rear bumper on this huge SUV

is a two-man job.

We're gonna pull
it off together.

laying the first panel.

They're trying to use up the
old vinyl, which was bought

for Yianni's other chrome
turquoise car wrap,

as this is amongst the most
expensive on the market.

I'm not really
happy with the line.

And I think Yianni's not
going to be happy as well.

So I'm going to call
Yianni right now.

Hello, Nicco.

That's not from the squeegee?

NARRATOR: Yianni knows how
much attention this wrap

is going to get.

It has to be perfect.

It's the main panel
as well on the car.

some fresh new chrome vinyl.

And this old stuff is binned.

The new vinyl arrives
and the brothers tackle

the bonnet for the second time.

This SUV is huge and has
trademarked sharp lines,

so they decide to split the
job into three sections.

It's still sticky.

NARRATOR: They use cutting
tape to divide up the Bonnet.

This time, the
vinyl lays smoothly

and the results look impressive.

As ever, Yianni is
watching from the office.

But this time the
stakes couldn't

be higher because
it's his own car

and he wants a perfect finish.

never stripped one of them.

NARRATOR: The wrappers
need the bumper removed,

but Pav's scratching his head.

Sometimes, you
can get your hand

up there to get to the bolts.

But I've just come across a
bracket that's right in my way.

There's wiring,
there's a load of stuff

that are blocking them screws.

So unfortunately, we might have
to start taking wheels off now.

But yeah, I'm going to
tackle the underneath first.

NARRATOR: Underneath
the car, Pav

removes some of the key fixings,
and the front end moves.

Look at this, mate.

NARRATOR: It's a big relief
as taking off the bumper gives

Nicco the chance
to dive straight

in to begin wrapping this
complex shape full of recesses

and angles.

[music playing]

With the front details
done, the bumper

needs to be roughly
fitted back on the car,

so it's properly supported
as the large vinyl

panels are laid onto it.

The wrap is well
underway, but manhandling

big sections of vinyl
on a car this large

is proving very hard work.

[music playing]

This 4x4 has supercar speed all
coming from a V8 biturbo engine.

It has one of the best power to
weight ratios on the SUV market

and a top speed of
190 miles per hour.

Upstairs, Yianni checks in
with his social media team

who have been working flat
out editing his car collection

launch video.

And when it and the contrasting
black grills are fitted,

the car looks stunning.

The SUV is finished,
but Yianni decides

not to do a final inspection.

Instead, he waits
for best mate Xav

to arrive so they can share
the big reveal moment together.
