Because... today is Daddy Daughter Adventure Day!

Which means, Daddy and I are going to do

a bunch of fun things together.

Oh, right. [chuckles sheepishly]

And whose turn is it to pick all the fun stuff you're gonna do today?

- Mine! - Really?

Really! I am so excited, I... I have to do a flip!

[giggling heartily]

If you want to go with us, you need to get ready fast.

- [Flounder hums tune] - [laughs]

- Ooh, wee, ooh, wiggle, wiggle... - [giggles] What are you doing?

My morning wiggle dance,

to shake off the sleepies!

First, we're going to have an adventurous breakfast.

Mmm, it's going to be so yummy!

Then, we're heading to Soca Sands to build a sandcastle.

And then, we'll finish up our day of adventure at Gilly Gardens.

Ariel, you planned a lot of stuff for us to do.

- I know, isn't it great? - [Flounder giggles]

Hmm... It is. But...

[both] Yes?

When I was a young king, I never really did those things.

Oh no! You didn't have playtime...

I mean, royal playtime as a kid?

I did, but mainly in the palace or close to home.

So, I'm not sure I'm going to like doing any

of the things that you've planned.

But Daddy, it's my turn to pick the activities this time.

You've always taught me that it's good to try new things,

because I might like them.

So now, it's your turn

- to try new stuff with me! - [chuckles]

Our most adventurous breakfast is served!

Because instead of making kelp pancakes,

we made seaberry pancakes!

It's my newest recipe!

I love that you and Flounder made me breakfast.

But I tried seaberries once when I was a kid and didn't like them.

I didn't like seaweed when I was a little guppy.

It looks kind of messy.

The sand feels so nice, and cool, and squishy.

I bet that means the rainbow bubbles are this way.

But the arrow on the sign is pointing that way.

[Lucia] We reached the end of the tunnel.

Wait! I see another sign.

Well, it shows air vents with bubbles.

Hmm. We should swim slowly,

so that we don't get bounced around.

Ooh! Ooh!

Because I know how to pay attention to the signs...

- [gasps] Do you hear that? - [distant rushing water]

The rainbow bubbles are just up ahead!

[all exclaiming in distress]

- Whoa! - [exclaims in discomfort]

I didn't know those vents would go off like that.

I'll be on the lookout for the next sign, okay?

- [gasps] - We're here!

[parrotfish squawking in distance]

And they're so pretty and fun to play with!

I kinda want to swim in the rainbow bubbles.

- Me too! Let's do it! - [both giggle]

- [Lucia giggling] - [school of parrotfish squawking]

Great, now all my friends aren't paying attention to this sign...

Huh. What's this stuff?

[all laughing and cheering]

It looks like they're following us.

And there are more of them.

- [Lucia] Ooh, they're kissing us! - [all giggling]

Yes! I got the goop off the sign!

[in shock] Bubbling beardfish!

I'm finally able to see the whole sign!

And the "X" means no diving in the rainbow bubbles...

because parrotfish love everything rainbow!

- Flounder, let's get out of here! - [parrotfish kissing]

- Okay! I'm right behind you! - [parrotfish squawking]

[Fernie] They're still following us!

[squawking and giggling in distance]

[Ariel, Fernie and Lucia laughing ticklishly]

Now I remember what the sign said.

That we weren't supposed to swim in the rainbow bubbles

or else we'd get rainbowed and followed by parrotfish everywhere we go?

- [laughter continues] - Yep, that's it.

And it looks like you didn't follow the signs, did you, Ariel...

and friends? [whistles]

- [squawk] - [all, sheepishly] No...

[school of parrotfish squawking obediently]

[all sigh]

I should have followed the signs like you said.

And I'm sorry for not listening to you either,

when you were reminding me

to pay attention to the signs. Just like Daddy said.
