the bonnet, and the windscreen surround are going satin black.

actually made up of many parts.

So we've got the Rolls-Royce Dawn grille,

22 blades and 44 screws.

So let's not waste any more time.

ANDY AMFO: In total, the car has over 60

individual pieces of chrome, all of which need to be covered.

Upstairs, Amelia and Chris get straight

to work wrapping the first of over 40 small parts.

AMELIA: I'm doing the badge at the moment.

I'm trying to get everything in the little grooves.

It's just a joke, but we'll get there eventually,

won't we, Chris?

AMELIA: We're gonna make sure everything's on the money.

ANDY AMFO: With work underway, Yianni

is playing chauffeur to Lethal in his satin

black Range Rover Velar.

YIANNI: Was it always music for you?

And what did you do, like, when you were 16, 17, 18?

Tell me a mad summer that you worked.

I worked in, like, a factory, a folder factory.

And that was probably, like, one of the most annoying jobs.

And I remember, there was this supervisor guy,

and center on the car's grille, it's essential they're

properly wrapped.

Any glimpse of chrome showing will ruin

the stealth look Lethal wants.

Downstairs, Mikey and Mark have started wrapping

the rear lights around.

But to hide chrome behind gloss black is no easy task

and needs constant monitoring.

Is this showing chrome, or was it the reflection?

MARK: There it is, a slight, slight bit.

I'm not happy with it.

It's good that it's at the beginning of the panel,

so I'm just gonna quickly redo it.

And hopefully, this one's gonna be cool.

ANDY AMFO: A redo means lost time and money wasted on vinyl.

ANDY AMFO: In the back garage, the first batch of wrap blades

have been passed downstairs to Pav.

PAV: Mark's here to check each blade is done correctly.

ANDY AMFO: But once fitted in the grille,

it's obvious that chrome is still showing through.

PAV: [sighs] That's a joke, bro.

Clearly tell them what to do, and they don't listen.

ANDY AMFO: This is a big setback,

and news travels fast in the garage.

Because Pav just said to me, all the blades on the front grille

of Lethal's car all need to be rewrapped

because the chrome is showing through when

they wrapped it gloss black.

That's the biggest schoolboy error I've ever heard of.

ANDY AMFO: Senior wrapper Mark has to find a workaround fast.

How about the chrome?

ANDY AMFO: The patching solution saves a full rewrap,

but it's still going to take 5 and 1/2

hours to finish all the blades.

And downstairs, the time pressure is biting hard, too.

MIKEY: What have we done so far?

Done the chrome here, where the soft top goes down,

and the two side bits.

MIKEY: Two sides.

MARK: It's still a lot to do, but--

on a fantastic car like this.

ANDY AMFO: Under the bonnet, the Dawn packs a direct injection

twin-turbo V12.

This huge 6.6-liter engine has a potential

top speed of 155 miles an hour.

The enormous bonnet on this car is a big wrap challenge.

Mike is removing the delicate chrome centerpiece.

How are you doing, brother?

I'd be better if I wasn't doing this.

MIKEY: Why?

Oh, mate, this is a nerve-wracking job.

Definitely is.

We've got no time.

If I was to bend this trim, god knows what

Rolls-Royce would want for it.

Time is a big thing on this.

Because this one helps a lot when you're wrapping.

ANDY AMFO: The trim is not just bonded

but also held in place by heavy screws.

Mike cannot just use wire to cut through the bond.

Instead, he must carefully work it free bit by bit

without bending or flexing the expensive chrome piece.

[frantic tune]

[sighs] Thank god, that is off.

I don't want to do too many of these in a hurry.

then it needs to be fitted back together.

And we're running out of time.

mean the wrap can finally begin.

Mikey works meticulously to get the finish Yianni expects.

All right, so I'm just gonna close the bonnet,

make sure it looks nice.

The final thing on this is gonna be cut those holes for the trim,

that once it gets wrapped, Mike is gonna fit it back.

And it's complete.

ANDY AMFO: In the back workshop, the patch blades have

been delivered back to Pav.

How is it going, Pav?

PAV: Oh, mate, thank god.

Look, I fixed the ends here.

MARK: No problem over here?

- No problems. - Nice.

ANDY AMFO: For a full stealth mode, this car needs tints.

And hard working Mikey is the man.

He makes short work of the side windows,

but the rear window is another matter.

MIKEY: The tricky part about this

is that it's really tiny gap there when I'm gonna

have to slide the tint in.

Plus I'm gonna cut against the soft top, so I'm gonna make sure

I'm not gonna catch it with a knife,

and I won't damage anything.

[music playing]

ANDY AMFO: Cutting the tints requires a steady hand.

If Mikey slips and damages the soft top,

it will cost Yianni thousands of pounds.

I'm really happy how it came out.

It looks really nice.

ANDY AMFO: Time for Pav to fit the last piece of the puzzle.
