grades of sandpaper

to [inaudible] the surface,ready to be sprayed gold.

The workshop is
loaded this week.

There's a car in every
bay, and the team

The loom for this bumper
runs into the car.

and find this loom,

trace it back, unplug it.

Then I'm going to

NARRATOR: The wiring loom isa high-tech electrical system,

which runs through
the car's bodywork,

and controls everything fromthe stereo system to the lights.

First Pav needs to find,
and then disconnect it,

so the bumper can
be removed safely.

The key thing
in the, let's say,

wrapping world would
be skills, patience,

and knowing the techniques.

But on this particularly hereI'm going to use these tool.

They're very useful once youhave the right amount of vinyl

to tuck underneath the rubber.

I'm going to use the toughone, which won't bend

and this one will.

And just separate the
rubber from the car,

and work your way
through with both

of them going slightlyforward, and just the vinyl

is going to go underneath.

It's going to give
you a nice finish.

NARRATOR: But it's not longuntil the vinyl runs out.

The team can't wrap any
more of the car today.

With the place to
himself, Vasilla stays

late to spray the calipers.

A white base coat is sprayedfirst, and when it's dry,

he can apply the gold finish.

It's 8:00 AM, the team
have arrived for work,

and luckily, the new roll ofvinyl is here bang on time.

Vasilla finished the
calipers last night,

but there's still lots
of wrapping to be done

before tomorrow's deadline.

To make up for lost
time, Yianni has

asked Nico and Mark
to help out, so they

get to work on the bonnet.

It has two air vents and apower bulge which runs down

the center, so it's
not a straightforward

job for the brothers.

Meanwhile, Bert's companycar is finally here,

and Yianni decides togive him the full reveal.
