know how the customer thinks.

NARRATOR: With the designlocked, Vas pushes print,

and the plotting machinetranslates his idea into vinyl.

This job is all about
trying to improve

on perfection, with a red pinstripe made of light vinyl.

This will probably be oneof the only customized

Huayras in the
world, so Vas gets

a big kick from working on it.

The team wrapped it in satin
black a few months ago.

for a quality control checkup.

strip and rewrap them.

I was like, OK, I can do this.

And just took the
bus, came here,

and said I want to work here.

And that was it, pretty much.

This is my first job in England.

But the delay on the doormeans they're behind schedule.

the team have not

on the Mercedes checkup
jobs, and hands them

to Mike to refit.

to be seen.

light a bit as well.

obviously, the glass

is going to reflect a
lot more, the satin's

going to mute it down.

But then, obviously,
you remember,

you're going to have
the red central stripe

running through it.

So yeah, no, I think
it's going to work.

NARRATOR: So the rear
design is agreed.

Making it happen
is something else.

Bert is drafted in to help.

Center of the wheel was there.

That's way off.

measurements are right,

but somehow the
stripe looks wrong.

The handmade Pagani
is causing trouble.

Kind of a hard thing tomeasure, just because there's

not one single line in the car.

Everything is rounded.

All the one piece.

you're there now?

VASILE: Yeah, I think it's fine.

NARRATOR: At last, the
strike looks in line.

Now, Vas has to lay it.

BERT: I think it
goes to the left.

VASILE: I think it
goes to the right.

NARRATOR: It's a matter
of millimeters out.

But it's a fail.

With three hours till delivery,this is a major problem.

The vinyl will have
to be stripped,

and new stripes printedbefore Vas can try again.

BERT: To be completely
honest with you,

I'd like another day on it.
