find acting compared to dancing?

Terry has been assessing

the damage to Aston's car.

Tel is Yianni's
new floor manager

who oversees each car
from the moment it enters

the workshop to completion.

The whole idea of Terry is
a buffer between downstairs

and upstairs.

I only wanna know if
there's a serious issue.

But the day-to-day run in,
he should be able to control.

That's a lot worse
than I thought.

YIANNI CHARALAMBOUS:
Terry's background is paint.

So he always works in
a body shop, which--

when we got a Range
Rover issue, he's

the perfect man for the job.

There's quite a few other
bits around the rest of the car.

A few scrapes and
dings around it.

Might delay us.

Well, obviously, anywhere
else that there's damage,

get Nicco and Mark to
show the vinyl on top.

If it doesn't show through,

of this scale would

usually be sent to a body shop.

But now that Yianni has a
manager with years of experience

in paint, he wants to keep as
much of the work as possible

in-house.

Terry believes that Pav
is capable of repairing

the driver's door.

But first, he needs
to know if the vinyl

will cover the other scratches,
and ask Nicco to perform a test.

Yeah, I think that
looks pretty good.

Yeah, it looks perfect.

We can get away with that.

Yeah.

NARRATOR: With Yianni keeping
a close eye on Terry's work,

he comes to see for himself.

NARRATOR: The strip
can get under way,

but the damaged door is now
the team's biggest worry.

wrapped the roof in gloss black,

Pav is outside working
on the damaged door.

It's a huge job, and
he's not happy about it.

It's a lot worse
than I thought.

Obviously, we've got
one big indentation

and a naughty, naughty,
naughty one here.

It's gone so far in that.

I'm gonna have to try and get
my sander to get in there just

to get away any excess paint.

Because when I add the filler,
I need it to stick to the metal.

NARRATOR: Pav had to sand
away all the scratch paint

work before he
can fill the dent.

How are you getting on?

You know, it's a dented door,
which means a lot of work.

Why are you so angry?

So what's wrong?

I've got a dent

I've gotta rub it down, get the
fill up, put the filler on, rub

the filler down, then spray it.

And hopefully, we
can prep the door

NARRATOR: Aston wants all
visible paintwork on his 4x4

covered in the satin dark
gray, which means wrapping

inside the door sills as well.

We'll get to hide
every single orange.

So that's gonna be the
tricky part on this car.

NARRATOR: It's a complex
area of the car to wrap,

but Mark and Nicco
are highly skilled

and are able to cover
a large part of the car

with just one piece of vinyl.

In the office, Bert and
Yianni are keeping a close eye

on progress via the CCTV.

Aston's Range.

Kids are gonna be traveling in
a bit of style now, ain't he?

We're Aston's new little baba.

BERT HUSSEIN: Yeah.
- I know, man.

Orange looks shocking.

Changed in the 10 years

twin turbo of some sort.

I guess if you're jumping in
and out of Lambos, come on in.

NARRATOR: This
luxury off-roader has

a 3-liter turbocharged diesel.

The powerful engine
can accelerate

up to 60 miles an hour in
an impressive 6.8 seconds.

An 8-speed automatic gearbox
ensures a smooth drive.

Mark and Nicco are
progressing well

with the wrap, which only
puts more pressure on Pav

to finish the door repair.

That lion's no good, mate.

NARRATOR: The door
doesn't yet line

up with the neighboring panel.

We'll do a guide
line with a tape

and see how far out that is.

NARRATOR: Terry has taken a risk
trying to repair it in-house.

The driver's door
has the potential

to become a big problem.

The wrap on the rest of
the car is moving forward.

Mark and Nicco will
soon need the door.

What we're gonna have to do
is sand this down a bit more,

bring this line down nice
and level with the wing.

PAV: Yep.

TERRY: Same with
this one down here.

PAV: OK.
- And we'll take it off.

If it's good enough,
we'll be able to wrap it.

That's a lot better, mate.

PAV: I'm really happy with that.
TERRY: Good.

That's good work.

NARRATOR: Terry's
gamble has paid off.

After a huge amount
of effort, Pav has

managed to make good the door.

Get it wrapped.

Here goes the one.

Sweet.

NARRATOR: Mark and Nicco
finally get their hands

on the last piece to be wrapped.

As payback to Pav and Terry
for keeping them waiting,

they pranked them by applying a
little extra heat to the panel.

How we getting
on with this, guys?

Yeah, it's all
ready for you guys.

- It's all ready, yeah?
- Perfect.

Ooh, it's still hot!

MAN: He's cooking.

NARRATOR: With the damage
repaired and a fresh wrap

covering the other
scratches, the car

can now be put back together.

YIANNI CHARALAMBOUS: OK,
open the door a bit more.

Let me do what I do best.

NARRATOR: Yianni has been
keeping an eye on Terry's work

at every step and is
now on the shop floor,

checking on progress.

Careful of the wings.

Soften that left
front bumper, grille.

And then we're done.

NARRATOR: Before Yianni's
final inspection,

Terry gives the car
a once over to make

sure the job is complete
to the highest standard.

The final thing
is the blue tape,

where they check the car
over to see if there's

any issues with the vinyl.

Just getting around
this car, we're

just trying to look for
any bits of wrap that's

lifting or any imperfections.

Then Yianni will come and
do the final inspection.

If it's wrong, you'll
be getting pulled up.

He needs to get it right.

NARRATOR: Terry
spots a minor issue.

You see, here,
there's a little bit

of the red showing through?

Just this one little
bit under here,

a little bit of showing there.

NARRATOR: Which Mark
and Nico resolve

with an invisible repair.
