the Sloth bus is the maddest crib on wheels.

Before the job canbegin, floor manager Alex

checks out the Viano body work.

To get the best wrap finish,it needs to be super straight.

Just checking if there'sany scuffs, chips, dents,

any imperfections in the paint.

NARRATOR: But he discovers a problem.

Wow, so we've got a massive scuff here.

And we've got about 1, 2, 3, 4, about

5 dents, taking the bumper out of line,

taking this trim out of line.

It's a problem.

NARRATOR: Alex lets Yianni knowthe bad news about the damage.

There's your problem right there.

NARRATOR: Yianni, will needto come up with a solution

to the body work issue.

But right now, it'sabout the bigger picture.

Here it is, baby.

NARRATOR: It's late afternoon.

Charlie's digital vinylprints arrive, and the designs

couldn't be more complicated.

There's continuous lines flowingaround the front and sides,

plus logos and text everywhere.

The printed vinyl is expensive.

Only one copy will be made.

So there can be no room for error.

I'm actually nervous, becausethis is going on a tour.

If we mess it up, literally,we don't have another chance.

It's not going out.

NARRATOR: The first thing for the team

is using the stripdown.

But this van is a simple shape.

So there's no need toremove complex body panels.

Wrapping brothers Mark and Nico get

to grips with the digitalprint vinyl straightaway.

Oh, my god.

NARRATOR: It's much thickerthan the usual materials

they work with.

It could be a handful.

They begin scoping the vinyl panels,

fixing their positions with magnets

to check that everything isperfect with the print design

and the layout on the van.

Um, digital print is a little bit hard,

because we don't do it much.

And so, for me, it's a little bit tricky.

NARRATOR: Yianni's team knowthey've got one opportunity

to get this job right.

It stirs memories for Pav of another day

when he had just one chanceto do the right thing.

PAV: You know what, I remember one time, yeah,

I had this one chance as well, like when my girl

was about to give birth.

And mate, I had to rush tothe hospital when it was just

that one chance to get there on time,

because they sent us home.

And literally, the water just went [poof]..

The one-off digital designswhich were printed out of house

don't line up.

[sighs deeply] So what you'retelling me is this wing panel,

yeah, doesn't match up with the bonnet?

So do we think they've printed it wrong?

So I've even now got to make the bonnet

line up with the wing or thewing line up with the door.

We've only got one print.

The car has to be done.

And we haven't got time to reprint this.

Back at the workshop, a fast turnaround

digital wrap for DJ CharlieSloth has run into problems.

So what you're telling me is this wing panel,

There's no way on earth you can match

He gets swamped on arrival by his fans.

So, as you can see, we have damage in here.

So we're going to wrap this one glass plaque.

We haven't got much time now to repair it,

so we have to be quick.

NARRATOR: The wing is givensome clever cosmetic surgery.

It's a quick fix that drawsthe eye away from the damage

and, importantly, keeps the wrap on schedule.

Usually I'd have managedto get this repaired.

But I'm happy it's going out.

I'm happy that it's complete.

And he'll have to deal with thisfor now until the tour is over.

NARRATOR: It's deadline day,and Mark and Nico still need

to apply the huge plug logos.

They come in separate pieces and must

match perfectly with the designsalready on the big [inaudible]..

Charlie Sloth will behere in just a few hours,

so Yianni checks in.
