come as a surprise for both us
and Amira.

It really sounds as if
he is on his way to Pakistan

to eliminate a troublesome witness.

As journalists, we are reluctant to

share our insights with
the authorities.

But here, lives are at stake.

We therefore ensure that the police
are made aware

of Fasar's plans.

While we wait for news about Fasar,

we remain locked-in
on our main focus,

the connection between
the upper world

and the underworld.

Nicolai Dyhr is a model citizen,

at least on paper, that is.

Graduated as a lawyer from

the University of Copenhagen,

almost ten years with the law firm

which handles the legal affairs

of the Danish state.
He has a right of audience

in the Danish Supreme Court,

and is a partner in one of

the most respected law firms
in Denmark, Horten,

which is the law firm used by

the Municipality of Copenhagen.

Nicolia Dyhr is the go-to guy

if you need an estate administrator.

That is his speciality.

So when a company goes bankrupt,

Dyhr has to ensure that

the remaining assets are distributed

fairly between those

who have vested interests
in the company, the creditors,

and otherwise ensure

that everything is done by the book.

In order to test

Dyhr's benevolence in practice,

Amira brings the mysterious Wassem

back into the game.

The man she met at the coffee shop.

Because in addition
to his involvement in various

street gangs, he also manages
a number of fast food restaurants

in Copenhagen. According to Wassem,
one of his kebab joints

has accumulated a significant
tax debt while he was serving

time in prison for possession
of firearms.

And the risks that a lawyer
representing the Danish

tax authorities will soon come
knocking is alarmingly high.

Wassem is in dire straits,
and that's why it makes sense

to pair him up with Dyhr
to see if Dyhr has a remedy

for Wassem's headache.

To petition yourself for bankruptcy
is the cornerstone

of what Amira calls
the "Dyhr model".

If Wassem just pays
40,000 Danish kroner upfront,

then he himself can appoint Nicolai
Dyhr as the estate administrator

who handles the bankruptcy
and thus as a pre-emptive strike,

avoid the law firm that works
for the Danish state, whose primary

task is to ensure that the tax
authorities will get their money.

This is step two in the Dyhr model.

When Wassem plans to continue
running the kebab restaurant

under a new company, he needs to buy
machinery, fixtures and such

from the bankrupt estate
as cheaply as possible.

Here, Dyhr knows
an assessment company that,

according to him, is flexible
regarding value assessment.

We are still awaiting news
from Pakistan, where Fasar

has arrived, apparently to silence
a troublesome witness.

Meanwhile, Amira is befriending
his associate,

the high-ranking Bandidos member
Jimmy Skjoldborg.

Who begins to reveal what's
going on behind the scenes

in the outlaw biker club.

Jimmy has previously told Amira
that he has never been in prison.

But, as trust deepens,
it becomes evident that there's more

to the story behind his spotless
criminal record.

SHE LAUGHS

It's hard to say whether Jimmy's gut
feeling needs a bit of fine-tuning,

but on this day in Amira's office,
where also the businessman

Martin Malm is present, there's news
about Fasar, who apparently

was very close to not making it
to Pakistan at all.

Fasar is tight-lipped
about the details, but it seems that

his Pakistan problem
is not going away

quite as easily as he had hoped.

The condition of the surviving
witness is still uncertain.

But let's make the most
of Fasar's absence,

because before Fasar
left for Pakistan,

he gave Amira access to a number of

documents related to his family
business - this gives us insight

into the way Fasar conducts
his affairs.

When we browse through the material,
we discover some bank statements

from an account belonging to
a Lise Roulund.

Behind that name, a seemingly
ordinary lawyer is to be found.

What exactly does this lawyer have
to do with Fasar?

An opportunity to learn more arises
when Fasar's nephew pops by

the office.

His name is Sumeel and according
to a police memo from 2021,

he is a member of the now-banned
street gang loyal to Familie.

According to the nephew,
Fasar's family company is big on

fraud with invoices, and the lawyer
Lise Roulund obviously

plays an important
role in this set-up.

When the bank became suspicious
and closed Fasar's accounts down,

Lise Roulund made a bank account
available instead.

She is now the one making
the necessary transfers

so the fraud can continue.

The main question is
whether she herself is aware

that she is contributing
to money laundering.

We get Amira to set up a meeting
with Lise Roulund.

KNOCK ON DOOR

It's Peter, Fasar's partner
in the construction business,

who suddenly comes by, and it soon
turns out that Peter also knows

about Lise's involvement
in Fasar's business.

A little while later, Fasar sends
a series of pictures to Amira,

which makes us believe that the
killing of the Pakistani witness

may be imminent.

The threat against the witness has
now become even more concerning.

We again make sure that the Danish
police are given a heads-up,

and we also see
a confirmation that they will inform

the authorities in Pakistan.

We discover that there are several
partners in Malm's invoice factory.

The man Frankie, who the Bandidos
biker Jimmy spoke to on the phone,

is actually called Farhan Azam.

Here he is seen in the company
of one of the masterminds in

the most extensive money laundering
case in Danish history,

known as Operation Greed.

Frankie himself has been convicted
of attempted murder,

for aggravated assault, and for
carrying a loaded gun in public.

A fun fact is that
Farhan Azam has been on the board of

the football club FC Gladsaxe
for a number of years.

This is where we find a direct
connection to Malm's

invoice factory, because amongst
the club's sponsors are three of

the companies to which Malm has,
according to himself,

sent fictitious invoices for almost
two million Danish kroner.

They are KR Nedrivning ApS,

Gulvbyg ApS,

and Dansk Klima ApS.

But it's not only
Frankie's football connections

that make him interesting.

His involvement also means
that Bandidos is not the only

outlaw biker club which Malm
has access to.

Frankie and the so-called gangsters
are connected to the outlaw biker

club Satudarah. They have money
in Malm's capsized invoice factory,

and now want their investment back.

But Malm can't deliver because
his bank accounts have been frozen.

The international outlaw biker group
Satudarah is known

for being confrontational by default.
They have been involved

with large parts of
the Danish underworld

and have been involved in
countless gunfights.

In other words, people from
that group are probably

the epitome of people
you don't want to owe money.

THEY LAUGH

Martin Malm has received great news
from the Danish tax authorities,

which may resolve his outlaw biker
debts. They are now ready to

refund the amount that Malm,
at least on paper, has overpaid

in VAT. That was the scam he bragged
about when he met Amira

for the very first time.

But one obstacle remains.

Martin Malm cannot access his bank
accounts. So now he needs

a new destination to where the tax
office can transfer the money.

During a meeting at Martin Malm's
office, the participants

discover a viable solution.

The meeting is a success
for Martin Malm.

Lise Roulund is a team player and
will make a bank account available.

Now, the money from the Danish tax
authorities can be released.

OK.

Fasar has been off the grid since
he sent the pictures from Pakistan

of himself in combat fatigues.
Until the next day,

when he reports back to base.

Amira's phone is about to blow up.
One by one, the men in her life

call her up because they are
in trouble

and badly need her expertise.

Martin Malm's bank has their eyes
set on him. Apparently,

the suspicion of money laundering
has grown, and Malm seems

concerned that soon the police
could be involved. In other words,

it's time to dispose
of the dirty laundry.

Malm's predicaments are tailor-made
to test how far

the Horten lawyer Nicolai Dyhr
is willing to go. Whether he's

actually prepared to turn a blind
eye to systematic money laundering.

But first, a fall guy must be found,
a person who will serve time

in jail, if needed, on behalf
of Martin Malm and his companions.

This is a discipline Amira
has her own experience with.

Figuratively speaking, Martin Malm
also has a bill he would rather not

pay himself, if his money
laundering is to be exposed.

So now the hunt for the perfect
fall guy is on. This is where the

wider network of the Bandidos biker
Jimmy comes in handy.

Amira certainly is giving
very tangible advice on how to

use a fall guy. It rather seems
like the old Ice Queen is back

in business. Therefore,
we must remind her about the

rules of engagement that she herself
must not be complicit in crime

while she works for us.

Today is the day when Martin Malm
is to meet the Horten lawyer

Nicolai Dyhr to find out if
the high-end lawyer will shut down

Malm's fraudulent enterprise without
too many unpleasant questions

being asked.

There is news from Fasar.

After his failed attempt
to silence the witness,

he has been on a pilgrimage to
Mecca, and is now back in Pakistan.

While he was away,
things have changed.

It's a bit cryptic,
but it sounds like Fasar's problem

in Pakistan has been resolved,

now that the witness, apparently,
went into cardiac arrest and died.

Whether it was a natural cardiac
arrest or not remains unknown.

We have been unsuccessful
in getting official sources in

Pakistan to confirm the story.
On the other hand, several sources

who are "off the record" say
that they are aware of Fasar's trial

but that it has now been cancelled.

To put it mildly, there are
bad vibrations in Amira's office

this Thursday.

Through the lawyer Lise Roulund,
Martin Malm has been paid

almost a million Danish kroner
from the tax authorities.

Money which the Bandidos outlaw
biker Jimmy thought Malm would use

to pay off his debt to Frankie
and the others associated

with the outlaw bikers
from Satudarah.

But before Jimmy discovered that
the money had arrived, Malm managed

to use it to settle other scores.

Which again has put
a strain on their partnership.

If you think the situation can't get
much worse for Martin Malm,

then you are wrong.

Because when Jimmy says there are
problems with "the long-haired one",

he is talking about Fasar,
who apparently also has

an axe to grind with Malm.
