so, it's gonna look ridiculous.

It's an exciting day, today.

I am en route to Billericay
to see Glenn Tamplin.

He's actually owner ofBillericay Football Club.

He's got a fleet of
cars and he's called me

and said he wants me to wrapone of his Ferrari F12 TDFs.

They're a million pounds each.

NARRATOR: Glenn's
a busy man, who

demands a one to one service.

So, Yianni goes the extramile to collect the car.

I can't wait to see
this house as we go in.

NARRATOR: Glenn lives in an18 million pound super pad

and owns two limited
edition Ferrari TDFs.

There's another car wrappedof his, already, the Bentayga.

So I wrapped that in satinblack a little while back.

Ah!
Yianni, my man!

YIANNI: You well?
- How are you, brother?

I'm really well.
Yourself?

I'm very well, my friend.Very well.

Mate, are you serious?

They're like a million
pound each, pal.

I know.

You know what?

I wanted one, and
two came along,

and they both came along
in a red and a blue.

Home and away shirts.

It was meant to be.

So, I thought to myself,do you know what I'll do?

I'll let you wrap the blueone, see how well you do,

see if you still got
it because now you're

a bit of a big shot and I--YIANNI: [laughs]

--I don't know how
good you are anymore.

What we actually doing?

Well, I need you to wrapthis as a football shirt.

OK?

So, where my head's atis, home shirt on the front,

coming out some on the sides--
YIANNI: Yeah.

--and then maybe the
red shirt on the back.

So, this would be 3/4 bluewith a bit of red on the back.

So, you own and manageBillericay Football Club?

I do, that's right.
Yeah.

People think I'm talkingnonsense when I say this but,

I needed a sleeping giant.

So, I want to
galvanize a community--

OK?

--and then you say, well, whyyou doing for-- how is Ferraris

gonna galvanize a community?

It's this simple.

I come from nothing--from a [inaudible] state.

YIANNI: Right.

If someone had offered

in the community

to have a chance to sit ina Ferrari that's wrapped

in the club shirt
that they'll adore

and they've been
brought up with,

and it's an opportunityto have a really good time

and have their
photos taken in it.

And so, if I mess
this car up I'm

going to have a load
of kids after me.

If you mess this carup, you're going to break

thousands of kids hearts.

of it is, we still

got to get it right because thisis a car that I do care about.

Yianni has three
days to make Glenn's

unique design a reality.

This is the first TDFYianni's ever had at the shop,

but like any other
car, the first stage

is a high pressure wash.

Ready for the wrap.

So, here she is, guys!

A Ferrari F12 TDF
limited edition.

It's only one million pounds.

So, no pressure guys.

It's no pressure--

This is gorgeous, man.

Why are we touching this thing?

One of my favoritemodel Ferrari's, honestly.

Why are we wrapping this?

To be fair, I just said
that to the customer.

I was like, the
color is gorgeous.

Why are we wrapping it?

Listen, his name's Glenn.

He owns Billericay
Football Club.

He actually wants the car tobe like the football shirt

to go with his club.

So, as you can see
behind you, that

is how the car is gonna look.

So, Mike, you are gonna haveto strip this vehicle down.

But we move the
things like that.

I know it's standard.

OK.

I'm gonna try to treatthis like a normal Ferrari.

It's gonna be a two stage.

First stage is taking
the normal stuff

we usually take off--
the little handles,

indicators, stuff like that.

And then the second
phase is going

to be these more open parts.

YIANNI: But here's anotherissue that I've seen.

The carbon is part of the wing.

Is there any way we canwrap this without actually

having to take this panel off?

Well, having that
one there leaves me

with no gap to slide my handin there with the vinyl.

So, I don-- I don't thinkI'll be capable of sliding

vinyl underneath.

Even if I try to make
a joint underneath,

or anything like
that to hide it,

I don't how I'm gonna do it.

I can't really afford tohave any issues with this car.

Not just because
we're on a deadline,

but because of the
value of the vehicle.

[laughing]YIANNI: Are we up for it?

Yeah, we up for it.

Are we gonna perform?
CREW: Of course.

Are we going to
deliver for my customer?

- Don't we always?
- 100%?

CREW: Always 100%.
- All right.

It's on you lot.

Yeah, Coach.

NARRATOR: Vas will
be wrapping the car

and gets to grips
with the design.

The digital print vinyl has justarrived and must be checked.

Make sure they're all there.

Yeah.
It's fine.

Yeah, no worries.

I can give you a hand with that.

What I want to do,
now, just open them,

check the print quality,
any damage in the vinyl,

or anything like that.

Make sure they're all there.

Yeah.

NARRATOR: If damage appearsover a key part of the design

then it's game over.

The digital print would
have to be reordered.

Bit of damage on the
top is off the line,

so, we're not gonna
use the whole thing.

NARRATOR: Luckily, this damageis on the edge of the vinyl.

Vas thinks he can
work around it.

- We can use this side.
- OK.

OK.

Lovely.

And there's nothing--

Nothing in the middle.

OK, so this bottom layer hasn'tgot anything on it at all?

VASILE: No.
This is fine.

You're sure?

Yeah.

NARRATOR: No other
damage is found

and the wrap can kick off.

The wrappers start by
positioning the shirt

design across the bonnet.

It comes in two pieces,
which must match up.

Uh, so, I just
laid the first panel

and I can already
see a slight problem.

They've used, uh,
F12 blue paint, which

is that picture over there.

It's not this car,
it's a similar one.

NARRATOR: Glenn's Ferrari islike the one in the drawing,

but there are significantdifferences across the bonnet,

meaning the shirt
looks the wrong size.

Branding says everything,so you can't just

cut it off, or try
to stretch the vinyl,

or anything like that.

NARRATOR: With only
one copy of the print,

the team try and make it work.

The vinyl can only
be laid once, so they

need to nail it first time.

That's the best we can do.

We lined up, like, 90% of it.

I think it looks good.

NARRATOR: As everyone elseheads home for the night,

Bert and Yianni go intoextra time in the office.

Bert, how's the--

how's the F12 coming over?

The F12?

Obviously, being digital printcan be a little bit tough.

F12 TDF, though.

Oh, amazing.

Not just any digital print.

He's going football club
colors and everything,

so, he's gonna split opinionwith it, either way, isn't he?

Yeah.

That's where it
all started for me.

Yeah.
With the old, uh--

with your, with your boy back.

I'll never forget, he
was the first football

player that I done and then--

And then just
all steamrollered

through the workshop
ever since, didn't they?

Pretty much, at one state Iwould watch a football match

and I'd be like, yeah,
I done that player.

I done that player.

So, you had like, Sagna,
Theo Walcott, Aguero,

and then, obviously, Chelsea.

We had Drogba.

I seem to remember we, we dida job for John Terry, was it?

Maybe.

Yeah.

And someone had blonde hair.

Looked a little bit likeEminem, but a cheaper version.

YIANNI: Creep version.

B-take Eminem.

BERT: B-take Eminem.

Transfer season's our
favorite, isn't it?

Do you know what, the
transfers are looking,

like, OK, where's
that player going?

Please tell me he's
coming to London.

Yeah, exactly.

But, yeah.

Long may it continue.

All about the footballers.

NARRATOR: The football designhas huge panels of vinyl

which must go on in one piece.

Cutting them would
leave unsightly joins.

So, the car must be
completely stripped,

including the wing mirrors.

So, this screw has just lostit's shape, so, everything

that I'm putting in there at themoment is just spinning around.

NARRATOR: Mike can't get anyperches on the screw head,

but unless he can
remove this one screw,

the wrap can't carry on.

YIANNI: How you getting on?

It was going well, as
it always does, and then

suddenly, a little problem.

Now, Ferrari hasovertightened these screws.

- Ferrari--
- I'm blaming--

--overtightened?

--Ferrari, because no oneelse has touched his car.

OK.

I've managed to loosenthese two screws off, here.

It's three screws that hold on.

It started spinning.

I could take a littlehammer to it and just tap--

No, Mike, just--

No, smooth it down.

I'm going to have to get
something and just tap.

It's not gonna be hard hitting.

All right.

NARRATOR: Mike needs togently tap a special tool

into the screw head so
it can get some perches,

before freeing it off.

[hammering]

If he hits it too hard, thescrew could shear, leaving

the wing mirror stuck in place.

But the small hammer
isn't doing the job.

All right.

Seriously, I don't want--

CREW: Taking the
whole thing off?

This car seems to be turninginto a Friday afternoon

job, which means it's
going to be stressed,

we're gonna be put
under pressure,

and it looks like thelonger we get into this car,

the more problems
we're gonna have.

NARRATOR: Billericay townowner, Glenn Tamplin,

wants a football kit wrap.

Home shirt on the front,coming out some on the sides.

YIANNI: Yeah.

And then maybe the
red shirt on the back.

NARRATOR: He's hoping to
share it with the fans.

I've got to do littlethings like this for the kids

because it's a family club.

NARRATOR: But his teamcolors are causing problems.

CREW: It doesn't
line up any way.

NARRATOR: Mike is strugglingto free a wing mirror,

which is holding up the wrap.

So, this screw has
just lost its shape.

NARRATOR: Using a
small hammer, he

taps a special tool, tryingto get a fix in the screw head

to free it off.

[hammering]

I really do need to tryand get this wing mirror off

because otherwise, when Vas isputting the digital print down,

this is going to make
it super hard for him.

I want a bigger hammer.

Not too big, not too dramatic,just a little bit bigger.

This

Do?

Could be.

Or is it a bit too serious?

NARRATOR: The big hammer
seems to do the job.

Can the ratchet
twist the screw out?

Yes.
OK, sweet.

CREW: Yeah?- That's finally done it.

That was definitely
a scary moment.

Look, it's on there so tight.

Done.

CREW: One mirror down.

Hopefully you never startworking with so much grief.

NARRATOR: The wrap team are onthe complex roof design, which

shows off the club's logo.

It's a vinyl jigsaw puzzle.

Yo.

Ow, you've laid everything.

CREW: Yeah.

Just checking.

Triple checking.
- Good.

OK.

What do you see wrong?

What do I see wrong?

Yeah.

Were you going to
tell me the shape?

VASILE: This should
have been straight line.

But that one goes around.

YIANNI: On the roof.

VASILE: There goes
a bit of a bend,

there, so, it should havebeen at least like that.

NARRATOR: The roof vinyl is10 centimeters too short.

The team would have to
use all of their skills

to fill the gaps on each sideusing blue vinyl recycled

from elsewhere on the wrap.

But there will be
visible roof joins.

We're going to, obviously,try to match it as best we can.

Well, we're gonna have to.We don't have a choice.

CREW: We know that.
- Just, just listen.

Just make it as best you can.

[exhales]
- OK.

OK.
What can I say?

All right.
All right.

Well, the vinyl's
not wide enough.

So now I'm going to have tostick a join on either side,

which is a problem.
That's one.

And secondly, where the redshould run down straight, which

is on the driver's
side, it goes like this

on the passenger side.

So it's gonna look ridiculous.

[engine revving]

YIANNI: What's that noise?

Sounds like it's a
real American muscle

car, doesn't it?

NARRATOR: Yianni's mate Cengizis a car dealer with an array

of amazing motors.

I'm coming down.

Wait there, man.

Hold the fort, Bert.

NARRATOR: He loves
showing them off.

Today's car was made famous bythe movie "Gone In 60 Seconds".

Wow!

Mate, this car is unbelievable.

Is this the one from the movie?

No, not the one
from the movie.

That one actually sold for overa million pounds, but, I mean,

this is one of threebuilt as right-hand-drive

at the Oklahoma factory.

Oh my goodness,
right-hand-drive!

So what is this?

The Mustang GT500?

GT500 Shelby, 7
liter, 500 brake.

Absolute beast.

It's factory color.

Stripes.

Beautiful painted.
Absolutely lovely.

YIANNI: Mate,
just, first of all.

This is one of three original.

We have Ferraris.
We have Porsche.

CENGIZ: I'm starstruck.

I feel starstruck looking at it.

cause the rarity of oneof three, you're probably

looking around 200,000-250,000.

Find me one of these, butjust, like, a little bit

cheaper if you can.

what's under the hood.

I just love how you, just,open the Bonnet as well.

CENGIZ: And this is
where the magic happens.

Mate, how clean is that?

CENGIZ: She is very clean.

I mean, obviously, it's
had some work done.

No engine's the same since 1967.

There's a few modificationsto make it a bit more modern

as well, today.

But, she is a beaut.

YIANNI: I love the "Be
Cool" thing, as well.

[EXHALES] Wow.

It's the little details.

We wrapping it?

I can't let you
touch this one.

Not this one.

It's not the Ferrari orLambo that you usually do.

This ain't special.

Usually I would
complain, but looking

at her-- looking at
just how clean she is,

I actually don't
want to touch her.

I can't let anyone touch it.

CREW: Aye!

Go do some work, man.

NARRATOR: Vasile and Mikey arelaying the roof vinyl, being

careful to mask the joins.

It looks like a perfect match.

Very perfect.

We managed to finish
the roof with the join

that [inaudible] chose.

Very pleased with the job.

How it came out, yeah.

And, it's time to go to theside panels, the rear quarter

and the wing and the doors.

NARRATOR: With the
wing mirrors removed,

the wrappers begin
to lay the huge front

to back side panels in place.

Vinyl is incrediblyflexible, but a digital print

can easily be destroyed
if stretched too far.

But it's the details which causeVasile the biggest problem.

This carbon fiber air
vent is a complex shape

and must be wrapped on the car.

Don't go to the [inaudible].

Thanks, man.

NARRATOR: It's tricky
work, especially

when the vinyl suddenly splits.

Oh!

CREW: What happened?

It split in half.

NARRATOR: Vasile needs tofind a fix to hide the split.

Place the vinyl in there.

Looks all right, partly
is the [inaudible]..

[mimics gunshots] [laughs]

Hey, hey, hey.

NARRATOR: Time for
the final touches.

Squeegee smooth the vinyl.

Hard edged plastic tools helpin difficult to reach spaces.

The vinyl is superheated
to 100 degrees,

to ensure it doesn't lift.

With the last edges
tucked in, it's time

for Yianni's final inspection.

All right, I'm gonna
check the car over.

Brilliant, no word on Mikey yet?

NARRATOR: Yianni is
being super careful,

because tomorrow he plansto personally deliver

the Ferrari back to Glenn.

He knows that he's
a tough customer,

and won't accept
anything but the best.

[engine revving]

It's one of the
most unusual wraps

the team have ever completed.

Turning a stunning Italiansports car into a football fans

dream drive.

It's time for Yianni to do thefinal transfer back to Glenn.

But, will he like
his one-off Ferrari?

If the car comes in
and it's not a good job,

I'll be very surprised, knowingYianni's work and the quality

of his work, but
if it isn't right,

then we will have that
