The vehicle's-- I don't think it's going

to cause me too much of a problem

fitting the aftermarket parts.

And the majority of the time, they don't fit correctly,

and we have to start doing modifications to them.

But I'm just going to have to wait and see.

NARRATOR: All of the chrome parts

will be wrapped in satin black.

Terry and Mike are sorting through the aftermath

of Steph's online shopping.

But it's a case of all the gear, no idea.

until Mikey hits a problem.

[sighs] He has to cover all visible paintwork,

but the gap between the flatbed back and the cab is too

narrow to work the vinyl into.

We're just about to jump on this panel.

going to be time-consuming.

NARRATOR: Yianni has been casting his eagle eye

over the CCTV and is heading down to see why

progress has ground to a halt.

that Jim believes the truck is actually in for.

The damage would show through the vinyl,

so it has to be repaired.

There's a slight little dent there.

So we don't want to make any dust.

NARRATOR: It's vital Terry avoids contaminating the air

in the workshop with dust.

So he's using specialist wet-and-dry sandpaper.

The scratch needs filling.

Rule is, a golf ball of filler, a pea of red hardener,

mix carefully, and skim on sparingly.

NARRATOR: In the office, Yianni notices

an unexpected car on CCTV.

the brackets that it comes with to get it to fit perfectly.

So we've managed to mount the bracket properly.

NARRATOR: Outside, the huge monster truck-style wheels

have finally arrived.

NARRATOR: Fitting them on the car is the last job of the day.

Deadline day, and the team are doing their final checks

before Steph arrives.

I'll go slowly.

Um, basically, we've got a small gap here.

So until full locks it this way, it's going to hit the wing

and pull it completely off.

NARRATOR: The wheels are rubbing on the body kit.

It's not roadworthy and needs to be sorted fast.

We can fix it.

We just need to trim away the plastic to get the shape

of the wheel so it clears it.

Pav, you're saying it like, yeah, we just got to do this.

Well, it's happened, Yian. It's happened, hasn't it?

We're doing our last checks now.

As long as we ain't going to see it, Pav--

Yianni comes to inspect all the work.

So I've just finished my final inspection on this truck.

It's amazing.

She's put massive specs.

She's gone the arches.

She's gone the wheels, bars; got rid of all the Chrome.

It's a total transformation.

And when we do the reveal, he's definitely going to be smiling.

NARRATOR: The family arrive.
