Charlie's digital vinylprints arrive, and the designs

couldn't be more complicated.

There's continuous lines flowingaround the front and sides,

plus logos and text everywhere.

The printed vinyl is expensive.

Only one copy will be made.

So there can be
no room for error.

I'm actually nervous, becausethis is going on a tour.

If we mess it up, literally,we don't have another chance.

It's not going out.

NARRATOR: The first
thing for the team

is using the stripdown.

But this van is a simple shape.

So there's no need toremove complex body panels.

Wrapping brothers
Mark and Nico get

to grips with the digitalprint vinyl straightaway.

NARRATOR: It's much thickerthan the usual materials

they work with.

It could be a handful.

They begin scoping
the vinyl panels,

fixing their
positions with magnets

to check that everything isperfect with the print design

and the layout on the van.

Um, digital print
is a little bit hard,

because we don't do it much.

And so, for me, it's
a little bit tricky.

NARRATOR: Yianni's team knowthey've got one opportunity

to get this job right.

when he had just one chanceto do the right thing.
