by squeezing in one more rat.

Yianni gathers his crewfor an important briefing.

OK, so what is happening thisweek-- so I've got a brand

new customer called Peter.

We haven't actually
worked with him before.

I know he's a car dealer,so really important.

I'm sure he's going to
give us repeat business,

so we need to make sure wetreat him really, really well.

He's got a BMW i8.

I've been told he's
got a body kit on it.

So I'm sure that's
going to be fun

for you guys stripping
this car down,

and for you guys wrapping it.

We're not quite sure
what color he's going.

I do understand the car is blue.

OK?

We on it?

CREW: Yeah.

Brilliant.
Let's crack on.

NARRATOR: Peter turns
up in the Beamer.

He's bang on time,
a man on a mission.

Peter.
How are you doing?

You well?
- Yeah, good to see you.

She's lovely.

I'm a big fan of this
color, to be fair.

- I like it too.
- Yet we're wrapping it.

Why?

It's for my customer.

So we're going to pop abright red on this car, yeah?

It's going to actually looklike a factory paint job, yeah?

I'm looking at the bonnet.

A lot of my customers usually--

they leave the
gloss black section

and just wrap this around.

This guy wants the whole
bonnet wrapped in red,

but he wants to leave thevent and the grill black.

OK, we've also got gray
bits and silver bits.

What are we doing with them?

All these gray bits you
see here, they're going

to be glossed over in black.- Gloss black?

Yeah, OK.
And the silver bits?

So we're basically goingto leave as they are.

OK, so we're leaving
the silver as factory,

the gray to gloss black.

We're doing the brake
calipers in gloss black.

YIANNI: We're doing

Get rid of the blue on that.- Really?

OK.

So my guys are going to havea lot of fun with this then.

NARRATOR: The BMW i8 is astunning hybrid supercar,

creating sensational performancefrom the electric motor and the

petrol engine under the bonnet.

An outstanding piece of design,these cars are in high demand.

The standard turnaround time fora job like this is five days.

But Yianni has just
three to get this Beamer

through his workshop
and on the boat.

His customizing team
are highly talented,

but that's a tough deadline.

YIANNI: BMW i8 is in.

Mike's obviously going
to get it up in the air,

get the wheels off.

We'll do the calipers.

Fun and games.

On the bonnet, usually we breakup the bonnet with the black.

We're not.

It's going full red.

So everything that's
blue is going to red.

Anything that's gray
is going to black.

And anything that's silveris staying the same.

Issues, Mike, as you're
stripping this car.

The only issues
you're going to have are

is obviously the
additional body kit.

So like spoiler where that'smaybe bonnet on the outside,

we're going to
have to work around

that and obviously make it asclean as possible for the boys

to wrap it.
YIANNI: All right.

And just the first

is this car's going to Cyprus.

vinyl wrap can begin,

the BMW needs to be stripped.

Magic Mike is the man with thetask of safely removing over

70 parts, from wheels to body.

The parts have been sorted,cataloged, and shelved.

But it doesn't take long
to discover a problem.

The rear spoiler is stronglybonded to the bodywork.

Removing it could damage
the car and body kit.

Leaving it on means the
wrap team will struggle

to fit vinyl around it.

I'm not feeling the
bonding right now.

[inaudible] And you
can't get nothing off.

Mike's now telling me
how you can get it off.

one of my boys in Cyprus

He definitely wants
the wow factor.

That is why the car
is coming to us.

He's already had the kit fitted,so he's already tried to go

big and fat on the vehicle.

But with the wrap,
it completes it.

He wants to stand out in Cyprus.

And if there's loads

with a wrap for sure.

A.k.a., The Beast.

At the moment, it still looksvery simple from the front.

I think what we should nowdo is the bottom skirting.

Have it so that it's
matching the roof.

NINU: And also the tints.

They're too dark.
YIANNI: Tinted too dark?

liter twin turbo charged V8.

With its trademark
rosso red paint

and the iconic prancinghorse, it's already a stunner.

It's Yianni's job
to make it even more

of a head-turner in 24 hours.

But the last thing the
team need is another car

on a tight deadline.

Has Yianni taken on too much?

Work is going well in the BMW.

The blue paintwork is beingwrapped in dragonfire red

and the guys are startingto feel the deadline heat.

But Yianni throws a
Ferrari into the mix.

He set expert stripper, Pav,who's been working on supercars

for 10 years the task of
prepping the doors ready

for window tinting.

Most Ferraris are quitefitted with the door quads.

The way that Ferraris arebuilt, there's a lot of screws

and a lot of bolts.

Definitely got to be
careful with the lever

because it's so thin
and is [inaudible]

any type of sharp object.

So if you've got a rub
in your screw driver,

I guess, you could
actually damage it.

I'm guessing if you
damaged this whole door,

you'd be paying
within thousands.

I mean, the bags alone, atleast a couple hundred quid.

[music playing]

NARRATOR: The
workshop is running

well when suddenly,
wrapper, Mark,

spots a problem on the i8.

So I was doing the bumperand I noticed the long scratch.

There's a long scratch here.

Right.

That's where it comes from.

Yeah, I see it.

[inaudible] here.

So this is the
off-cut from the i8.

As you see, there's a linegoing all the way through here.

NARRATOR: Floor manager, Alex,breaks the news to Yianni.

They need his expert advice.

Yianni.

Just wanted to let you
know Mark's laid a bit

on the i8 and slight issue.

Vinyl imperfection,
printing error.

- On the i8?
- Yeah.

NARRATOR: This
vinyl cost 50 pounds

per square meter
and the front wing

will need to be
stripped and redone.

Gone?

He laid it.

Where's the vinyl?

Wow.

Should I just show it?

But tell me this is notanywhere else on the car.

NARRATOR: Immediately,he's worried that this is

more than just a one-off flaw.

Perhaps the whole
roll is damaged.

Problem is they've been
using this roll all day.

It's got a line running
down the front bumper.

What I want to
probably do is get

him to check the rest ofthe car now, just in case,

because if he's got
a line somewhere

and they haven't spotted it,it's gonna be a massive issue

because this car going abroad.

And I haven't got any
time to waste on this.

[music playing]

NARRATOR: Yianni has acceptedthe massive challenge to turn

around two cars in record time.

A Ferrari needs a strong-kneelook and the demanding client

needs it back pronto.

Tomorrow?

YIANNI: Tomorrow?

Tomorrow, midday.

NARRATOR: But the big worry is afull color change on a rare BMW

hybrid supercar, which hasa rendezvous with a boat

in just two days time.

Ah, so no pressure, then.

NARRATOR: They discovereda flaw in the vinyl--

I noticed a long scratch.

NARRATOR: --and the concernthey'll find more on the car.

ALEX: So this is the
off-cut from the i8,

and you can actually
see there's a line

going all the way through here.

Very faint line, but
to us, it's a problem.

NARRATOR: Mark says it's
a-OK, but for Yianni,

vital time and money
have already been lost.

The good thing
is on the BMW i8,

at the bumper's not massive.

They've checked
the rest of the row

and they said there's
nothing else on the car,

but obviously, it takes
time for these guys

to wrap something and thenstrip it then rewrap it.

It costs time.

It costs money.

What can you do?

[music playing]

NARRATOR: Ninu is coming tocollect her Ferrari today,

so Yianni is forced to pullhis expert wrappers off the BMW

and get Mikey in to tintthe windows on the 4-8-8.

I'm doing it for 10 years now,so I've done all of the cars,

from vans to taxis, BMWs,and end up with hyper cars.

It requires
experience and skill.

You just need to
do it 1,000 times.

And obviously, there are
easy cars, hard cars,

and impossible ones, as well.

The actual material we areusing is three-layer tint.

It's got scratch-resistant,it's got UV protection reduction

layer, and it's got security.

So I would alwaysrecommend to tint your car

to the legal limits, obviously.

Just because the
tint is straight

as it comes from the rolland the glasses bend it,

we need to adjust the
shape by hitting it

and shrinking, as you can see.

[music playing]

NARRATOR: As workcontinues on the Ferrari,

sales manager, Burke,
gets an unexpected email

which threatens to put thewhole i8 wrap in jeopardy.

Just had an email fromPeter, the customer on the i8.

Essentially, what
they want to do

is they want to change theblack trims that we've done.

They want to go in to a red, sojust to give that rear bumper

a slightly bigger area in red.

So it means that
we need to strip

the bumper back off thecar and re-go into the red.

Customer's always right.
[phone rings]

Excuse me.

Yiannimize, good afternoon.

NARRATOR: But Yianni can'tfocus on the i8 right now.

He's got a car to
hand over to Ninu.

YIANNI: Hey, babe.
How are you doing?

NINU: Hey.
I'm good.

How are you?
YIANNI: OK.

I'm really well.
What's happening?

Excellent.

I'm really good.

YIANNI: Yeah?

The car's looking really nice.

the Ferrari is now
more of a beast.

With the Ferrari
out the door, Yianni

gets up to speed on thelast-minute changes to the i8.

And he's not happy.

BURKE: They're changing
the bit on the back--

YIANNI: What?
BURKE: --for Peter.

YIANNI: What do you mean?

BURKE: You know outside
the rear bumper?

Yeah.

We've done them in black.

He wants them in red.

Since when?

Just now.

I asked him specifically.

He said black.

His customer's come back to himand said, I want them in red.

NARRATOR: Worse still, a rumorhas reached him that the client

is having secondthoughts about what color

the calibers are going.

What we doing
with the calibers?

Hasn't told me.

I have asked him.
- We need to know.

We need to put the
wheels back on the car.

- I know.
- Going through.

BURKE: I know.

YIANNI: Phone him.

Let me try him anyway.

I do not want to beputting wheels on the car,

taking the wheels off,putting the wheels back on.

Yianni.

PETER [ON PHONE]: Yianni,how are you doing?

I'm very well.

Yourself?

PETER [ON PHONE]: Yeah,
I know I'm [inaudible]..

OK.

So we've changed the rear.OK.

I'm not happy about it,
but it is what it is.

I'm more concerned
about the calipers, pal.

PETER [ON PHONE]: OK.

I need to know what
we're doing because I've

got the wheels off the car.

I need to know if I'm
making that blue to red.

Am I making it all black?

Just because I don't want toput the wheels back on the car,

put it on the floor, then youtell me something different.

Brilliant.

Then I can put the
wheels back on the car.

NARRATOR: With a clear brief,the team can now crack on.

But Yianni is
feeling the pressure.

YIANNI: Now we know this
car is going to Cyprus.

It's got to be put
on a container.

So not only are
we up against it,

they're now actually
putting obstacles for us

to climb over to try and
make this car complete.

Now we have to rewrap the rearpanel, fit the rear panel,

and we're running out of time.

[music playing]

NARRATOR: The team
have to put in overtime

to get the car finished, butit will be down to the wire.

The whole crew getinvolved because they know

what this deadline
means to Yianni

and his Greek Cypriot client.

Reputations are on the line.

Deadline day.

But the car won't
leave the workshop

to the most exacting man in thebusiness says it's ready to go.

He's checking everydetail down to the finish

on the custom red
wrapped BMW logo.

Peter's on his way, but
will the car be ready?

YIANNI: How you doing?

PETER: Good, mate.

- Yep.

- Nervous?
- Very.

First of all, yet,
when is this car going

to Cyprus on the container?

I've just been
on the phone now.

They've got it waiting.
The containers arrived.

I've got to drive this
car straight there,

load it, get it on that vessel.

So, literally, we need to getthis car out, make sure you're

happy, and get it gone.

that we needed doing to it.

It's exactly what he wanted.

He just wanted the red
hint on the calipers

there just to match with
the bodywork on the car.

Get rid of the blue.

He wanted it to look factory,and it's looking factory.

It looks amazing.
