while you were crossing the cave's entrance?

Because the Kite Monster inside the cave would take our kites if we didn't.

Well, the Kite Monster is part jellyfish and part eel.

And he'll take your kite if you don't hold your breath

while you cross by this entrance! [echoes]

so he can't be real.

But I do remember reading that ghostfish used to live in that cave before.
