2020 was a year of growth and change for

would I want to bring someone who speaks
so painful about my efforts?

showing that she doesn't care about all

And so I have aunts who have lived on

reservations. I did speak to an
organization, Illuminative, and they

to me why it was so upsetting to
specific Native Americans.

Why is it so offensive? It's offensive

It's not supposed to be a costume.

Customs are not costumes.

And I thought I was honoring something
that was beautiful, that was full of

strength. And it wasn't, because for
them, even feathers, eagle feathers, all

of those things are sacred to them.

It's spiritual to them. They feel
underrepresented.

They don't want to be made fun of and
they don't want people to not take them

seriously. And when people wear costumes
like that, it makes them feel like

they're being mocked. It was such a bad
mistake on my part because if I have

this heritage, I should have known
better.

You know, I find it really interesting
that you always want.

forgiveness immediately, but you never

extend that to anyone else.

Because when we started the season, I
remember seeing an interview where you

would say, oh, well, she doesn't know
anything about the Underground Railroad.

That was also a teachable moment. It was
terribly irresponsible for me to be on

encouragement of Josiah to have this

important for you? I feel like it's the

greatest gift to be able to have a

want to ever be in a position where I
take that away from somebody. Because at

the end of the day, that's his
biological father.

a thing to share on television, talk

about why you did.

I have a lot of single, you know,
mothers that are my friends, a lot of

that come to us and we talk about, like,
how are you going to deal with the

biological dad, the baby daddy
situation?

And so I felt like it could be
inspiring.

Candy, as you look at this, as you're
dealing with your own issues with Block,

And Riley, how is it processing through
your mind? First of all, I just want to

say I loved how you guys were open to
share because I do think it helps a lot

families. Obviously, for my child, she's

Why was it so important for you to get

her money, and it was owed to her. It

wasn't like I was going to get new money
or something.

I did want to say something, just a
question I had. I just wanted to ask

why did you retweet the tweet that was
talking about my son being cringy?

It made me uncomfortable, if I'm going
to be honest. I thought it was like a

family thing that maybe could have been
more in private.

As a woman on your platform, I feel like
it was really irresponsible for you to

retweet that in a way because it was
something that was so sensitive to our

family. In regards to my son, I felt
like it was below the belt. I literally

shaking and I cried because I was
devastated.

As a mother, as you know, we try to make
the best decisions. It was so hurtful

to me and my family because I would
never talk about your daughter in a

way. I can't believe you would do
something like that. And so I feel like

an attack because as me, a mother, I am
trying to do the best I can for my child

to protect him from the trauma that he
may develop. You need to look at the

trauma that you've experienced and what
your mother didn't give you. And so what

I'm saying to you is it was
irresponsible.

So if we're going to go low, let me know
how low we can go because I can go low.
