(Snowfall Villa) Three years ago,

as the Sixth Prince of Beili,

I was banished from Tianqi because of King Langya's case.

I almost got killed on the way

and lost all my martial arts.

I was going to spend the rest of my life as a hermit

but came back because of a golden coffin.

Having experienced a romance,

I gained a new life on an Immortal Mountain abroad.

Since the accident happened in Tianqi, how could I just watch it in silence?

Though I came back again,

I'm no longer Xiao Chuhe who was manipulated by the situation.

Now I'm Xiao Se, who will change

the game.

Chuhe.

It's been several years.

You have lost weight.

Why do you look unhappy?

Are you still blaming me?

I should have known

that there is no brotherhood in a royal family.

Brotherhood?

Dear Heaven.

But

he was my brother

and I am the Emperor.

Just because you were involuntary doesn't mean you had to be deluded

by the flattering courtier beside you.

Who is this flattering courtier?

Won't you avenge King Langya?

Go ahead.

You are not my father.

Who are you?

It's been a while, Xiao Chuhe.

We agreed to enjoy the scenery here,

but you fell asleep.

It was sunny just now.

Why did it change suddenly?

Xiao Se.

Emperor Mingde fell ill when he offered sacrifices to Heaven.

Crimson Lord and White Lord are taking action.

Tianqi is in chaos.

What?

Xiao Se.

I will prevent tragedies similar to my uncle's.

I'm joining the game

to settle the situation.

(Episode 1)

(The road is tough and long. I treat people friendly. By Confucius, The Book of Songs, The Analects)

(Tianqi City)

To heed Heaven

and Trend.

I issued this Imperial Edict.

"I am aged

and in poor health,

(Imperial Edict) so all the business

of the Court

will be jointly taken care of

by Marquis Lan Yue

(Imperial Edict) and Grand Master Dong Zhu.

Before I recover,

Tianqi will be closed for one month.

No civil official below Grade Two shall enter or leave it.

No general above Grade Two shall leave his home.

So I may recover soon

and the country may remain peaceful."

Close the gate.

(Tianqi City)

(Skyward Pavilion)

(Skyward Pavilion)

I have seen plenty of things,

and it's time to go back.

Ya.

(Skyward Pavilion)

(Xiao Yu, Xiao Chong) You want to be the crown prince now?

I'm not dead yet.

Get lost.

Nobody has designs on the crown.

Brother.

You heard it.

Father wants someone else to be the crown prince.

You mean Xiao Chuhe?

It's been so many years,

and Father still can't forget him.

I heard that you sent many warriors

to intercept and kill Xiao Chuhe.

Didn't you dispatch all your elites, too?

Our sixth brother has wandered for so long

and just wants to come home.

Why must you try to kill him?

What?

Xiao Se left already?

Lord Sikong, do you know when he left?

Before the dawn.

Tianqi is a perilous place now.

He left without telling you

in case you'd be in danger.

Since it's a perilous place,

Xiao Se needs us more.

That's right.

You...

Father.

Go. Do what you have to.

Chuhe,

(Vermillion Bird Token) I'll also help you on behalf of Xueyue City.

Luoxia.

Send out the Thousand Cities Token.

Xueyue City will fully support Lord Yong'an's return to Tianqi.

Ya.

Ya.

(Nan'an City)

(Lei Family Fort)

Ya.

You.

I know you.

The eldest disciple of Wushuang City, Lu Yudi.

I also remember you.

Lei Wujie of Xueyue City.

The name is right, but the title

is wrong.

I have come for my friend.

One of the Four Guardians of Tianqi,

the East one,

Azure Dragon.

No need to say more then.

Take array.

Swordcore Technique.

Unconstrained Half-step?

Helf-step Sword Deity?

Could you do me a favor and make way?

No.

We have something important to do

and it concerns the whole Beili.

Think carefully about it.

I am doing this for my friend.

The answer is no.

I see.

So be it.

The sword

is Moonlit Flower Dawn.

The sword

is Watercleaver.

When a swordsman forgets the meaning of strike,

he has forgotten his swordcore.

Master Song, still remember the reason you draw the sword?

You are right.

In the past years,

I just drew the sword to subdue Xueyue City

and forgot those things.

Master, shall we chase him?

No.

We lost him.

(Luo)

Ya.

Ya.

No passing.

Wild lass, step aside

or we will crush you.

I'm no wild lass.

I am Vermillion Bird, the South one

of the Four Guardians.

Be wise and take no step further.

Crush her!

With this unconstrained spear,

I'm helping you to get the crown

of Tianqi.

How many can you kill?

300? 500?

Or 1,000?

You will die in the next charge.

(Ye)

Take array

to defend ourselves.

They are charging.

Retreat.

Miss Ye.

You've done so well.

Will more people die in the future?

Yes.

That is war.

The swifter we win,

the fewer people will die.

Killing isn't our goal.

Winning this war is the most important thing.

Right.

Let's win it quickly then.

You love Chuhe, don't you?

His name is Xiao Se.

Those people may hinder him,

but to make him quit,

they need the final cards.

For instance, your eldest master,

the Raging Sword Deity.

And your adoptive father.

I am the White Tiger of the Four Guardians,

the West one.

I humbly ask you to stop.

You

are stopping me?

Yes.

(Luo Qingyang)

Lord Sikong.

You never give in,

just like Ji Ruofeng.

Old man,

you are almost in the Immortal Mystery Realm.

Why did you attack a junior?

Are you going to challenge the Uprising Stars Ranking?

I've come to try my skills

and seek the Immortal Mystery Realm.

I'm just entrusted to kill him

by the way.

Could we have a negotiation?

So there is nothing in your heart but your sword

and that woman.

Is that

your concern?

We are wasting the time.

Please try my spear.

Your blood will nourish my sword.

(Tianqi City)

Almost there.

You again.

I thought there would be an army.

I didn't expect that only you

showed up.

I am equal to an army.

I practiced with the staff every day

and craved the day of fighting you again.

But right now,

I have a question for you.

I used to believe that you ruined my meridian system,

but I was told later

that the strength left inside of me

wasn't yours.

Who else went there

except you?

If you want to ask me,

defeat my sword first.

I sensed something strange in you.

What was it?

If you want to ask me,

defeat my staff first.

You can stop me with your Mortal Vajra Realm?

Mortal Vajra Realm?

The first strike of the Free Earth Realm.

The second strike of the Unconstrained Sky Realm.

Xiao Se.

Aren't you too mean to go back to Tianqi

to enjoy the luxurious life alone?

When were we separated before?

We will enter Tianqi with you.

Yan Zhantian.

We must enter Tianqi today.

If you want to stop me,

fight me.

Since you are determined to enter Tianqi,

I'll let you pass.

However, a word of advice.

Tianqi is no longer what it was

and your brothers are no longer who they were.

What are you waiting for? Let's go.

Ruoyi is waiting for us.

Yes.

(Tianqi City)

(Tianqi City)

I'm back.

(Tianqi City)

Shall we wait for Tang Lian?

We'll be waiting for him in Tianqi.

Let's go inside.

Look.

Someone is coming here.

Is it Tang Lian?

Ji Xue.

Who wounded you?

I encountered Luo Qingyang.

Lord Sikong showed up in time

and saved me.

My father?

That's Tang Lian's horse.

Where is he?

Tang Lian...

He...
