[The Legend of Xianwu]

[Adapted from "Xianwu Dizun" by Liu Jie San Dao]

[Episode 40] [Spiritual Body Shows Its Power]

[Previously...]

(Use the Qin as a weapon.)

(The player of the Qin is also in love.)

(Ji Ningshuang,)

(do you have a heart for the Qin?)

(Soul-injuring by touch.)

(This is the Spiritual Body.)

This is the first best inner sect disciple of Hengyue Sect.

It seems like your Hengyue Sect is in desperate need of people.

You're recruiting all kinds of people.

So precise.

Does Ye Chen see through it?

This is unbelievable.

Ye Chen,

what kind of tricks are you playing?

Being better than you doesn't mean I play tricks.

Listen up,

invisibility doesn't work for me.

Don't waste your time.

You are just at Renyuan Stage.

How dare you?

Ye Chen,

you're tired of living.

It's too slow.

Ye Chen,

I'll kill you.

Sorry,

it seems that you are going to lose to a person at Renyuan Stage.

You...

What?

He won?

How can Ye Chen defeat Xue Yin?

It's an easy win.

Xue Yin didn't hit Ye Chen at all.

Ye Chen,

you are awesome.

Really awesome.

Ye Chen, from Hengyue Sect,

won.

Boy.

Good job.

Master,

I didn't let you down, did I?

Show off.

Hey.

For the next round,

you won't be so lucky.

We'll see.

This boy is interesting.

I wonder what will happen to him

in the next rounds.

[Third Day of Three-Sect Competition]

[Ye Chen, Zhou Ao, Hua Yun, Ji Ningshuang]

[Han Jun, Bai Yi, Yang Xu]

[Bai Yi, from Zhengyang Sect]

[Ye Chen, from Hengyue Sect]

Congratulations.

You got what you want.

See if you can still smile later.

Ye Chen, from Hengyue Sect,

fights against Bai Yi, from Zhengyang Sect.

His opponent is Bai Yi.

He's run out of his luck.

I think he defeated Xue Yin out of luck.

Bai Yi is the fourth direct disciple of Zhengyang Sect.

No good for Ye Chen.

Ye Chen,

don't fight this battle.

Bai Yi's strength is formidable.

I don't want you getting hurt.

All right.

I will do as you say.

Ye Chen,

are you scared?

For this round,

Hengyue Sect will...

Ye Chen.

You...

Xuan'er.

I have always been generous.

Do you want to have some time

to say your last words?

Cut the crap.

Don't overestimate yourself.

Benlei Palm.

Ye Chen.

(It's not bright early or late.)

(Why now?)

(Test me at this moment?)

Then I will do as you wish.

No way.

Ye Chen is so powerful.

Yi,

no need to spare your effort.

Ye Chen,

you asked for it.

Shadow Clone.

Gangs of you fight against me alone?

Can't break it up.

That is the real him.

You can't beat me just because you outnumber me.

Ye Chen,

surrender now.

You might keep your dignity.

It is a surprise to see Bai Yi use Shadow Clone.

It can divide him into countless clones.

He himself can move freely between the clones.

Though clones are not as powerful as him,

they can be replaced endlessly.

You mean Bai Yi has infinite lives?

Then Ye Chen will get exhausted to death.

No.

Although clones can be replaced indefinitely,

as long as his spiritual energy is exhausted,

the clones will disappear.

In other words,

the winner is the one

that has a more powerful spiritual energy.

But Bai Yi is at Zhenyang Stage.

And Ye Chen is at Renyuan Stage.

For spiritual energy...

(Ye Chen,)

(you mustn't push yourself.)

Ye Chen,

feeling desperate?

My clones are endless.

My spiritual energy is also stronger than yours.

No matter how you struggle,

when the time comes, you will be exhausted to death.

I think he should surrender.

How can his spiritual energy be stronger than Bai Yi's.

Boring.

I want to see the next game.

Bai Yi.

Kill him.

(Kill me?)

(I left my clone in the Spiritual Vessels of the Earth.)

(Speaking of spiritual energy,)

(I am the one who has endless power.)

The result is not yet settled until now.

Can't believe Ye Chen could resist it.

Bai Yi's clones seem to be getting fewer.

Seems that I have underestimated him.

No.

He is only a loser that has lost his core.

Where did he get so much spiritual energy?

Run out of power, right?

Then it's my showtime.

It's over.

No.

Wait.

No way.

He won again.

If defeating Xue Yin is his luck,

then what about defeating Bai Yi?

Yeah.

It can't be a coincidence this time, can it?

Don't blame me if he is disabled.

You people from Zhengyang Sect

are so weak.

No way.

You...

You've gone too far.

What?

Fight with me if you don't agree.

Go to die.

A sneak attack.

That's enough.

Cheng Kun.

Your disciple of Zhengyang Sect

has gone too far.

The competition is not over yet.

How dare he have a sneak attack?

If it weren't for Ye Chen's quick reaction,

he would have been killed by your disciple.

Hold on.

I'll give you an explanation.

Ye Chen,

let him go now.

Chief, I'd like to ask

what you will do to him?

What I will do?

Do I need to be responsible for you?

Your disciple of Zhengyang Sect attacked me.

I nearly die because of him.

As a chief of Zhengyang Sect,

shouldn't you be responsible for it?

You...

Chief, calm down.

There will be competitions later.

What do you want?

I am a man with sense.

How about this?

You give me some money to make up for it.

Then I will forget about it.

What if I say no?

Ye Chen,

how dare you hurt my disciple in public?

He stepped into the battle stage before the result was announced.

He intervened the competition.

And he attacked me with dirty tricks.

Even if I kill him right here, right now,

you have no right to punish me.

The competition is held by Zhengyang Sect,

but its disciple doesn't obey the rules.

What a joke!

That is right.

That's right.

Sneak attack is not allowed.

Ye Chen's win has no problem.

Zhengyang Sect

is not short of that much money.

Give it to him.

Great.

I like it.

But the life of the disciples of Zhengyang Sect

is only worth 50,000 spiritual stones.

So cheap.

Master,

this is for you.

You are so bold.

Ye Chen,

awesome.

That is awesome.

Well, well.

Cheng Kun is going to be angry to death.

Next game.

Ji Ningshuang from Zhengyang Sect

fights against Zhou Ao from Qingyun Sect.

Fu Ya,

this time,

how many rounds do you think they will have?

Zhou Ao is the first direct disciple of Qingyun Sect.

Besides, he was born with Vigorous Qi.

I think he can survive ten rounds.

I bet he won't survive three rounds.

Three?

That is so...

Just wait and see.

Zhou Ao was born with Vigorous Qi.

Even though she has Spiritual Body,

she can't win easily.

In my opinion,

Ji Ningshuang is overrated.

Ji Ningshuang,

even if you have Spiritual Body,

I'm not afraid.

I am flattered.

Here we go.

The sound of Qin is so powerful.

What a powerful magic.

With Vigorous Qi,

if he can make a successful hit,

even if it's Ji Ningshuang,

I don't think she can stand it.

Born Sword Tactic.

So long.

What?

It's over.

Zhou Ao didn't even survive three rounds.

She could even break the Vigorous Qi.

Ji Ningshuang,

won.

[Next episode] Zhengyang Sect has the Spiritual Body.

It would be no surprise for you

to win the champion of Three-Sect Competition.

In this case,

we won't bother you here.

After the Three-Sect Competition,

it is time for South Chu

to have a change.

Ye Chen,

in the Three-Sect Competition,

it is good for you to go this far

as a person at Renyuan Stage.

Chief,

for the Three-Sect Competition,

I will make it to the final.
