but if you combine that with
decreased levels of red blood cells,

then you have a drug called mivacurium.

It's a neuromuscular blocking agent.

the victims had been immobilized.

It's because they had been drugged.

Mivacurium is extremely rare.

In fact, there's only been
one shipment in the past month

to Star City to a condemned
house in The Glades

addressed to a John Doe.
